Top tier service! Petrarcha delivered a timely estimate, timely service, completed the work like professionals, and at a competitive price. I have used Petrarcha twice in the past year. Once to cut 8 mature 60+ ft pine trees where most of them were just 20 ft from my house. I called them back recently to cut a damaged oak tree limb that was hanging over my driveway. Petrarcha was on-site the day after I approved the estimate. Ive experienced the owner being on-site and the crew alone on-site and both experiences were positive. The owner clearly cares about the customer experience and in my case the crew represents that well. I will continue to do business with Petrarcha.

I just wish I could give this company TEN STARS. We had a tree fall during a brief windstorm Tuesday morning. After trying two other tree services, this is the one that had a live person answer the phone. Tina was so helpful and concerned. The tree had split in two and fell across the road. Local Township cleared the street and pushed the debris into our yard and half a tree was barely standing. Tina gave a quote, scheduled the crew and put our mind at ease. The crew is PROFESSIONAL, arrived as scheduled and 90 minutes later, you couldn t tell there was ever any problem. They even squeegeed the street! Highly recommend.

This company went above and beyond! They cleared my property and did it with such grace and respect. They stood by their company name. Petrarca Landcare Inc. They are very highly recommended and well respected In Massillon Ohio.

I requested an estimate for a removal of a large pin oak or red oak that is dead and dangerous for everyone on the property. Being that it is a nursing/assisted living home we would like to get this done quickly and stated this to Petrarca actually the owner himself. It has been almost a week since himself and 2 arborists came to look at the said tree. They threw out a number and I stated I need that on paper. NOTHING! Ive called and left a message to no avail. I called again and no response yet again. If you cant handle a written quote then I dont believe you can handle removing a tree.

They did a great job removing my tree that was towering right in between my house and my neighbor s. The crew knocked out my removal in less than 3 hours. The operation is like a well oiled machine. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

These guys are top notch. They have the equipment to get the job done. I hired Petrarca to remove an absolutely massive 50+ ft tall maple tree that was leaning over our house. They told me they d be at the house to start at 9am. I figured I d take an early lunch break at 10:30am and run their check to them - I figured by that time they d have started getting into really cutting it down.. By the time I got home, they were already packing up the trucks and leaving. They have very nice, super efficient equipment. They made quick work of that huge tree. If you need a tree removed, don t mess around. Call these guys, they ll take care of you.

The wind blew a huge tree down on my garage. They said they would be done in 3-31/2 hours and they were. They cleaned everything up. I just have to have the stump ground.

I have been using Petrarca landcare for the past 2 seasons for both lawn care and snow removal. They have been wonderful with all questions Ive had and the crews are always really nice. Today however they went above and beyond. My dad unexpectedly injured himself and was unable to mow to their yard. Petrarca landcare accommodated my mom and dad the same day and they did an excellent job with their yard and as always the crew was really friendly. Thank you for not only continuing to provide amazing service at my home, but also for taking care of my family during a time of unexpected circumstance. We are very grateful!

From the time I reached out to Petrarca to when they came and removed a tree on my property, they were responsive, professional, and did a thorough job. I was impressed with the crew day of and how quickly they removed my tree and cleaned up all debris from not only my property, but neighboring properties as well.

Rod was equal parts nice to work with and knowledgeable - he accurately diagnosed the risk a tree posed to our house and we were able to get it taken care of before any damage occurred. Did not appreciate the estimator showing up at my home with a gun on his hip! Very unprofessional and a major reason I won t use this company (besides their inflated estimate).

Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job for us. They worked extremely hard and their efforts and positive attitudes were a breath of fresh air this day in age. I would recommend them to anyone. Andrew is very knowledgeable and passionate about trees. I thoroughly enjoyed walking our property with him discussing which ones to remove and which ones to trim.

Petrarca did a great job removing 4 very large river birch trees from some very hard to reach spaces. The crew were amazing at their jobs and worked diligently from the moment they arrived. If you are looking to have trees removed, this is the company to do the job!

Petrarca removed 4 large trees from our neighbors property and 1 small one from ours in about 2 hours. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Our tree was in the middle of a planting bed, immediately adjacent to our house and they didnt disturb anything else other than the tree. And they cleaned up thoroughly, including raking up small branches, twigs and leaves. I highly recommend them!

We had a 100 feet tree fall in our yard on Sunday. It just missed our home but demolished s shed. My insurance company called this organization and they were out Monday am. The team was professional and equipped with the right equipment to get the job done fast. Not a trace left. I had them come back to look at other trees that looked like a potential problem. There was another leaning and ready to fall. I was worried about an upcoming storm and they were able to respond quickly-same day The team again was professional, timely and had the right equipment. I cannot thank Andrew and the crew enough. Would highly recommend.

This review is only about Petrarca Landcare FIREWOOD DELIVERY service. Ive never used their landscaping services. I had firewood delivered. I am very unhappy with the wood. The cut, split, and quality of the wood was fine, but I was told on the phone that the firewood had been drying over the summer (several months), and when I received the wood I found it to be fresh. I would not have purchased the wood from Petrarca if I hadnt been told it had been drying all summer. You can not burn freshly cut wood as easily, and burning wet wood can cause creosote to build up in your chimney, eventually resulting in a fire. I now have several hundred dollars worth of heating wood I can not use till next year filling my wood racks, and Ill have to buy more from elsewhere to heat my home this winter. Maybe I should have insisted on inspecting the wood before they dumped it on my lawn, but I trusted them and it feels rude, so I didnt. I could tell as soon as I began moving the wood that it was freshly cut. Dry firewood feels and sounds different than freshly cut wood, and it weighs more than a dry piece of the same size. Still, I tested the wood against some I had cut myself at the beginning of the summer. I split several pieces and used a moisture meter on the freshly exposed center of each piece. The results werent even close. The delivered wood had more than double the moisture reading. That being said, it is likely that the person on the phone had no idea what they were talking about when they told me how long the wood had been drying. It is even possible that they actually believed what they were telling me. I should have known better regardless. Its almost as much my fault for taking them at their word. The delivery person was courteous and skilled, so I gave them a second star. Again, I can not speak to the quality of Petrarca Landcare Inc landscaping. They might be great at that.

Team did a fantastic job removing some really heavy trees off my property. They took all the branches and cut up the wood so i can burn it! They cleaned up really well and tried to minimize the damage to my yard. Top notch work.

We needed 5 trees and a huge oak extensively trimmed in our back yard. Our home backs up with a hill to a small ravine, we also have a narrow side yard, and it s problematic to get into with large equipment. Because this is such a tough area to do work in, we were concerned about the workers safety, equipment access, our yard and house, the neighbors house and all the other safety issues that can be involved in working in a difficult area. We had to make sure we had the right fit for the job. We had several estimates from different companies, and found there are different ways to approach this particular problem. Cost was a factor too, so we needed a company that was reasonable in it s charges for the work to be done. We found Andrew from Petrarca Lawn care uses a phenomenal piece of equipment called a tree claw, (or grapple saw) to both cut, and remove the trees, and trim the oak, we knew this was the right person for the job. It was amazing to see the tree claw device in action, a job that would normally take 2 or 3 days done safely, in half a day. Everything was professionally handled, the work itself excellent, cleaned up, with no damage anywhere, you wouldn t know they were here except for the trees that were removed. Everyone on the crew was happy and friendly. It makes a difference to hire a professional, Certified Arborist to do the job right! We are extremely happy with the work that was done for us and highly recommend Petrarca Lawncare.

Was very enjoyable to watch the surgical removal of six dilapidated trees from my yard, a couple of which were contacting utility wires. Very happy with the work completed and would highly recommend Petrarca Landcare Inc.

Wow, this is the best tree company I have ever used. They use modern techniques like Hydraulic arms and semi automated saws to keep the employees safely on the ground when possible. They removed a very large maple tree from my yard in under 2 hours. They also cleaned up so well that had I not taken a few pictures you would not know they were here. I cant give Petrarca Landcare a high enough rating. Thanks for the work and I know who to call next time I need tree work!

PETRARCA lardcare did an exceptional job. They removed an exceptionally large tree in a pretty tight area. They are skilled, professional, and if it were not for the absence of the tree you would not have known they were here. This was one of the best service experiences weve had. Andrew came to do our estimate on the agreed upon day. He listened carefully to our needs. The estimate arrived when he said it would, The pricing was very fair. We scheduled the work. The crew showed up exactly on-time. They were pleasant and careful. The work was done in the time period estimated. The clean-up was done as promised. Its rare to get service today that happens as promised.

I was absolutely impressed with the entire experience, from getting the estimate, to the tree removal. The crew who took down the tree was professional and courteous and listened to my questions and concerns and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Minimal mess and yard disruption.

Amazing work! Had 2 medium-large trees took down and the team make sure everything is clean and perfect, pricing is also very reasonable! A tiny hiccups during scheduling but the work done is professional and 10/10 recommended!

Petrarca Landcare was a wonderful company to work with. They were very professional and were great to take some extra time before leaving to give suggestions on how to cut the tree since we asked for the main pieces to be left behind. This was a very interesting process to watch! The men obviously worked well together as they were very efficient with their time as to not take up my whole day. They were also very considerate to put down material to ensure that they did not leave any holes in my yard from the truck. I would very highly recommend giving Petrarca Landcare a call!

They came out and rescued my kitty who was stuck in a tree for over 24hours when no one else would come out to do it. They had worked all day and still came out at 9pm to help us out. So thankful.

I had two big trees that were blown over in front of our house due to a storm. I saw the Petrarca truck working in one of our neighbors homes and I walked over to see if they could take of them. They were so friendly and Andrew the owner came right over to mulch the trees. We live in a wooded area and will continue use them!

Petrarca Landcare took a tree down for me hours after calling them & viewing it towards the end of April. It was swaying back & forth after heavy rains and severe winds and was loose in the ground with large gaps opening & closing with the swaying. If they hadnt removed it, it surely would have fell on my house, probably within a few days causing major extensive damage. They recently removed two other trees(5/12)near my house and their crew works great together & does a superb job!!! Already have them scheduled for a third visit & job. Couldnt be happier with their work and clean up!!!

These guys took my giant silver maple down in about 3 hours. It would of taken a normal crew two days to take this thing down. The safety and service of this crew can not be match. If you need tree work especially large trees near a house or structure. These are the guys for the job.

I had a loss last night. The storms claimed another of my trees! Ugh! The tree didn t go without a fight. She grabbed on and tried to stop the inevitable. However in her plight, she injured a pole and ripped the electric and cable from the mast in my and my neighbor s house. Again Petrarca came out right away and had everything cleaned up. The guys were very friendly and quick. They had the entire tree gone is less than an hour. Then came back a little later and took care of the stump. Would recommend over and over!

Had knockout roses planted was told they were almost maintenance free. Now I m told I should cut all the flowers (when they stop blooming) off. I am 82 years old and not able to do that. None of this was told to me (also about any bugs they might get) and every time I called I got a very nice girl who I had to talk to because he didn t have the guts to talk to me. Andrew and his team were great! Andrew was very easy to work with during the quoting process and they were here and set up on time and had my tree down in no time... I was amazed how quickly everything went and the machinery they had to do the job... wow! It s clear that they are very experienced in what they do... like a well oiled machine. If anyone asks me for the name of someone to cut a tree down, Andrew will be at the top of my list.

This is one of the most professional companies I ve ever experienced. I had an emergency tree removal and they came out the next day with the right equipment to take care of my problem. Other companies couldn t do it or scheduled it for a week later. They are fast and friendly. Great job!!!!

Crew did a great job of cleaning up a fallen tree and cutting down 2 other dead trees. They were efficient and professional. Also did a great job of cleaning up the site. Quality work and good customer service. We will use their services again.

The service has not been very good the past year. Travis is now the scheduler. In December he had work done that we had not approved. My husband talked to him several times and ask him to have Andrew call us. We have not received a call from him. We also had a quoted price and signed a contract to have the brush cleaned up behind our barn last spring, that was never done. The first time they plowed our driveway with snow, the driver tore up the edges of the yard. Their idea of fixing it was to stomp the ground down with their foot and spread grass seed. When we complained, Travis said they no longer wanted us as a customer.

they dont want to pay their employees I went to get my check and it was all screwed up they told me I have to wait till Monday to get it never work for chocolate landscaping ever it is a complete other jokejust trying to cash my check and they told me theres a hold on it this place is a joke they only have enough money to pay their employees

One of their vehicles parked in front of our home blocking our mailbox and we werent able to get our mail due to postal regulations prohibiting the postal person from backing during the route. They were not working for us but next door. Sadly we are looking for lawn care services but this inconsiderate act takes them out of the running !

The crew of Val, Will, Jacoby and Collin were AMAZING! Huge bushes removed, there is not a mark in my grass from the machine used, the flower beds were cleaned up of debris and roots and smoothed over, not a single mess left... their price was well below all my other estimates and I will continue to use them for all my continuing yard needs.
