Does an excellent job and willing to go the extra step to make your yard look good. He is very dependable and willing to help with other things like removal of large branches that have fallen and even assists with the pool.

Ray Kelly is wonderful. He is personable, professional, and on time. Ray mowed our yard twice we we getting ready for a party 1 August. So we hired him to do professional weedeating, blowing and cutting the lawn. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up all the grass clippings. And his price is so reasonable. We had a serious lack of rain hit the area. My yard stopped growing and I started having lots of areas of grass death. He was mowing every other week up to the drought for me. This man was my mower company so to keep him in work, I hired him for other jobs. I let him come to trim the bushes and then I let him come and trim trees. I tipped him on both jobs and his price was good. I had asked him how much to go get a load of rock for my flower bed and asked if he would be interested in pressure washing the driveway when the lawn business starts waining in the fall. I also mentioned I would like to install some trees when the weather was cooler. He was set to do a lot of business at my home. I get a text the week after my trees about mowing. I have attached photos as the grass was dying in patches all over my yard. This was Wednesday, July 24th. Photos attached. I told him it did not need mowing and to wait. He seemed irritated. We were about to get 5 days of potential rain. It rained Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The grass where it was dying went crazy. I called to leave him a message that it needed mowing now and whenever he wanted to come was fine. I called and left a message on his phone on Sunday after church. He did not answer which was odd but I thought nothing of it. He later claimed he was irritated I called after I got off work and on Sunday. I work and am talking calls during the day. He’s normally mowing anyway and he could let voicemail take it. I did not call late but called after I got off or on a Sunday. I hear nothing back and I get a message on Tuesday that he’s drove past my yard and to find someone else. I have also attached photos that you can compare growth of 6 days straight of rain. He says he’s not going to let me dictate his schedule. He says my yard is a jungle. I ask but you seemed happy the week before when he was here trimming the trees and he says he was happy but not now. He does good work but if you can’t stick to his schedule whether it needs mowing or not, you may experience what I did. He will drive by and not come back. He will not talk it out or tell you he is unhappy but he will quit you high and dry. I am beyond hurt since I was paying him to do other things and he was making money off me trimming bushes and trees. I was engaging him with business.
