Over priced. I was charged $47 dollars for a part that I can get at Home Depot for $13. When I contacted the company to make sure it wasn't a mistake they assured me it wasn't, and that the mark up was due to the quality services they provide as well as a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Totally not worth it. Lesson learned..... I'll do it myself next time
