Did a good job but pricing is definitely geared towards 4,000 sq ft lawns and bigger. Charged me the same price as my neighbor who it took over 20 mins to aerate and mine took 7 mins.

Ross was awesome! Throughout the process he was super responsive and flexible with scheduling. (We had to cancel and reschedule at one point and he was super accommodating!) He arrived on time and was super friendly! He explained what he would do and then got his aeration machine running and aerated our yard. Didnt take too long and yard looked good. Found him after going through all the lawn services that make you commit to annual plans, and dont do short notice smaller jobs. He got it done at a reasonable minimum fee, nice, quick and focused on what you want. A find! Just aeration this time but hes my go-to for feed and seed if I cant get to it myself.

Very good prices and fast even during peak spring time.

Ive used Hartley Lawn Areation the last two years. I have approximately 27,000 sq feet of lawn. It took him about an hour and a half to complete the job. He is professional and does an outstanding job. His prices are reasonable compared to some people Ive contacted. I have recommended him to neighbors and they have used him.

Ross has good vibe. Hes very personable and happy. I forgot to clear a path into the backyard. Ross tackled all the obstacles we unintentionally left for him. When he finally got around to doing his own job...it was quick, flawless and really reasonably priced. AND...he made sure the walkways were debris free. He left the place looking better than it did before he arrived.

Other companies I have had aerate my lawn left plugs about 1/2 to 1 in length, Hartley left 3 to 4 plugs, so I know the aeration is getting deeper and helping to break up my clay soil much better! This is a lawn aeration service that uses a professional hydraulic plugging machine, not a walk-from-behind device that struggles to get plug penetration. Ross is a high energy Idaho guy, honest in all regards, who earns his sterling reputation every day. Hes not one of those newbies about town who overcharges and underdelivers. I am lucky to have found Ross and his machine. ThxR!
