I hurt my back and couldn t do the first spring mow so I called these guys because they had good reviews. I intended to take back over after my back got better. I have been active for three weeks now and these guys do such a good job I am letting it ride. It lets me focus on all the other stuff like trimming and weeding and washing my cars. I gave no instructions on how I liked it mowed or how I wanted the edges done. They nailed it the first time just as well if not better than me. They show up when they say they will, and take the clippings with them, which leaves room for all the clippings from the trimming. I highly recommend this company.

Did a good job

My yard was a mess, 12 inch high grass and weeds. Matt and Omar cut and clean it in a shorter time then I thought it would take. Great job! Because of this I had them come back and landscape my front and side yard. This involved digging out a lot of plants, bushes and redoing all my lawn borders by weeding, leveling and installing fabric and bark. Matt and his crew did another great job and now we are talking about doing the same for my back yard.

Weve been using Augusta Lawn Care since the Spring time of this year for lawn mowing, edging and weed whacking. From getting our initial quote to helping resolve an issue where one of our pathway lights got broken by accident, their service has been superior. Whenever I send in an inquiry or extra requests, I get a response within the day. I love how we can just pay online via the customer portal. I highly recommend them.

Augusta Lawn Care is one of a kind and Matt and Nic took amazing care of our lawn. Matt started us off with a great mowing of our front and back yard last week. We started with biweekly mowing but are moving to weekly mowing due to how good of a time we had with Augusta and the grass growth. We also used yard clean up services which included de-weeding a large overgrown area, bush trimming, planter removal, and more. Nic left our yard immaculate, like we just moved into a new home. Both Matt and Nic introduced themselves, let us know the work they were going to do, and went to work. Very skilled and highly competent lawn care professionals. We usually take care of our lawn but we were out of country for couple of months and property was covered with overgrown weeds and blackberries. To say they are a huge disappointment is a huge understatement. They left so much undone, really sloppy work, they severely misquoted us, ripped us off completely. Customer service is a big joke, they don t care at all, no matter how hard you try to get help from their customer service team, it will get you absolutely nowhere. It s like talking to pre recorded voice telling you that their team did the work and need to get paid over and over again. The fact that they left so much of our yard undone, doesn t matter to them at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I can t say it enough, AVOID! Edit: @Augusta lawn care; look at my other review where I go into detail about exactly what happened and you ll know where my issue is. I hope your guys took photos of the middle part of our lawn and the right side of the yard by the backyard door. The right side by the door has been absolutely abandoned and I ll be happy to provide photos Of it but you probably don t care. It takes me about 3 hours to mow the entire lawn on my own, I was probably charged even for the time your men felt like they needed a break out by their car. Im shocked that it takes them 4.5 hours each to finish half of the lawn. Do they purposely go slow so they can get paid extra? It s absolutely Ridiculous it takes two men over four hours to do a job I can do entirely on my own in less time then that. It wouldn t even take two men that much time to mow a soccer field and my yard isn t even that big. Im also betting that no one came out to see the yard before you guys gave me a quote, that s why it was off by over $400.

Nick the owner is a great young man and entrepreneur. We so appreciate his willingness to step in this summer while our lawn person is out on sick leave. He does a great job and is a great communicator when things arent just right. I appreciate his enthusiasm and if you are looking for an outstanding guy and team to do your lawn you cant miss.

Nic and his team of guys have done multiple projects for us in our backyard, and take care of mowing during the summer/ spring season. We were looking for a landscaper to do a winter clean up of 1 acre of our property. It was a complete mess and we knew going into it that it wouldnt be cheap. As a real estate broker I have a relationship with many landscapers but wanted to see what other options we had and Augusta was one of the landscapers we contacted for a estimate. Immediately Augusta reached out and put us on their schedule. From the first interaction we were impressed! We ultimately went with Augusta for their competitive pricing and Nic. Once it was time to start the job we were shocked to see Nic was on his own, it was a big project. But, we were so impressed. He worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done correctly, on time, and within budget. Needless to say, we made the right decision in hiring Augusta and we would highly recommend them to everyone! Cannot say enough good things about Augusta. Really and truly I can t. I was out of town on business for several months and my yard was a mess. My house looked awful. Some of the weeds were a couple feet high. Augusta came quickly and did a free estimate to clean up my yard and then promptly scheduled service. They came and holy cow! My house doesn t even look the same! It looks newer! They laid mulch, removed some really ugly rocks from by the sidewalk and laid sod instead, and cleaned up the front and back with a mow. It looks really beautiful. The estimate was reasonable and I am going to have them continue care on my lawn. They were also so friendly to see during the day and never made me feel bad about the yard and instead shared my excitement about how much better it looked. I would really recommend them.
