Worst customer service and experience I ve ever had with a service provider. Didn t show up twice, when they finally showed up the weather had already turned cold as I requested an earlier service knowing the seed wouldn t take like last year when they did it too late. As suspected the seed did not take and my yard looks horrible. Horrible experience will never use again.

Everybody is extremely nice and offer excellent communication! They took my yard from being mostly dirt and weeds to having the dark green carpet of grass that Ive always wanted. Year-round! Israel was very thorough in his aeration and seeding, making sure to get every nook and cranny. I forgot to add: I was also impressed that he didnt go through the yard with the spreader allowing the grass seeds to go everywhere. I have a strawberry tower planter and raised vegetable garden beds. Israel went the extra mile by not allowing grass seeds into any of them. That is a level of professionalism and quality of care that I greatly appreciate! THANK YOU!

Our exterminator service always sends out a text message telling us they are doing their service the day before they actually do it. My lawn hasn t looked more beautiful in years. My tech, Laquan, is aware of special circumstances. We have a puppy and a two-year-old dog, and he always makes sure that they are gated and away from the treated area and reminds me of how long they need to be off the area. We have four gates in our fenced in backyard leading to a creek. We also have a pool. He is really careful to check the gates to make certain that they are locked so that neighbor children Have no access to our courtyard backyard. Safety first! This young man represents your company as a knowledgeable professional. Well done !

I have been using FineTurf for about 3 years now. I couldnt be happier with the results theyve achieved with my lawn. My backyard is a tougher environment, receiving less sunshine than the front but they have eliminated the moss issue I had there and it still looks way better than what I was able to do there. They always alert you before a visit, show up on time, and leave everything looking great. The techs are competent and eager to engage you if you have questions or concerns. The office staff is likewise very responsive and are focused on customer satisfaction. I havent used any of their other services but would certainly consider them if I had a need. Highly recommended.

We have been using Fine Turf for two years. We couldn t be happier. They are reliable and communicate consistently with us regarding the servicing of our property. Our lawn has looked great since we started using their services. The office staff always follows up and if we have ever had a question about anything the owners get back to us immediately. They have been a great company to use for our lawn care.

Everything is going well! Yhe only is the leafs falling. And covering the yard. I am not sure if the seeds are growing. It looks to be doing well. But everything is doing well.

My lawn has never looked better thanks to Fine Turf fertilizer program. In addition to having great product (I am on the 8 treatment program plus once annual aerate and overseeding), they have great customer service. Responsive, good communication in advance of treatments, etc.

Scheduled a free consultation for my lawn. They scheduled it between 4-4:30 PM. I texted @4:35 PM stating I was waiting. They texted back saying he is delayed and can be there in an hour or reschedule. I texted back OK. Then at 6:10, I texted again asking are you coming? To which I received an automatic reply stating they are out of the office. They reached out the next day and stated they were sorry for the miscommunication and offered to come out on another day. I responded that I no longer wanted to schedule an appointment with them. If you are unreliable for the initial consultation, I can only imagine what happens when you pay for the service. Dont waste your TIME with this company.

I was a customer of a company they acquired. I am no longer a customer. Never felt like I really mattered to them.

After 8 months of treatments, my lawn looks significantly worse this summer than it has the prior two summers Ive lived here. I sent photos and emailed my concerns. Was told I should give it a few more treatments. No one offered to come out to discuss. They wanted to return today for yet another treatment and when I cancelled the service, I was told (for the first time ever) that the fault is mine for not irrigating properly. Disappointing. In response to the owners response to my original review, Id like to add that said owner met with me back in April in my front yard and told me the yard should be in really good shape by the end of summer with the exception of the 3-4 small patches of sunken areas where I added fill dirt for leveling. ZERO mention that it would take years and ZERO instructions about irrigation.

We could always count on favorable comments from neighbors concerning our yard. We have been so pleased with Fine Turf Lawn Care and their attention to the details of good lawn care......Thank you for your service over the years.

Wow. Before and after pictures after having FineTurf for a year. Did a aeration and seeding this fall and our Fescue is basically a carpet. Staff who work there are very friendly and easy to communicate with.
