Great lawn care services

they have called me at 11 o clock at night trying to start service. They text me all the time even after I ve told them to stop.

I ve been using UltraGreen for years very happy with the results for my lawn in Little Rock. When I ve had concerns or questions about my service they ve been very responsive. Good customer service and billing/invoices are easy.

Ultra green very successful with fertilizing my lawn. I didnt have the sprinklers running over two weeks after the application. The lawn looks lush and healthy. I definitely recommend ultra green to anyone who needs a specialized lawn care.

Refuses to pay employees for hours worked. Meeting with the labor board today if anyone else wants to come forward with me. I just got off the phone with a case worker and have an appointment. Once she received the documents I have, she was elated to take on the case.

Will not return calls. I needed to change my auto deduction information. I called them Tuesday left my message and have still not heard fythem. I m done with so called businesses that could care less about their custamers. Negative

Horrible experience! Seemed to be confused about what I ordered and what areas of my lawn to work on. Did NOT get the service I paid for. They told me when I cancelled I would get a refund---as I prepay for a year and had also added other prepaid services (never delivered). Beware!!

First I fired them cause my yard got worse when they took it over. Now it s great since I fired them. Now they text and call me and I have told them on several occasions to not call or text me. I have now blocked them.

I love a beautiful weed free yard but have little time to do it the way I want, thats where Ultra Green comes in. My yard is incredible and I could not do it any better. Awesome to drive home from work and my yard is the best looking in the neighborhood.

My yard has gotten worse. Killed my entire side yard and most of my back yard. Looks like everything was lit on fire.

The employees are really friendly. They are very informative. I just moved into this home and the lawn was a disaster. More weeds than grass. After five months, I still have more weeds than grass. I discontinued any future service.

I have used ultra green for years....mostly without a complaint. I did not like their high pressure sales tactics to constantly upsell you each season. I realize that staying on top of things will help create a better lawn, but it was becoming a tad bit too much. I know that times are hard for everyone, so I get why they need to create more business. That being said, you can say a lot about a company when you are ready to leave. I cancelled my subscription today. Although I dont owe anyone a reason, Crystal immediately asked Why? in a stern tone. She rephrased, May I ask Why?. I told her that I am trying to save money. I sat and listened to her tone deaf response about how she could save me money with a new way of doing things. After I kindly said, thats Ok...thank you, though, she responded, Thanks. and hung up on me. Ive been doing sales for 20 years now, and this is not how you influence people to come back to you. And now I sit at my keyboard to write a review, which is something I never do. Oh, and to make matters worse, I found out that they claim to use more natural materials and are organic. Thats for only one treatment and its diluted to be almost non-effective. Completely green-washed.

I m very disappointed with ultra green services. In the beginning (several years ago) service was very good, over time the service became so bad that I had to cancel in November 2022. I accidentally double paid my last invoice for service in Oct 2022 and have talked with your office a couple different times. I was told that the owner is very busy and owns multiple businesses and would take about 6-8 weeks to issue refund check. Sad to say still no check for $116.80.

Been using UltraGreen for a couple of years now. Yard looks great. Noticed neighbor has a sign in his yard after our first service. Talk is cheap, results matter.. Guess he wants his yard to look good too Service tech Carlos is very pleasant and responsive to any concerns. Last year I had a bloom of yellow nutsedge. I pointed it out to Carlos and he zapped it good

They have been my lawn care service for 3 years. One day I found out my lawn was dying so I called this company and asked why this happened. The agent told me theres fungus on my lawn and I had to pay extra to remove it. I couldnt understand why the employee didnt even notice it until I found out its dying but I just paid extra $500 for removing it. But still my lawn was looking terrible after the job done. I wish I could post photos of my poor lawn. Folks, dont be a victim like me.

Have been really pleased with Ultragreen s services. In the past two years, have seen a marked difference in our grass, the technicians are super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to get a good lawn.

I dont ever write reviews for anything, but this warrants one. I have an area of 7,000 square footage of grass and Im extremely attentive to it. Ive tried many different companies but none like UltraGreen. My experience has been excellent and I have been extremely satisfied with the results Ive gotten. Andre has done an amazing job and, thanks to his work, my grass is weed free and greener. Whenever I have any concerns, I can always speak to Andre about it and is always very responsive. He goes above and beyond to take care of my lawn. This company has a great employee on their hands. They also have quality products that are sure to make the difference you wish to see on your lawn.

I cancelled my contract in May and they still held a payment for June. I called over a week ago and my payment has not been credited to my account. I also requested a return call and never received it

Crabgrass should be killed in Spring. I still have in in Bermuda in my yard. Had brown spots in Zosia - was told we would be charged more than the $800 per year that we were paying already to treat that. We were charged $80 a treatment for maybe 5 to 10 minutes of work.

Wonderful response and service

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They destroyed large sections of my lawn due to over application and then made the problem worse when they tried to apply special solutions that were supposed to bring my lawn back to life. The end result was that the sections of lawn that they destroyed needed to be totally replaced and they refused to repair the areas that they damaged. I have never had a company refuse to own up to their mistakes and refuse to repair their mistakes like Ultagreen.

Service tech came out yesterday to ask about treating my yard because of the leaves being down-I declined service. Still got charged for them treating my yard even though they didn t treat it. . My computer is right next to my window and I can see outside & I never saw him treat my front lawn & I had a contractor over and he said he never saw them do anything either. Now it s going to be a couple weeks before I get a refund

I wouldnt use ultra green solely based on the way the technician was driving in the company truck. They clearly do not have a culture of being polite and it shows by their demeanor when they arent on the job. Unsafe, self centered driving practices tell me all I need to know.

For the past 3 years I have used UltraGreen as my Lawn Service provider. They fertilize, apply weed prevention, and care for my trees and shrubs. I am very satisfied with their products performance and service. In addition, I enjoy talking with various neighbors as they walk by the house during the day and evening, and many of them say I have the best lawn in the subdivision. Two have even called it spectacular. I do take good care of my lawn with proper watering, mowing and edging, but I consider UltraGreen a partner in this process.

I use Ultragreen out of Nashville, TN. 2 years ago my back yard was all dirt and I had pretty much given up on it. Now my back yard looks almost as plush and green as my front yard, and I get positive comments about that from my neighbors all the time. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a great looking lawn!

Great service

Weve used UltraGreen for about 2 years now. Our lawn is free of almost all weeds and our zoysia has begun to take back over in many areas where the weeds had been before. Its not perfect but we are light years from where we started a few years ago. The service is fast (really only takes them about 10-15 minutes per treatment) and easy (autopay), and the employees are friendly. We also like that the products are organic. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if they let us know they were coming a day or so before just for the heads up or in case we need to reschedule and because we have dogs that need to be let out prior to service. Thanks!

Nice to see the same technician, Eric Leonard, each time. He is familiar with my property and is always willing to stop and speak with me about my lawn. Last year I installed an irrigation system and had to suspend UltraGreen during installation of the system. However, when I notified UltraGreen that the install was complete the company took up the application program exactly where and how I expected. This is my 3rd season using UltraGreen and I will continue for many more to come. Their products work, as do their people, toward customer satisfaction. I am completely satisfied with UltraGreen.

I WAS a potential client of this company. Before things got started, work was done on the next door property which was terrible. I contacted the office and asked that someone come out and reassure me that I could expect better service. After about a month and no response, I noticed a truck and went out to discuss things. The individual I spoke with presented the attitude that: The company is always right. I have NEVER experienced anyone with worse customer service. After contacting the corporate office, I found out his name is Caleb and is the owner of the company. I guess he sets the bar for service and unfortunately, it is very low. I am going elsewhere.

You will not find a better service for the price.with amazing customer service and support. I can not say enough great things about Ultra Green, I was previously the HOA president of my community and there was an issue with a chemical which was applied that caused damage to one of the residents grass. Ultra Green responded quickly and addressed the issue. Jason there service manager goes above and beyond to address an issues or concerns. They provide you with clear up front pricing, unlike other similar services that charge you a different price every month.

Highly overrated, overpriced, pays customers $25 each for a 5-star review so all the reviews are misleading and tainted. Owner has been known to cuss customers on the phone and even hang up on them just because he is losing the complaint argument. Technicians work high all the time. Highly recommend any other lawn service! So today owner Caleb calls me wanted me to take down my reviews and I stated that if he could find any lies in there I ll be happy to take it down. I ve never quit a job in my life. If the owner of the company had removed all your accesses and given your company cell phone to someone else my perception was that I was fired and I believe you will agree. Then he lies to the state and tells him that I quit so I couldn t get any unemployment insurance. He purposely did this thinking I would come crawling back. And now in his narrative he wants it to look like I m the one who s crazy. The narrative response below proves exactly how he treats all of his customers and his employees. What a sorry human being! I m thinking about starting a daily blog on Facebook to tell everybody about how Caleb treats his customers through lies and overcharging. He also promised my wife and I that he would pay for an all expense paid trip to Vegas or Miami for being top company salesman or wherever we wanted to go and then when it came time to give it out he claims he never said that. What a LIAR!!!!! There are plenty of lawn treatment companies here please choose anyone but this one.

Disease had struck our trees and we re about to lose them. They came out and inspected and found what the problem was. They where back out the next day treated them which stop the disease and killed the bugs. Very professional group.

Customer Service has been pretty good so far. If we have had any issues or questions, they happily will address them in a timely manner. Our yard looked dead before we started the service. Every since we started using them, our yard seems to be coming to life. I know its hard to be 100 percent weed free, but their products seem to keep our weeds very low and manageable.

Technician: Eric Ray Eric applied lime to my yard and was very friendly and knowledgable about the lawn care business. Eric saw an insect problem on my bush and discussed this with me and we went around the property and found that certain bushes and vines had the same issue. I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me the situation in which the insects will keep spreading throughout my yard killing the plants and also providing a solution to remedy this probem.

I have been impressed with UltraGreen since my first interaction with the knowledgeable and professional salesman who stopped by my home last summer. The yard has received various types of treatments since the summer, with the yard looking fantastic here in early March! For me, this service has proven to be very effective and is a time saver. Because of my busy lifestyle, that yard would simply get away from me. But UltraGreen provides a great service and results that keeps the yard looking great. Lawn did not look good, lots of weeds, and when I brought it up, they blamed me for my yard looking bad. I cancelled my service, they still came out and sprayed after cancelling, then charged me.

Dont ever let them come, if you ever decide you dont want their service any more, theyll still come and then charge you anyways rather you wanted them to do an application or not.

UltraGreen mistakenly treated my yard. I am not a customer and do not treat my yard because I grown vegetables. I reported their error to them and ask for reparations and all I have got is the run around and have been outright avoided. They will not return my phone calls or show any the sign of trying to make this right. They poisoned my yard and therefore my vegetable garden and refuse by their avoidance to make an effort to make it right.

I experienced great guys who knew what they were doing. Much compliments to Langell and Trey for their professionalism and expertise. they recommended that I get the lime on my grass and inspected my landscaping area. They made many suggestions for me. We hired UltraGreen in 2016 to treat our lawn, but didnt see the results that we wanted because our yard floods so badly. Im sure their product works great, however our lawn was always just so saturated that it just didnt work for us.

After cancelling in 2017, they came out this year, 2019, unsolicited and unwanted, trespassed on my property, and tried telling us that because we did not call to specifically state we didnt want them to not come out, that they had permission, and then threatened and intimidated my wife for leaving a negative review, so even the positive reviews here cant be trusted. Shady company operating on illegal practices.

I have stayed with them because they have done a superb job of keeping my lawn green & weed-free, at a very competitive rate, with excellent customer service, AND they are LOCAL! I left my info on HomeAdvisor for a call and got a call back from another service, and minutes later UltraGreen called. I was busy at the time and already setup arrangements so when UltraGreeen called me back I explained I was already taken care of but thanks for the call. Caleb, the person on the phone, changed his demeanor and said Man, I paid 15 dollars for this lead, you dont even want to give us a shot? I was taken aback, honestly. Im sure that once you get on with them the work is good, but it looks like if youre only a lead you get subpar service. I dont need to be guilted into a service because you spent 15 dollars with a sh***y homeadvisor site just for my phone number. I could have been a future customer, until this call.

Very effective, and low cost!

I started lawn treatments with Ultra Green a couple of months ago and have been impressed so far. The techs seem knowledgeable and my lawn has shown improvement, but theres still a ways to go before the weeds are fully under control. The company is very customer focused and takes the time to answer questions and explain the process and products they use, which is good because Im not the easiest customer to please! The pricing is competitive. My only complaint is that they respond pretty slowly to their online messaging and I usually have to follow up to get a response.

Great Service

Beware. We have spent over $300 to have our yard treated since February. Its now June and are yard is still full of weeds. I dont even think they have been spraying. Every time we call they say they are coming out and never show. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.

What can I say about Ultra Green?? At first I was skeptical. I did not believe that my lawn can come back as good as they said it will. Well, they proved me wrong, not only did my lawn come back but I now have the best looking lawn on my block. I get comments from my neighbors about how good my lawns looks. Mr. Cory Till my Ultra Green representative has been great. Cory answers all my questions and always returns my phone call. His customer service is phenomenal. Hats off to Ultra Green!!!!

Owner said he should come kick my ass after I refused to pay for them coming to treat my yard in the rain! AFTER I had been a customer of theirs with zero complaints for 2 years!

We have been very pleased with these guys. This is the 3rd year of us using them. Took awhile to get our yard healthy again, but they show up every so often, leave a bill on the front door, a sign or two in the yard and send us an email explaining what they did.

Since subscribing with UltraGreen Lawn Svc Ive noticed much improvement. They are what they say. After numerous failed companies Ive finally found the one that is curing my lawn. The treatments do their job and keep weeds out. However, I have had a terrible time getting the company to contact me before showing up for a treatment. There have also been times when they have contacted me and not shown up - then rescheduled and not shown up again! Very frustrating.

I have had UltraGreen for a few years and I love them! A bill is always left at my door and Stephen is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When I first moved into my home the front yard looked horrible! I had little to no grass and a lot of dirt/mud! UltraGreen promised me a green and weed-free lawn, that is exactly what they gave me. I am very impressed with the chemicals that they are using. I like that after they come out my child and dogs are still able to play in the yard without the fear of getting chemical poisoning. Also, I have called the office on multiple occasions with silly questions and someone, which is usually Stephen, is always happy to answer my questions. Not to mention this is a family run company, not a chain company and that definitely shows by how well they have taken care of my lawn these past few years.

Ryan has worked with me for over a year to keep my yard healthy and pretty! When something came up he was quick to treat it! We purchased our home in fall of 2016. The Zoysia lawn was suffering from years of neglect. You could not find the grass in the front yard for the weeds. I contracted with Ultragreen for 9 applications in 2017 and was presently surprise with the results. The creeping weeds that covered the front lawn were completely eliminated and the Zoysia made a great come back. Bare spots that existing were almost completely eliminated. When I noticed some button weed problems they treated them the next scheduled application. I still have some minor button weed problems but it is my understanding that this is a very difficult weed to eliminate. Of course the massive amount of rain we received last year during the summer helped out also. Actually the grass got so thick in some spots it was all that my four wheel driver push mower could handle. Overall I was very satisfied and have signed up for another year of service. Dale

I live in Sherwood and my yard was a mess when I hired Ultra Green to do the fertilizing and weed control. My back yard was literally covered in those green weeds with the purple tops that pop up in late winter/early spring. I also had nut grass which is really hard to get rid of yourself. I was spending a lot of money on fertilizer and week killer, not to mention the time I was devoting to it and nothing was working. I wish you could see my yard now. It doesnt have a single weed in it and to me that is nothing short of amazing. The one time I did have a concern about one of their visits I contacted them and they handled my concern very timely and in a professional manner. I can see the results of what I am paying for and would highly recommend them if you are contemplating using a service or if you are not happy with your current service.

I have a degree in Horticulture and have owned my own chemical lawn company in Hot Springs and was performing my own fertilization and weed control with one problem, still had some weeds and was spending almost as much as these charge me. Their service is good and the results are also very good with competitive pricing

UltraGreen is the best. I have been using them for three years and well satisfied. Weeds are almost non existent and grass looks great. This is the first time I have used a lawn service, but when I added up what I would have spent on fertilizer, weed killer and other things; it costs probably less for UltraGreen to do it for me. Very through people and Im a gardener and I wanted to make sure they did not kill any of my shrubs or plants and they have done a good job. I had a friend in Houston that had a beautiful and big tree killed by the lawn service. Honest folks, good service, reasonable price; what more do you want.

The product that they use is working for my lawn, but the only problem I have that they take a while to come out for a service call from the time and date they send through email.

Ultra green does great with our lawn service! We are in a newly developed neighborhood that built on clay soil and the builders did not bring in enough top soil to make for good yards-ultra green has still helped our grass grow in beautifully despite the less than ideal conditions!!

The service is ok. The communication seems to be a little muddled here in Kissimmee, FL. It took 5 phone calls and 3 emails to make them understand that they could not just show up when they wanted but had to schedule with me so I am home.

Definitely an added value to my lawn. Prompt service and scheduling is a plus with these guys. Love the ease of online bill pay. The salesman was very knowledgable and spent the extra time to answer all of my questions.

I wont tell you that UltraGreen is the best. Im going to tell you WHY UltraGreen is the best: They show up WHEN they say they will. They DO what they are going to do. The cost is more than reasonable. If you have a problem or they make a mistake, they fix it promptly. The techs are courteous and knowledgeable. And lastly, they provide a great overall product and service. Ive used 3 other competitors and no other had service like UltraGreen. Highly recommended.
