MTM grading & Landscape Solutions in Matthews

We hired MTM grading to get up a huge water oak stump. Mario came and gave us an estimate which was VERY fair. The work was completed today and we are so pleased. Mario is very nice and professional. We would highly recommend him and he gets a 5 star review from us and we plan to use his services again. P.S. several of our neighbors have hired him also after seeing his work.

The back half of my yard was sloped dirt. Mario came and added numerous dump trucks of soil , and graded the soil. My whole yard is now usable. Mario Seeded and now it looks like he was never there. The whole yard is the same grade and all grass.

Mario has completed two drainage, grading and landscape installation jobs for us. He is honest, reliable and excellent at what he does. Took one look at our drainage issues and knew exactly how to fix them. Highly recommend!

Mario did a fantastic job leveling out my front lawn and replanting grass seed. He was very easy to work with - great communication. I would definitely work with him again!

I hired Mario to re grade about an acre of land. His contract called for him to remove the old grass, re grade the land to make it smooth again, bring in top soil (mixed with compost), seed, fertilize, and blow straw on the finished product. His efforts were stellar!! I knew I liked him when he got down, level with the ground, and evaluated the slope. I thought he was manicuring a golf course. Mario was responsive, worked very hard, kept me informed of his progress, and delivered results. New grass was growing within 10 days after the seeding. He even managed to dispose of a large yellow jacket nest underneath the ground. Marios pricing was very fair. His final price was consistent with his quote. After the job was complete, Mario came back to the house twice to review the work done. Who does that anymore? Mario was friendly, listened well, and as I mentioned before, worked very hard. He KNOWS what he is doing. I would highly recommend MTM grading and Mario to complete your next project.

Mario was awesome to work with. He was thoughtful and cost effectively utilized what we had before bringing additional dirt in to regrade the back yard. He was diligent, on time and moved through the work really quickly. Ill gladly work with him on any future projects.

Mario did an amazing job regrading my yard in a way that alleviated the need for any below-ground drainage solutions. He has a great eye for visualizing the slopes needed and gave me a fair price for the work which only took an afternoon s worth of time. Other companies had been quick to recommend French drains ($$$$) but after 6 months I can attest to the success of his regrading work and a lush yard of grass from the resultant re-seeding.

Mario and Tina are a fantastic team, Mario is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr Medina was friendly and courteous, arrived on time and did a thorough assessment and explanation of what needed to be done to fix our problem and why. Despite the extensive work we thought we needed, he was able to help us stay in our budget and do the most good for our property. He went above and beyond every day he was here.
