Called for services. Got a call from a very nice girl stating I would have an estimate and would be mowed the same day. Never got an estimate or a mow!! Called the next day and still haven’t heard a word back. Bought my own mower and lawn care tools and went to work. Sad.

I called and explained my lawn needs with someone and we agreed on a date and treatment. 2 days before they were finally to show up, I called to confirm. Kyle renaged on our deal, and only wanted to do the job when no one was home. A totally obnoxious person, so full of himself, a legend in his own mind, telling me how he did not need my bussiness, and refusing to use the materials I had already purchased as per the origional deal. They wanted to use their own lime at $35 / bag, when I had already purchased it for $6.49 / bag. Then I listened to a long senario about how wonerful and successful he was. He concluded by cancelling the long awaited appointment and some time later refunded my deposit. These guys are extremely expensive and have enough bussiness that they do not need yours. I advise getting competitive prices before making any deal on lawn care.

I'm sorry to say they are Highly unreliable. I scheduled yard work 6 weeks in advance and they didn't show up. They didn't bother to call. When I called to see when they were scheduled, they said they were now too busy and couldn't do my yard. They left me hanging for 6 weeks when I could have scheduled and had it completed by someone else by now. Very poor business ethics.

Where in the world did you find these gentlemen? They were both friendly and worked like mad. They tackled the job in earnest and finished exactly the way I wanted it. Beyond that both are excellent workers and respectful of the land…a lot of pride in their work. I am so impressed with their significant efforts to perform their work with high standards! Who does this? You do. Thank you. Beyond measure.

I asked this place last minute so many time's to do our lawn and they have been nothing but great!!! Now we have a schedule because my lawn mower broke 😂 They answered me quickly and came in a timely manner. 😊 I also love how they never leave any grass on the sidewalks or driveway. Very clean and a neat cut!

Hired them to cut the yard . It was the worst job ever. Went to office to pay bill and let them know the crew did a crappie job. I thought since I complained they would send the crew back to redo the job, but they just keep the money. The office did call me and left a message telling me that the boss stop by to look at the job, and agreed that it was not up to their standards. If it was my company I would have sent the crew back to do the job right.

If I could I would choose NO STARS for this review as the service was the worst I have ever seen. I emailed Kyle Morehouse of Grass Roots Lawn Specialists that I needed the "Front, back and sides of my lawn mowed, edged and cleared. I made clear that the lawn was very overgrown so I knew it would be more than just a standard mow. He came while I was at work. When I arrived home I found only 1/2 of the front lawn done, one side done and the back was done. However the back lawn looked like it was done with a weed wacker. I emailed him my disappointment, hoping there was some logical explanation. Mr. Morehouse emailed back berating and insulting me calling me "rude and condescending"! He claimed that it's "industry standard" to only mow half the lawn when the property is a two family dwelling. I never heard of such a thing! The pictures speak for themselves, if I were a professional I would not want this to be representative of my work. If in fact it was standard to only do 1/2 the lawn when it's is a two family dwelling, why not do the front and leave the back un-mowed. Very unprofessional and rude. Lacks customer service skills. I would NOT RECOMMEND Kyle Morehouse and GrassRoots Lawn Specialists to anyone.

Did an excellent job, came when they said, had it all completed in one visit, and got photos of everything from them when they were completed. Also have a licensed electrician so can do electrical work! Highly recommend!
