Had Josh and Trish look at an unruly tree and sinkholes in my yard (thanks Dan Ryan) took care of the tree trimming and came with 6 or 7 loads of dirt for sinkholes. They showed up on time, did everything I asked without question. Very professional and easy to work with. Josh even cleaned out a few gutters for me since he had a bucket truck. I was referred to Josh Swan by a friend who was a happy customer. He did some stonework around our patio. We were very happy with his work and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend. Needed 2 Bradford Pear Trees removed. I was at end of getting estimates when somebody referred Joshs company. I reached out and from that e-mail to Josh pulling away with 2 cut up Bradford Pear trees in bed of truck was about 5 days. Price was better than all others and response/ customer service/ professionalism was second to none. Joshs estimate was only estimate I got that included adding soil, seeding, and covering with straw once stumps were removed. Everything cleaned up well at end of project. I would not hesitate to use Josh again and will be recommending to anybody that needs his services.

Exceptional service! Thank you Josh! I called Josh requesting snow removal from my elderly Mothers driveway. He returned call within a couple of minutes (only service to return call so far). Within the hour my Mothers driveway is cleared. My sister and brother in law are visiting and advised PJ (snow plow driver) did an excellent job maneuvering around driveway without having markers to know exact edges of pavement. PJ did some additional shoveling where driveway meets the house AND put down salt on areas where it looked to stay icy. Above and beyond service!! Thanks again Josh and PJ!

I recently moved into a newly built townhouse. The HOA provides mowing services but I needed a little more. Josh came out when he said he would (and on time). He provided me with an estimate and different options. I settled on mulch around my A/C unit. His crew came out and started right away. I even asked if they could dig me 2 holes to plant bushes. They did it without question. I have to say that even though my job was a small job Josh and his crew did the work. They even noticed that the mulch around my tree didnt match what they were putting down so they switched it out. Couldnt be happier. They were so polite and professional. They not only care about making their customer happy but Josh and his crew take pride in their work.

His team was amazing ! We moved to a new home and the previous owner let it go. So we called Swans landscaping and the cleaned up the yard and flower beds, also trimmed some trees and cut down a few with no issues. Remember to always support a local business!

Due to a sloppy pool installation, I was in need of a retaining wall and yard regrading. I was in a bit of a rush since the support of the pool could have been compromised. Josh and his crew were GREAT! Josh scheduled me in a timely manner and I could not be happier with the quality of work. Josh described each step of the process to me, making sure I knew exactly what was going to be done that day. He has a hard working and capable crew! The retaining wall is sturdy and not a detail on measurement was ignored. Josh was thoughtful with the regrading- he took the time to make sure everything looked natural. If I ever need any more work done, Swans will be my first call.

Josh and his team were outstanding! Communication was outstanding, he tells you what he is going to do and does it. Price was the same at quote as it was upon completion, (he needed more stone than projected and didnt pass the cost on to us), a man of his word. Something else I noticed was that his employees did not have a negative thing to say about their boss. Hard to find that these days. I will use Swans Landscaping for all my future projects. Six months ago I had a dozen pine trees and two inches of pine needles removed from the back yard. Then I discovered the previous owners had covered the entire area with landscape fabric, which I removed last month. This created quite the mess (see Before picture). I called Josh Swan, who came out and gave me an estimate for the job. Then, when there finally was a break in the rain, he came out and did the work. Three guys and five hours and the job was done (see After picture). Excellent, fast service that saved me a lot of grief. If I ever need more work like this done Ill be sure to call Josh again.

Josh and his crew did an awesome job. We had them remove 6 trees, grind 3 additional tree stumps, remove weeds and other yard overgrowth, remove old dead plants and bushes and place a few new ones, add mulch, plus more. They did all this in one day and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

I had bad flooding in my garage. Josh and his crew came out and built a beautiful dry stack retaining wall and installed french drains. Swan Landscaping gave me a fair estimate and excellent customer service.

Josh came out to see what we needed done last Thursday. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We explained what we had going on and what we were thinking about doing. The Josh told us what he thought was best and explained in detail how he would do everything in detail. He gave us a quote and said he would be able to do it in a couple of weeks. We said that we were under a time crunch. He looked at his schedule and said Thursday or Friday and worse case schedule would be Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Well, this morning he sent a text and said they could come today if we wanted. We responded back immediately and they were here within 30 minutes. They got right to work digging out a few bushes and started leveling off the ground. All of the guys were very polite and professional and a pleasure to talk with. They worked very hard in the heat and did quality work! They laid down the retaining wall fast and did it right making sure it was level the entire way. The entire crew worked well together. When they finished they put everything away, cleaned up and used the blower to clean up the dirt and straw on the walking way and retaining wall. Once they were finished Josh asked up to take a look and check it all out. Then he explained how to take care of the sod and the seed. Josh was a pleasure to talk to and he is a wealth of knowledge from drainage, tree cutting, tree trimming and we even talked about creating a parking area in front of the house. The price was very reasonable, the quality was outstanding and I am very pleased with the work that was done! I highly recommend Swans Landscaping for any job you need done!! It was a real pleasure!!!!

A huge thanks to Swan Landscaping for coming out and beautifying the front of our house. They cleared out our weed infested mulch beds, reshaped the entire thing, covered the mulch beds so weeds will not pop through, and meticulously hand trimmed our Japanese Maple in the front of the house. Can t wait to have them back out for more projects. Josh and his crew were extremely respectful and made sure to clean up before they left. I ve seen a lot of landscaping jobs where it s a mess afterwards...this was far from that. His guys raked out the grass around the mulch beds and they hauled away all the weeds, dirt, and clippings from the tree.

Josh and his crew cut down a huge tree in my yard. The tree covered 3 houses and was a bit hard to get to. Josh and crew were very efficient getting it down and cleaning after themselves. It took 2 days but that is exactly what he said it would take. I would definitely recommend Swans Landscaping.

Josh literally saved my house with an emergency tree removal service visit just hours after a storm left a fallen tree hanging over my roof from a snag.. Quick response on a Friday evening and professional work left my house with no damage at all!

This company is totally amazing & might I add they take care of their equipment in the same manner. They were able to use a state of the art Steiner front deck mower that reached all the way down to the water on the front side of the dam to our pond. It was scary but that gentleman knew just what he was doing, all the while as the boss monitored his employee s safety on all their jobs at hand.The back dam was a walk in the park for this machinery. This pond is now beautiful. Trimming of 10ft fire bushes was a breeze. Their employees are kind, generous, & professional to answer all your questions. They are non stop to get the job done. They left their trucks and equipment completely blocking the road in my neighborhood, and would not move them to let the people that live here get out to go to work. There was plenty of room for them to pull off to the side and work, but I guess that would have been a little inconvenient for THEM.
