Hired this company for doing buried sump pump drainage. I would highlight the responsiveness and good communicating style of their office. Field workers did good job and completed project in 2 days. After initial misunderstanding, Patrick got in touch with me and resolved the matter related to the village fees and business license charge.

Original Post.. I found this company online. I needed an estimate for a fence i wanted installed. Monika returned my call and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Jorge. Jorge came to my home on June 21, 2024. He was over an hour late due to an accident. I found this out after he didnt arrive at the scheduled time. I was surprised that the office didnt let me know he would be late. Again, I had to reach out to the office when Jorge didnt show up on time. When Jorge arrived, he was very apologetic, he took measurements and advised he would provide me with an estimate on June 22, 2024 via email. I waited until Monday no estimate provided. I texted Jorge, he apologized and said he got his days mixed up and he would provide the estimate within a few days. I waited several days, no estimate. I then called Monika and asked how soon I would be provided with an estimate. She contacted Jorge, he called me back and advised the estimate needed to be updated and he would provide within a few days. Today is July 8th, still nothing. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism provided. My neighbors and I share information regarding repbutal companies weve done business with. I wont be sharing this company with my neighbors, friends or family. This company was a big disappointment

When I tell you they made my house look beautiful, it was drop dead gorgeous. Although they were costly, cost was not a factor. I wanted the best design layout imaginable. It took a minute to get alignment on warranty items, but eventually all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction hence the 4 star instead of 5 star. If you work with Revive your lawn, look to have a beautiful product.

Mitchs designs were exactly what I described and he did a great job using existing landscaping to make the project efficient.

This place is amazing. We had a pretty big project done. French drain in the backyard, which included a 155 foot trench and lots of concrete work. We had a patio, garage floor, back sidewalk, driveway, (huge extension) front porch, stoop and front sidewalk all removed and redone. It came out beautifully. We are very pleased. Patrick, the owner is such a nice man. His crews were professional, courteous, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. They all worked hard and worked very well together. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful. We had a couple delays but that was the village inspector, not Revive Your Lawns fault. We couldnt be happier. Even their clean up was fabulous. 5 stars for sure.

Not happy with my experience. For example, designer selected full sun plants in a shaded area. They all died and company was unwilling to replace them without an expensive labor charge. I had to redo all plants myself. Overall bad experience, do not recommend. Edit to add: I have spoken to you multiple times & texted, and left unanswered messages. My mom, being so appalled by the situation - also called you.

Gabriel and his crews (2) did an outstanding job. Had landscaping done, with taking out bushes and a couple of small trees and planting of new bushes and some plants. They also built us a great retaining wall which looks like it should last a very long time. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I had Revive Your Lawn address excess water issues in my backyard. After the initial drainage solution did not prove effective, they got their crew back out to my house in a timely manner to remedy the problem. Im now very pleased with the drainage as it solved the water issues I was having!

Mitch from Revive Your Lawn did a great job providing options to mitigate the water drainage on my property. He was quick to respond and I really appreciated all of the help he provided. I highly recommend Revive Your Lawn. They are a top notch.

UDATE: 2 years later and we used Revive again for a whole house landscape. I absolutely love how it turned out! The design is exactly how I imaged and unique. The crew was helpful, hard working, and made the adjustments to certain plant locations as I asked. They finished the work in two days and the yard was spotless when they left. Very pleased! We recently had sod work done and could not be happier with the results. The team was friendly and properly prepped the yard. They made sure not to hit our cable lines in the prep process. The edges of the sod are tight and the grass is high quality. We will be using them again for all of our landscape needs!

We made the decision to have professional lights installed that can be used year round. The installers came out at 7:30am on a Tuesday and stayed until 7:30pm. They came the next morning at 7:30 and finished the job by 1pm. They were timely, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were knowledgeable about the product. I m so excited to have these lights up. We re no longer need to put up Xmas lights. The lights are programmable too. We have the lights in for St Patrick s day and love it!

We had Trimlight (permanent Christmas lights) put in on the front of our house as well as 6 downlights. They were here all day with huge ladders but they got it done! Super happy with how our lights look now.

Rescheduled, or didnt show up, on me four times while sitting on a $1200 deposit. Accused me of yelling at them when I called each time they cancelled, or didnt even show up, to ask for an explanation. I asked them to cancel services and refund my money after the fourth time they cancelled delivering services. They said refunds take weeks to process. Person on phone told me that they receive down payments of $30,000 with no complaints. I guess my small project and poultry sum doesnt cut it. Weeks to issue a refund? Had to contest the charge with credit card company.

We were very happy with the work done by revive your lawn. We had a few delays in the work due to weather and through no fault of revive your lawn. They were extremely prompt with updates and were in constant communication along the way. We would gladly recommend and use their services again in the future.

Trimlight is awesome! The salesman, Mitch, did an excellent job explaining the features and benefits of the system. The price is reasonable. Pablo and the crew did an awesome job on the installation. The lights are barely visible during the day and are very easy to use at night. No more putting up and taking down lights in the freezing cold weather for me! For anyone thinking about getting Trimlight installed by Revive Your Lawn , do it, you won t regret it!

Had Trim Lights and some downlights installed. They look great (and are mostly invisible in the day) and Im so happy to never have to go up on a ladder to put up Christmas lights ever again! The process was great from start to finish and the install was done in one day.

Had TrimLights installed on my home this year. Love the product, there was a scheduling snag, but Revive your Lawn did their very best to accommodate, and managed to make it out the original day. I am truly appreciative of the extra effort they took to get my install done!

Cost is affordable. Love the work and the workers are very respectful.

Updated 6/13/20: Patrick had a crew come out last week to address the misplaced drain and fix the grading of other drains in our yard. They did an excellent job and were very polite. Looks a lot better. Since it hasnt rained yet I cant tell if standing water is still an issue or not. Had them come out to fix a drainage issue in my backyard. Started with disconnect from the salesperson and the workers who came to do the job. My husband and I are not pleased with their work - we were promised our old dirt would be removed and new dirt put in. That did not happen. Grass that was replaced over the system is bumpy and looks like a 10 year old did it. We still have a huge puddle whenever it rains, so the system is not working/ was not done properly (even though workers said we needed a 5th drain in our yard which we had them do). Oh, and they chipped our concrete patio. A month later, numerous emails and calls later, and we are still waiting to have someone come out to address our issues.

We recently had a dry well installed to receive the output of our sump pump .We had problems with too much water on our backyard lawn. The crew work quickly and completed the project according to our contract. The crew were helpful and pleasant as they explained their activity. We have had a history of flooding in our backyard. After having a french drain installed (another company), we thoght that our issue was solved. However the houses on both sides of ours were remodeled and new issues arose. Because of changes in village codes regarding downspout disconnection, sump pumps and ejector pumps our yard began flooding again. We spoke to the village, several other landscaping companies and then we met Mitch from Revive Your Lawn. He was very friendly, informative and willing to work with us. After reviewing 2 different proposals we chose one for our yard. Our project required new soil to improve the pitch and sod. In the back of the yard and behind the garage beds were created using fabric, red pavers and river rock. Pablo and his crew worked tirelessly in the heat of the day. They did an excellent job. Edgar the project manager checked in and Joycelyn from the office kept us informed. We are very happy that we chose Revive Your Lawn.
