We recently purchased a new home, and the yard was in dire need of attention after being neglected for quite some time. John, the owner, personally met with us to provide an estimate, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent rate offered for cleaning up and mowing our 1.5-acre yard on short notice. The quality of their work was outstanding, and we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to engage their services again for all our landscaping needs in the future!
These guys did an excellent job on my concrete and landscaping work. They were very professional and detail starting with initial quote and right down to the finishing product. Great company that I would use again for future projects.
Be aware of the services. Fences are out sources to his close friend with ALL advanced fencing. Did not have my utilities marked before working as they said they would. I paid in full and three days later I received a call asking can he come collect the remaining balance. It was all about money is what I felt. I had an issue with the service and I reached back out them and never got a response until I went directly to the source. To add to your response I did reach out to your company and I received no response until I went directly to the source who put the fence up. I paid because that's the honorable thing to do and took this as a lesson. They slapped the sign on the fence after it was completed so how was I to know this was the vendor. As far as the paymemt I have the quickbooks receipt to when I paid and the date I received a text message asking to finish paying you. I don't need to falsely state something that did not happen. I'm simply stating customers need to be aware of who and what they are paying for as well as not left with a feeling that they were taken advantage of because once the money was received it was no response to my concerns. My identity is neither here nor there since I was not good enough to have a callback at time of my concerns. I learned a valuable lesson through this process.
I had a lot of overgrown landscaping that needed to be removed from the entire front of my house. This included several prickly holly scrubs and trees. Thank you so much John, your son, & team for responding so quickly to get the job done and for your quality work! We look forward to working with you again real soon.
I had a total landscape and concrete deck project completed by JWs Precision Lawn Care. I am very happy with the results.
These guys are amazing. Ripped up about 28 bushes from the front yard. Not only did they get everything out of the ground but they also took the time to level out the ground and were extremely careful around the foundations and gutters. Very pleased with them and will be using them for future jobs.
Jw's is by far the best landscaping company I've used so far, they are very reliable and punctual and their customer service is great
John, Garrett and their team are the best. There has not been any task we have put before them that they could not handle. They were here bright and early every morning until the job was done for the day. They helped us come up with a plan to complete the yard landscape and made sure each service was done when promised. From clearing and removing trees from our backyard, having the stumps cut down adding more sod to the yard, planting new trees, laying new pine straw, moving existing sprinklers and adding more heads to extending our concrete patio. Do I need to say more. You can have it all with JW's Precision lawn service. I was highly impressed with hard work the team was putting in, we sprung for their lunch on day. I wanted all of them to know how happy we were that they were not just getting the job done, but doing everything just right. John kept us in the loop about everything. He explained things and allowed us a chance to make changes along the way. We are so happy we made the choice to work with Precision, and will continue to use them for our other yard care needs. I will also say the prices are very reasonable and John will draw up a plan that shows everything, just great all around. John takes pride in his company and it shows. Hats off to the whole entire team for stellar work.

Yard maintenance was okay but tree trimming unclean up outrageous price never showed up when they were supposed to and when they did Stage 15 minutes $300 and shrimps three limbs just crazy I couldnt believe it I was floored
I contacted this company to inquire about services. The unprofessionalism was sensed immediately so I decided to move on to someone else. About 45 minutes later I recieved a text thats what I thought At first I was confused because I didnt recognize the number. Then they continued to text me questioning my unwillingness to respond smdh who does this when someone contact them for services they claim to provide lmbo you cant be unprofessional, ghetto and ignorant and expect someone to do business with you. And Im pretty sure the reviews that happened to be positive are either those from the owner and/or family. Theres no way this person just soo happened to be unprofessional at this time. I want to post screenshots but dont know how.. Get it together smdh

After almost two years of service, I was informed last night that JW can no longer service my yard. It s a shame, because Garret never fixed the latch on my fence that the workers broke. This promise was made LAST year. The workers would open my double gate every service, which caused my stakes to rip from my NEW fence. What they should do, is enter my yard from the single latch side, but I guess that s too much to ask. My other complaint is that they cut my yard right after heavy rains, and it has severely damaged my yard. You can see the tire tracks from the riding mower and how it tore my grass up and killed it. Im extremely disappointed. JW is started off great, but now my backyard and my double gate are dead and damaged extremely disappointed. Then have the nerve to go up $10 on the price to cut a yard they killed. You guys canceled my service right on time. Plus I don t like how you try to cut yards twice per month in the colder months anyway. Thanks, no no thanks JW. Response to owner: I kept you so long because you are timelier than all other service providers. But overall, I wasn t happy. And yes, I am disappointed. My double gate is still damaged. Thanks!

Jake made the process to transform my sloped and hilly backyard to a level usable one very easy. He was quick to reply and give an estimate and made scheduling a snap. I am happy with the quality of work that was done as well as the pricing was great!

Great experience. Came out and did an evaluation - 3 days later they were here ahead of time and got to work. Did everything they said they would and it looks amazing. Its always nerve wrecking finding quality vendors when youre new in town, but we found a trustworthy company who does amazing work with JW. Thank you!

John, Garrett, and his crews were absolutely amazing. I got to know him through one of my friends who was also very satisfied with John s work. They built retaining wall with stairs, installed sod, and completely rebuilt the concrete driveway and patio. They were very detail oriented, and their work was beautifully done. John, as an owner, was always there to work on it and supervise. When it comes to designing, he always gave us some good ideas, but he was never pushy. We are very impressed and happy and would definitely get in touch with him if we need any landscaping project in the future. Thank you John!
Scheduled an appointment with this company for this morning. The owner arrived on time. He was very engaging and professional. He answered any questions that I had and gave me ideas as well since I was lost on what I wanted in a few areas. He spent about 30 minutes with me assessing my needs and letting me know what other services he offered. I am appreciative of that because there were some other needs that I wanted to speak with contractors about that he actually offers... one stop shop always works best for me. He gave me a realistic timeline of when plants should be planted and what his availability was. He asked me what my budget was in order to map a plan out specifically for me. I appreciate him not trying to oversell me on anything. I look forward to working with him. After the work is complete, I will provide an updated review.
