Lawncraft have been looking after my front yard for some time now. The communication was terrific, I always had notification when my yard was scheduled to be cut and it was easy to change or cancel. My yard always looked great. Highly recommend.

Slow to respond, takes almost a week to obtain a quote and requires MANY follow ups to book in. Edit: despite being closed , they promised to book us in and provide us a quote within 2 days. We needed an urgent lawn mow and ended up going with someone else as they we needed to constantly follow up for them to respond. It s fine to be closed for the holidays, but don t lie to your customers and waste their time.

After reading the reviews on Lawncraft, I thought I would give them a try as both my husband and I were unable to mow our lawn. They were so professional and polite on the phone and were at our place the same week, for a very reasonable price. We decided to keep them ongoing. It was one of the best decisions we have made. I just moved into a rental that the previous tenants hadnt kept tidy. It was overgrown and had shrubs not pleasing to the eye. The lawncraft crew sent an sms when they were on there way to confirm, they came and stared it right in the face and got to work. They quickly got the grass down from knee height to what looked like a golf course and the shrubs turned into tidy pieces of art. It turned out like a better homes and gardens magazine cover. If you want to support a local business that truly loves helping out, give them a call. They have a lifetime customer from me!

Joses and his team do a fantastic job for a more than reasonable price. Joses notifies when our lawn is due and gives us the option as to whether we want it done then or put it off to another time. It always annoyed me when companies just turn up without notification and it doesnt really need it, it always struck me as money hungry. Now Lawncraft have additional services of weed and bindi control as well as fertilising your lawn for same reasonable pricing. They also offer an electronic payment option so you dont need to be home when they come or risk money being stolen. Lawncraft are a very professional company that are so easy to deal with and you get a top job done every time. I have had Lawncraft doing my lawns for about 5 or more years. I strongly recommend Lawncraft.
