Service Used: Tree and shrub spraying Duration of Service: Several years Recent Experience: Noted that during their recent visit, the workers only sprayed my large backyard bushes for less than 3 minutes. These bushes were the primary reason I use their service. Communication Issues: Upon contacting them regarding a possible respray, I was met with skepticism from the owner regarding the duration they spent in my backyard. I clarified that this observation was based on footage from my security camera. The owner's reaction was abrupt, suggesting he is not too fond about homeowners using security cameras. Right after learning that my security camera captured his worker not completing the service, he chose to end my yearly contract. Although he promised a partial refund for the services I prepaid, I've yet to receive it after waiting for a month. Refund Issues: The company has not processed the promised partial refund to my credit card despite my frequent reminders. Whenever I call, I usually reach a domestic outsourced call center that just takes messages for the owner, leading me to believe they might not have an actual office. The representatives from this call center claim workers usually spend 30 minutes spraying in one area, which isn't true. It seems they provide misleading information, as only the owner has the final say. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, I haven't received any callbacks. If you're seeking a reliable tree and shrub care company, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend Organic Solutions Tree & Lawn Inc. The quality of the recent service, communication, and their approach to refunds left much to be desired.

Organic Solutions Tree & Lawn Inc. has been spraying our trees for more than 10 years. The serviceman comes 5 times during each season and the past couple of years they also spray for mosquito and tick control. I highly recommend them to take care of your property, since we’ve been happy with their services for years.

We are extremely satisfied with Organic Solutions. It truly has made a world of difference with our mosquito issues. More importantly the communications of emails when they will be coming and after the applications are done are prompt and appreciated. We are using them again for the 2023 season!

We used Organic Solutions for our trees and mosquito control. They are on time and have been successful in keeping our trees healthy. We also appreciate the time they noticed poison ivy in our backyard! We did not know it was there. We hired them to get rid of it and it's gone.

We have been using Organic Solutions Tree & Lawn for years for both shrub pest prevention and more recently for mosquito prevention and both services have been great. They let you know when they are coming and they back of their service by making sure the products work and will come back if they don't the first time. There are multiple Organic Solutions product providers on Long Island but these guys are the best and their value is much better than most. I highly recommend them.

I used Organic Solutions prior to having a party in my backyard. I could not believe how mosquito free my yard became and their was no foul order or even a sign that they just sprayed.
