Lansing Lawn & Snow Inc in Mason

We bought a vehicle off this company to find out there was so much wrong with it, we had asked if there was anything else wrong with it then what was posted and were lies to about it. When asked if they would just give our money back and take the truck back we got ignored... Now the truck sits leaving my man with no vehicle to drive as he needed this one to replace the truck he sold. Crooked company in my opinion.

Not responsive to calls or messages. They came to check out the job and never sent any estimates after 2 weeks. DO NOT HIRE.

Very hard workers!

horrible service don’t stick to there word. Don’t return phone calls and tried to charge me twice for a half par job. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Sadly, the workers from Lansing Lawn and Snow came to do my neighbors lawn and parked in front of my yard where my lawn workers park and were on their way to do my lawn. I went out and asked them to move as my guy was on his way. The man from Lansing Lawn and Snow said I will be 20 minutes and I'm not moving, sorry. It's Tuesday July 9, at 8:50 a.m. Perhaps this company does not care if they get a bad review but if I ever need to replace the company who presently mows my lawn, I will NOT call Lansing Lawn & Snow.

Great company

Stephanie and her entire crew have been great!! They have been incredibly reliable and have excellent communication. For financial reasons I always try to do my own yard work but there are often times when I just can't get to it and even though I don't ever expect Lansing Lawn and Snow to squeeze me in, as I assume they have regular accounts they have to put first, understandably, they still manage to work me into their busy schedule. They just did my yard yesterday, at a time when I figured it was too late in the season. Without fail... this company has been a God-sent! Highly recommended!!
