The receptionist was friendly and helpful but the owner wouldn t come out to give an estimate and discuss the situation without charging an hour rate at $120. I m not paying a repair charge when I just want an estimate of the situation and what it might cost to address it.

They helped me with my existing sprinkler system, and they moved dirt around my property to aid with flooding.

Sprinkler Systems of South Texas is an excellent company. Ive had them work on our existing sprinkler system. They installed a bluetooth sprinkler controller, which I manage from my phone, and it has helped us properly water our lawn and to pause watering whenever it rains, remotely. It is so convenient and has helped our water bill go down significantly. They also repair or replace our sprinkler heads as needed. Very professional and easy to work with. Update: Although this company has been great, the last service call was disappointing. I got a $140+ bill for a simple sprinkler head replacement. Wow. I m afraid to call them again. I ll confirm a price from them next time before having them show up. It just seems high especially given that I ve been their customer for so long.

My wife and I are from Las Vegas, we moved to McAllen and had a ton of work to do on our new house and after attempting to hire multiple companies to do the sprinkler system and install sod we were getting discouraged by the lack of communication and folks not even showing up. These folks are amazing, Jessica is a master communicator and the owner Danny and his employees are the pinnacle of professionalism and quality. I would recommend them to everyone. Very professional and hard working. My husband & I needed sprinkler repair and quite a bit of landscaping that involved, mulch & plant removal, laying weed liner, installing plastic barriers, trenching barrier sandstone bricks, laying River stones & planting new plants & trees. Danny handled everything with respect and professionalism. Him & his guys were on time & worked their butts off all day. They did a beautiful job! This company did an excellent job of repairing my irrigation system! It was a holiday and no one would come . Many stated they wouldnt be available for the next several days to weeks. This companys tech came within minutes after calling. His work was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Company was very professional in sll manners. We ve been loyal customers for the past 4 years and here is why .. Aside from their professionalism, Friendly team and work ethics. We had to call them to replace some sprinkler heads that were damaged.The tech did a full inspection of the system and they noticed that our sprinkler needed to be adjusted to a higher level. They explained how the grass was not getting enough water yet the water was overflowing this was having an impact on our water bill. They are an outstanding team that are looking out for the needs of the customer and they go the extra mile to make recommendations for that reason I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I called Sprinkler Systems of South Texas to repair my old sprinkler system which had low pressure and wasnt working correctly. When Danny and his crew came, he answered all of my questions and explained the options for the repairs. They did the work I asked them to do in an efficient and timely manner. After adding a new zone in the back yard and fixing some water leaks, everything worked great. If I ever need to have work done in the future, I will definitely call them again.

They are great beyond anything I expected. I had a leak in my system plus did not know how to run it. They fixed it and taught me how to run it. the city had a shut off not working and they told me all about that which was part of my problem. They had to come back several time to find the city problem which fixed mine and did not charge me thing for the follow up calls. I think they are great and would use them again in a heartbeat. Also very affordable.

I had water coming out of the ground and gave a call to several locations for a quote, this company was by far the best in price. When it comes to service, they were very respectful on the phone and even more in person. they were out at my house in 15 minutes after ending the call. They found / fixed the problem extremely fast and explained to me everything they were doing. Since it took only 25 minutes, they used the rest of the time to test the entire system, fixing little problems where they found them until we were certain all problems were resolved. I am saving their number and giving them a call for any future sprinkler problems. Keep up the good work!

Had a leak in my system so I looked up sprinkler system companies and found this one. I read the reviews and called them up. Danny called me back and we scheduled a service call. I ended up having to reschedule and he accommodate my schedule. Two men showed up and within the hour my sprinkler system was up and running. They adjusted some of the heads, replaced one head (which I had on hand), and adjusted the valves that are buried underground. Overall, it was a good experience. I did recommend him to a coworker. $60 dollars was the charge for the whole thing.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS NOT AVAILABLE I called the number listed from my office, no answer so left my name and cell number. Received a call back on my office phone from Danny. who said he had a missed call from this number. I told him I had left him a voice message to call my cell phone. When I told him the work I needed was a complete system install he said he would PASS ON THE JOB because I was rude. I guess telling him I left a voice message is rude. Seems like I dodged a bullet.
