RMS Ground Maintenance in Maryland Heights

I want to say that I never want to leave a negative review. I think small businesses are so important in our country. But if you are looking for a reliable, responsive lawn service company, I would absolutely not recommend using RMS due to their lack of communication, service and faulty invoices. The last time they mowed was mid-July. I contacted Gavin the beginning of August via text because our lawn was getting long and I wanted to see if they’d be by to mow soon, especially in the back. It was almost a foot. I didn’t hear back after sharing my name and address. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for a slow response and for a week tried to get ahold of them via email, multiple texts to Gavin and phone. No response. No service. They went MIA. After trying to get contact with Gavin or anyone from RMS for a week, I then sent written communication to Gavin that we didn’t need their services anymore due to their lack of communication and lack of service since by that time it’d been a month since they mowed. At that time, our July invoice was paid in full promptly. And also by that time, our lawn was incredibly long and I felt bad our neighbors had to see that eyesore. We then had to go out and buy a lawn mower from Home Depot and since August my boyfriend has mowed our lawn. I still never heard anything back from RMS until today when I then received an August invoice for work that they never did for the month of August. The last time they mowed was mid-July and that invoice was paid. The funniest part is one of the days they so called “mowed” in the August invoice, I have a Ring video of my boyfriend mowing our front yard to prove that the invoice is incorrect. I have reached out to their company email today and will again try and contact Gavin. I am expecting the invoice to be updated to what’s actually accurate. I truly don’t like giving bad reviews, but I need to be honest. This is extremely irritating and a waste of my time.

First time I have used them. What a great job and I feel I got my money worth. The guys doing the work were great. I will use them next year

I used RMS for a double (two-pass) aeration and they were incredibly fast and efficient. The quality (I have LOTs of tiny holes in my lawn, now!) and price are excellent. I'm not sure you could rent a machine and do it yourself for less.

RMS was very professional. Always polite and in uniform. Got back to me quickly with the questions i had and did great work!

I can't put into words how great these guys are. They worked a miracle on my yard. A MIRACLE I say!! You want them on your yard. You NEED them on your yard.

This business has taken care of my lawn all summer and through the fall I would suggest this business to anyone that has issues with there current lawn care. Very reasonable price and great job!!
