We hired Outerland to renovate our Cape house backyard. The house is in New Seabury, by a gulf course (with a huge golf course easement). We were always under the impression that nothing can be done because anything slightly bigger than our 6 foot deep deck would encroach on the easement. Caleb came in with his designer with a beautiful plan that included a large 15x30 ft heated swimming pool (including a 7x7 hot tub), travertine patio and waterfall feature with fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with roof and high end grill, fridge, and countertop, plus beautifully landscaped front and backyard. The transformation is amazing and unrecognizable, yet all comply with the local requirements from the town, New Seabury ARC, and the golf course, all of which Caleb’s team helped to negotiate. The construction was of top notch quality - not solely our opinion, but also unsolicited opinions from independent contractors we hired to take care of the trees and lawn and even solar installer. Their in-house designer Robyn was highly skillful. Their project manager Taylor was mature beyond her years, and was professional, responsive and take her responsibility very seriously. Their price is not the cheapest, nor were we looking for such. But whatever money you spent with them, you will not regret it.
We contracted with Outerland to years ago and have been completely happy with the service, price and quality of their work. The team, starting with Meghan Webb right on through all the team who works on our property have been great. We so much appreciate them! Thank you!
Horrible service and outrageous prices. They visited my property in early June and it took 6 weeks to give me an outrageous quote that did not include the elements we discussed. Apparently their representative Dian DeWet sent the quote to the wrong email address at 5 weeks and never followed up to see if it was received. What a sloppy and a shameful way to do business.
It took a lot of me convincing myself that it was time to turn over our gardens to a landscaping company.. After interviewing many companies I struck gold with Outerland and Turning over all of our lawn and landscaping needs to Outerland was the smartest thing I have done in 2024. Their management team and field crews are outstanding and our property looks better than ever. I highly recommend them for all your lawn/landscaping requirements
I brought in Outerland to do a new patio for our backyard. Not only was the price reasonable but the response time and communication was delightfully better than what I have experienced from other service companies we have worked with for our house. Would highly recommend. They treat you like you are their only customer.

Outerland was fantastic! They rescued me from a landscape renovation project I thought I could do myself. The crew was easy to talk to, timely, professional, and flexible with my schedule and changes. We were happy with the service from the office staff on the phone to the suggestions made by the project manager to those doing all the hard work in the hot summer sun. We highly recommend Outerland and have contracted with them for ongoing landscape services.
Finally we got a Gardner that knows what it takes to have a beautiful yard! Luis is the best! Very friendly and professional, he really knows how and when to prune, cut back and make out yard the best looking in the neighborhood! We are extremely happy with him and Derek. They're by far the best Gardners we ever had!

When we bought our summer home in Mashpee last spring, we knew we needed a local, dependable landscape contractor to keep our property looking good year round. If you are looking for a landscaping company who will actually call you back when you are trying to give them business, dont waste your time with this company. I have called approximately 7-8 times and even set up an appointment and spoke to a foreman who came to my house to look at the proposed work, then didnt get a response back from him either. I know things can fall through the cracks and we are all human, so I called and talked to the receptionist three more times after this foreman supposedly went to my house. She said each time she would call him and he would call me back but I never received a phone call, or voicemail. I think after that many attempts at that point its just a warning that either they have more business that they can handle - which if thats the case good for them - but that should be communicated to the potential customer so they can decide if they still want to deal with them. Hopefully they can figure this out.
We had to move a number of shrubs and even remove a few trees for a pool installation. The crew that came to our house - Foreman Robert, Randy and another young man did an awesome job. They worked really hard in hot weather and communicated well to be sure they were doing what we wanted and checked in before leaving to make sure we were happy with everything. I would be happy to have this crew at my house for future needs. Tamlyn who answers calls did an amazing job of following up with scheduling and explaining our time crunch. She is always very professional and goes out of her way to help. This review is for Tamlyn and this crew.
Almost called these guys to maintain my lawn along with my in-laws but just so happened to get cut off by one of their company vehicles on the highway this morning. We were heading East on 195, & a newer model Chevy suv, white, cut me off, with their company name & logo plastered all over the vehicle. Very unprofessional, sorry not sorry. If they re going to be that inconsiderate and crazy on the road, I don t trust them anywhere near my lawn.
I continue to be impressed with Outerland. Their attention to customer care is very obvious, and their staff clearly works hard. Five stars!
I have been impressed with Outerland. Of note, the mulch application team, irrigation repair and maintenance and the fall clean up are exceptional. My account manager - Tom Tuttle has been very responsive and overall I am pleased with the service.
Everyone there was very nice and respectful
Very poor quality work from unexperienced workers who are disinterested in their jobs. The let weeds grow so long they look like small trees and they damage lawns by letting untrained people use the mowers. They even direct the leaf blower towards the house and blow debris all onto the exterior walls. I know were short on workers this summer, but if theyre hiring people that cant figure out how to use a leaf blower it may be time for new management.The result: Your yard looks like you hired a neighborhood kid after leaving it unattended for awhile.
They continue to do a great job on my yard. There crews are very respectful.
