King GREEN in McDonough

This is the 2nd year that we have used King Green. We were envious of our neighbors yard and asked who they used. We've tried and tried ourselves but neve really got to where we were proud of what we accomplished. Last year things were much better, but still not what we wanted, but we started a little later in the spring. This year, WOW! Our technician is great. He talks with us and shares his experience. Our house sits on a corner and our lawn is lush and green and pretty near weed free. I like that I can send notes about our concerns and when our tech services the yard, he knows what we sent and explains how they will treat it. I have used other services in the past, this team ROCKS! Thanks King Green!

The first time this company came to treat our yard, the tech took less than 3 minutes treating both our front and back yard. Not only do we have a large yard, knowing that it wouldn't be possible for her to do a thorough job in that amount of time, we also have video footage of her barely covering our property. The most egregious error, however, is the fact that she left our gate wide open, knowing that we have dogs, resulting in our 2 dogs getting out and us nearly losing them. I immediately called the company after retrieving both my dogs to complain. The receptionist (who was great) assured me that not only would she speak to the tech, she would also make the manager aware of this occurrence, and assured me that it would not happen again. This brings us to the second visit. The SAME tech (female, "A. Silverman") came, sat in the truck for almost 2 minutes, and proceeded to repeat the exact same unacceptable behavior, including doing a shoddy, rushed job at applying the product to our yard in under 3 minutes, missing much of it, and again, leaving our gate wide open. Fortunately we knew to check the gate this time before our dogs got out. She can also be heard on a personal phone call for the entirety of her time in our yard. All of this is on video. I called them again and immediately terminated their services and have requested a refund of the money we paid, WHICH WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE some 3 weeks later! They clearly have no capacity for ensuring quality control. That tech should be fired. They are very fortunate nothing happened to our dogs or we would be pursuing aggressive legal action Also, our yard looks worse than it EVER has in the 5 years we've lived here.

Never used their service, but I don’t like supporting companies that employ irresponsible people. Saw a work truck almost cause multiple accidents driving down HWY 81 today. Going 30 miles over the speed limit, swerving around cars and passing in no passing zones. Hopefully they’ll stop putting their own, and others lives at risk. License plate RMU1826.

Tony is great to work with. He's very responsive and helpful. He knows what to do to get your lawn in tip top condition.

My representative, Tony, has always been very professional and available to me when I have questions. He always lets us know if there is any updated information that pertains to our lawn. And if we're not available to speak to directly, they always send an email telling us just what we need to do next. This past week was a liquid treatment, and I was instructed to apply water to the lawn to help the treatment take effect. If I call with any questions, they are always sure to respond if I leave messages with great succinct answers. I Always recommend this company.

Easy account setup, excellent customer service, awesome technicians and quality products. From day one I didn’t see any mosquitoes hovering around my back door or gate entrance. The technician was very thorough with the applications and my troubles spots and came back to treat my backyard because I didn’t hear my doorbell because I forgot to unlock the fence. The tech also provides a door hanger with what treatments and services were conducted along with your bill amount. I’m so glad I found this company because I’ve been through 4 other companies and the quality of services went down dramatically. I appreciate great service and quality results!

King Green treats my yard like their own! They are knowledgeable about various grasses. With mature trees, my grass died out years ago from lack of sun. My yard looked like a dust bowl! With one season of seeding and fertilizing, my yard is one of the greenest on my street! I will need more seeding and fertilizing to get the lawn thicker, but I'm beyond pleased with the great results in a short time!

If I could give zero stars I would. We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied. We have used king green for a few years for our yard fertilizer, weed control with minimal changes in our yard. We added tree and shrub maintenance about 6 months ago at the suggestion of an arborist they sent out to inspect lawns. They have only treated our trees and scrubs maybe 2-3 times and after this last ”treatment” 75% of all our scrubs are DEAD!!!. We had to cut back over 50% of each plant to possibly prevent the scrub from completely dying. The most frustrating issue is we have called King Green FOUR different times to request a manager come view the state of our yard and refund the service. We were told they would inform a manager/supervisor and they would be in contact (NO ONE EVER CALLED) then another time we were told a manage would be out immediately and no one ever showed up. The professionalism of this company has drastically declined in the last year. DO NOT HAVE THEM SERVICE YOUR YARD!!
