Proper business accumen not displayed; unprofessional. Juan did not service my lawn and skipped schedules due to the fact I asked if they can clean up the shrub leaves after cutting because it looks very messy. He did not respond to me and skipped my service(s). My lawn is now over grown. I texted/called him multiple times and no response long before he finally responded. Rather than communicate to me, he chose to ignore and not service. What business person does that!? He should have just responded at the same time that he wanted $200 extra for that service (which by the way is price gouging). My lawn is overgrown and till this day Juan has yet to get back to me unanswered calls/texts. Im completely baffled by the lack of communication, reliabilty, and INTEGRITY of Juan Murillo Landscaping. COMMUNICATION is key with every business!! ! Juan Murillo Landscaping you are officially CANCELLED due to your lack of professionalism!

J. Murillo Landscaping replaced the degraded weed blocker in my very large flower bed and removed stumps from dead shrubs. They beautified my she-shed by installing rocks and paver edging. They also installed a drainage system to divert rainwater. Im absolutely pleased with the work that was done. The price was reasonable, the work impeccable. I highly recommend J. Murillo for all of your landscaping needs.

Juan and his team completed our job a day earlier than expected and we are very happy. I plan to recommend him to anyone I know needing landscaping work.

These guys are 1000% legit. I called them on Friday and they came out on Saturday and went above and beyond. Grass, hedges, trees, flowerbed clean up, etc. A job that wouldve taken me a week or more to complete on my own. J. Murillo and crew completed in a little over three hours. Total professionals! I called and asked for a quote to cut my yard. They said they would text it to me but never did. I called them back and asked for the quote again and they still never sent it. Several calls later they agree to come cut my yard the next day. They don t show up or call. They are very unprofessional.

We had a great experience with J Murillo Landscaping. Juan came out to meet with us and provide the estimate the same day we called, and the work was completed two days later. We are very happy with the work the team did, including clearing away old pine straw and debris, putting down weed cover, covering all beds with pine straw, and removing and replacing two bushes. The team was very friendly and professional!

Updated 2022. Murillo experience ended up being very poor the company does not complete mowing service and when contacted to complete the job they just stop servicing my yard this happened over a year ago. I ve been using Liberty Lawns since then - Jordan was able to come out immediately and clean up Murillo mess and has been consistent ever since. Your lawn will look like a golf course. I hate that Murillo ended providing terrible service after I submitted my initial review but contact Liberty Lawns they have provided excellent service for over a year no issues at all. As you read this this section this was the previous review of Murillo. I am very impressed with J Murillo Landscaping, they provided me with same day service. I was on the internet in search of a landscaping company and I came across J Murillo Landscaping. This company answered the phone when I called, received an assessment and service all within 3 hours of my phone call inquiry. The job that J Murillo done was superb this is an excellent company to choose if you are looking for a professional, knowledgable, courteous, fast, and accurate landscaping company that takes pride in making your yard look beautiful. My experience with this landscaping company was excellent from the moment I made contact with the owner Juan. He and his crew did a great winter yard cleanup on almost 2 acres of wooded property. One attribute that I really appreciate about Juan is that he listens and pays close attention to detail and takes pride in his work and work product. He remembered every detail of the work we agreed to and even went above and beyond to additionally remove two shrubs from my landscaping that were a nuisance to me. I guess my yard wasn t important enough for Juan to consistently show up. Told me he would come every 2 weeks and won t show up to even cut my lawn unless I text. You d think after 3 times of that, he d get the message and do what he said he would which is come and cut the grass every 2 weeks. Freaking ridiculous. With all the good reviews, I guess the $75 I was paying him wasn t enough. To top it off, it wasn t like his service was even that great. We just didn t want to do it ourselves. Absolutely zero work ethic. Since when do you have to call a company over and over to come out and do a job they said they could do and handle? Only for them to show up when you text 3-4 weeks apart.

Total Professional. I just purchased this property that sits on 1.1 acres in a very nice neighborhood and wanted to find the right Lawn Care company to maintain my yard on a regular basis. After calling around and getting quotes that were way overpriced I finally came across this company called J Murillo Lawn Care . Juan came out that same day and gave me an awesome quote. He came back out the next day and serviced my yard. Juan s team cut and edged my yard PERFECTLY - they made sure my grass wasn t cut to low which gave it that thick look. Juan even cleared that back area of my property which was about a half acre of high grass grass and weeds. I would totally recommend J Murillo Lawn Care to EVERYONE. Best service we ve used since we moved to McDonough. We ve been here 3 years and the first two years we used different services and were never happen. A little over a year ago, we started using for our lawn. Incredibly pleased. So easy to work with and has done so much and more for us. I use and trust this company completely. We hired Juan Murillo in October 2021 after our landscaper was injured and unable to take care of our property. I did an an internet search and saw the positive reviews for J Murillo Landscaping. I called and spoke directly with him. I didnt have to leave a voice mail or complete a web form only to wait days and even weeks for a response. Juan showed up and did a walk through with my husband and me. He knows landscaping which was evident as we asked him questions. We hired him after getting quotes for lawn and shrub maintenance. Juan and his crew started on the next Saturday. We are very pleased with his work. One thing that really impressed me is his follow-up to see if we are pleased with the work. On their first visit, I noticed straw had been moved away from the weed cover and several pruned branches had not been picked up. I called Juan on that Saturday and he and his crew came out on Monday. He even brought 2 bales of straw to put down because ours had thinned out. This never happened with our previous landscaper. He would wait until his next scheduled maintenance in 2 weeks.
