As with all employees of Green Envy, my interaction with Paul was friendly and informing. He patiently answered all of my questions and then he applied my lawn treatment efficiently

Missed most of the backyard again, but this happens so many times throughout the year that I am getting use to it and have stopped complaining. They said they have directions on my property line but apparently have so many new people that don t review it before applying.

Technition actually introduced himself and asked if it was OK to apply the fertilizer. This is a great thing for your technicians to do. This is a great employee

Ok I guess. Didn t know he was here until I got your text.

Disappointed today that my lawn tech did NOT read the notes on my account to not treat the area behind the pool (because fertilizers in pools = increased phosphates in pool water)! He thought he blew fertilizer pellets off the pool deck but it was still all over the pool cover and deck which we had to blow off twice more

Our yard was not treated. The neighbors yard was treated.

Steve was here for maybe 5 minutes to supposedly spread lime. He took some very wide turns around yard, not even trying to cover the entire yard by any measure. My security cameras caught it on video (that I can t share on this app.) He Left a bill for $77. Not cool!

Side yard is not as healthy as the rest of the lawn. Not a fan of the liquid aeration, had bugs all year

I do not like this new aeration process and will not do it again. I have seen no improvement since it was done

It was Saturday morning and raining. He was very positive, I offered him a water or something. He was very polite and declined and continued to do his work. Got done left behind the bill and yard sign to indicate he was there. However his true talent will show in a couple of weeks. If the lawn burns up not so great????hahaha. I m sure it will turn out good!

I was in my front yard the day that Steve said he applied fertilizer. I never saw him come to my yard although he was at my neighbors. When I called the office. they said they would check and come back to me. Haven t seen anything since. Green Envy has sent someone to the house to redo the fertilization. They usually are very good about following up anytime their work is questioned.

We had questions regarding our treatment this morning. He came back to explain how our treatment is applied and we are satisfied. He was kind and answered our questions!

Ir was a really nice day (one of the last) so my dog was outside when he arrived. Brandon had to come to the door to ask me to bring my dog in. He seemed annoyed. I didn t know an exact time he would arrive or that he was even there. He also ran over a large silicone in my yard - where other people would have just kicked/thrown it onto my patio.

Need to be notified several days before coming. Lawn was covered with leaves. Same thing happened when lime was applied!!

Richard sprayed fertilizer and weed control today and avoided newly applied grass seed to prevent damaging grass seed.

We didnt even know he came today until i received this text .. His note on bill read, Fer/ weed So i assume he did.

Well, I hardly know how to rate the service because barely spoke two words to me. Did not let me know that they arrived to do the service. Did not let me know that they were done and leaving. They were here less than 10 minutes. I did not even get a call about that. They were on their way. So I had no time to prepare at all and by the time I had done a couple things to prepare for them they were gone.

We have been using Green Envy for several years. Neighbors comment how nice our yard looks. They did respond when I had an issue with some weeds still popping up. I request they notify me of any services beyond the normal monthly/bi-monthly care fee. I m always notified of aerating/seeding so I can mark my water system heads. No billing problems.

I was able to talk with Paul about my lawn concerns. He was knowledgeable and a great source of info.

I wasnt home when the yard was serviced on 10.3.24. However, weve seen great improvements over the last 2 months, especially after applying fertilizer to the yard. Thank you!

Wasnt there when it was done but it looked like seed was laidown. I dont know how liquid aeration is supposed to look but there was some fluid that hit the sidewalk so Im sure the liquid aeration was done as well
