New Leaf Landscaping Snowplowing in Mayfield Heights

This was the second season. Last year they were on time and some what responsive. This year they don’t responds to calls and/or texts. Don’t show up to mow and on top of it all this company took $3000 advance on the job and never came back to start the job. They don’t responds to calls and texts. Do not use this company!!!

I do not use a landscaper. One of your amazing employees saw me struggling with my lawn, it got a little too long for my push mower. He was so kind and offered to help me out and mow my lawn. It meant the world to me! My lawn got out of control bc I have had a sick mom in the hospital and I have been her primary caregiver. I have been so caught up in that my yard became a disaster. This was truly a gift and I would suggest this company to anyone looking for professionalism, kindness, and great work. Very thankful

Ive had the best experience working with this company. They are extremely efficient and always on time. My yard always looks amazing when there work is done. The owner also does my snowplowing and has always ALWAYS been there. He is so kind hearted and wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better team! (Excuse the screen name its under my son) But again i give them 100% positive feedback!

While I was not able to utilize their snow plowing services due to a big error on my part. I would still like say that my experience with their customer service was very notable. I will definitely be calling them first next time!

We called New Leaf landscaping on a Saturday afternoon to go plow out our daughter who lives alone in Mayfield Hts. We live 2 hours south of her and could not get to her to help. She was suffering from COVID-19 and needed plowed out in case her doc wanted her to go to the ER. He not only plowed her out but he went to the store and bought her cough medicine, tylenol and Gatorade to help tide her over until we could get to her the next day. What a kind soul who went the extra mile for a customer. He has our family as a customer for life now. Would recommend them to everyone.
