Pierce's Lawncare & Landscaping in Mason

Unfortunately we experienced terrible customer service with this company. The owner Sandy is not honest when you call to ask questions about service. We understood that we had a very large snowfall and asked for an estimate on when they would be able to clear our lot. We are a pediatric office and we were unable to open our clinic because our lot was impassable. The snow came Sunday and the couldn’t guarantee they would have us cleared by even Wednesday. We had an issue a few years ago with snow removal and at that time we asked if there was a way to pay more to be a higher priority. We were told no. This year Sandy shared that we could pay a retainer and that would increase our priority level. What is unfortunate is that we used this company for our residential landscaping years ago and really liked them. They switched to all commercial work at some point. We hired them for our business because of my positive experience with them years ago. Clearly something has changed. Their landscaping work was fine but nothing special to compensate for our experiences in the winter. Beware that you may get honest answers about services.

Pierce's does an awesome job for us week in and week out. They have also done some additional services such as tree-limbing and landscaping and always do a fabulous job. Devin always goes above and beyond to do a great job and keeps us in the loop with any issues. Great workers and would highly recommend for tree, lawn and landscaping services.

What a hard working man Pierce’s lawn care have,clean up just what we wanted mulch looking fabulous parking lots clean no weeds anywhere and he also stay on top of everything I specifically ask for yesterday and today,we never have this kind of experience before,thanks to Brimo for such an hard work and respectful young man he is,I’ve seen some other guys with him but he always work and stay on top of everything from what I’ve seen with my own eyes fantastic work,I will share a piece of work to my neighbors and my friends to hire Pierce’s lawn care.

Devin & John have mowed our lawn for years and I recommend them highly.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Our company had a Spring clean-up and mulching scheduled for April 23rd. I left a message the same day upon not seeing anyone come out. They proceed to email me two days after the promised date to state they won't make it out for SPRING clean-up until the end of June. I would suggest not to waste time if you are looking for anyone to be prompt or professional, especially in the case of a business.

My condo community began using them fairly recently . They are far superior to companies that have been used in the past . Employees are friendly , professional and go the extra step to ensure things are done right!!!

Not as good and as thorough as they were in the past. I used them for years to fertilize lawn, cut and mulch beds. If you call the owner, Sandy, with a detail that was not done to your satisfaction (shrubs that were missed and not trimmed, weeds not pulled) she will not be the most honest and friendly person to deal with. If you expect any chemicals put down to prevent weeds before the mulch, you better make sure it is in writing.

First class job. We have tried several other lawn care company's. Pierce's price was even lower and they do a much better job. We recommend highly.
