The appointment setting is easy. Workers are generally ok. Why I only gave two stars: 1. Last year, they came to set up the front yard but apparently never tested to make sure the clock worked. After a dry spell, I checked and the clock they installed did not work. 2. This year, JDC came (with the owner) to set up the system for the Spring start-up. I told them I found a leak in the back under the shrubs. They fixed the leak in 5 minutes and gave me an invoice for $175. The repair amounted to screwing a cap on the end of hose threads. The technician told me it was discounted due to being a long-term customer. 5 minutes at $175 is more than a lawyer charges. They took the cap and left, as I was not willing to pay them for this. The owner didnt try to resolve the issue.

I called to schedule an appointment because my father in law recommended them. Got an appointment pretty quickly. They got everything working well and the crew was very friendly. I was very shocked to come home today to a sympathy card from JDC as I mentioned in passing to one of the guys that my husband just recently passed away. This was so touching that I will continue to use JDC. Thank you!

This is the worst company with the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. They came to do a turn on service a few weeks ago, and they didn t do it right. Our grass is totally dead now. When we called to schedule them to come do it right, they are saying that they are going to charge us to come out! The office staff is rude (Alissa?). She hung up on me twice when I was saying that they did not show up for the appt that I have an email confirming. They are overpriced, and they don t know what they are doing. STAY AWAY!

No one knows what they are doing? Charged me a service call for Nt Showing up. Steer Away

This company is open and in business and is in Great standing with the communities, town and water authorities.

First of all I know for a fact that they are NOT closed and they do an impeccable job with my sprinkler system every year and I just made an appointment with them to come in April to come open up my system for the season. They are always extremely professional polite and get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your sprinkler needs!!

Office staff was professional and quick to schedule even with my complicated schedule to work around And the mechanic and his helper who came to my home explained everything did some repairs at a great price and even gave a new customer discount !!!! Jdc is the way to go !

jdc lawn sprinklers came right out to my home to do some repairs I couldn t do on my own , I normally do my own spring start up but from this point on I ll use them for turn on and blow out in fall Prices are great employees are knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything as needed 11/10 company !

Apparently a neighbor had work done with this company. Im a little confused because you have good reviews...what isnt appreciated is the trash that was left in front of homes after your employees had lunch. I think its extremely unprofessional to eat your lunch and discard your trash in front of peoples homes. Please be mindful....this is where we live.

The office was very efficient, and the service was reasonably priced. Kevin came out to perform a Backflow inspection. He showed up on time, was friendly and conducted himeself in a professional manner. I would call JDC Lawn Sprinklers again!

On 7/28 I received service from Kevin who was very professional. I told him about a section on my lawn that was not getting enough of water he immediately investigate the area and told me that the head was not giving enough of water and recommended a replacement which would cover the area and adjusted it at a 90 degree angle He also inspected the entire property and all the heads to ensure that all areas were in working order and coverage. I was extremely satisfied with his concerns and service value. Thank you for sending Kevin who must be a valued employee to represent your company

If in doubt rest easy with JDC they are the one stop shop when it comes to lawn irrigation very professional and attentive to your needs Thank You JDC for above and beyond customer service and if your shopping around for price they were.very reasonable and everything works no bs simple walk through instructions on how it all works its amazing my sprinklers pop up nit stuck in ground making a mud hole again you get what u pay for

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! OFFICE STAFF PERSONNEL NAMED DIANA , RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, FULL OF EXCUSES, REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER INGRID, OUT OF OFFICE...WHAT A JOKE! TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 1100, CALLED AT 1130 AND WAS TOLD BY RUDE DIANA WILL BE HERE AFTER 12 NOON.
