Schalow's Nursery Inc. in Marshfield

Great place and so many things other than a nursery! Beautiful locally crafted jewelry, soaps & lotions, and fun ceramic kitchen wares. They even carry my favorite Munson Bridge wines!

We used Schalow's for our large landscaping project which included pond, large retaining walls, patio, trees and perennial plants. From our first meeting, my husband and I felt comfortable with Gordon. The plan that he drew was SPOT ON with what we were looking for. His staff is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and always left the site clean. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Schalows Nursery on several landscaping projects and have been more than satisfied. Gordon does an amazing job with landscape design. The crew is hard working and talented. They always leave the job site clean when they are finished for the day. Beautiful work and amazing customer service!

Excellent plants. Excellent shrubs. Excellent perennials. Everything is so excellent! They have a playground for the kids to play on so you can actually shop and look around. The inside shop is absolutely beautiful. So many little gifts and trinkets for people that are unique and meaningful, prices are decent. Little bit more expensive but you are really paying for a quality plant when you come here. The staff is super knowledgeable. Super friendly and if you look at the photos you can see even the birds love nesting here. It's just very tranquil and excellent. They have a vast variety of the higher end plants such as lilac, trees, hydrangea trees, buckeye, so many varieties of flowering, decorative, ornamental trees, maple trees, oak trees, pine trees, everything. They carry a little bit of everything for you and they'll help guide you on what's best for your yard. They also have very knowledgeable staff about like soil, mulch versus stone etc all the way around. Best, greenhouse. Please please please keep up the great work because it's amazing and excellent 👌👍

Good selection but yes, as someone mentioned, 2 to 3 times higher prices. Only place that had hostas though when I was in this area but very high price. Later we got 6 hostas from Menards for same price they wanted for One. Also noticed an Azalea in 3gal pot for $115. I ordered same size plant from Home Depot for $42 free shpg. Has same amount of foliage.

They did a great job! We are loving the plants they picked for our landscaping so far. The guys that came to plant our plants were knowledgeable and very friendly. We have a few plants that don't look like they will make it, but we aren't worried since there is a one year warranty. I would recommend them!

This place is amazing. We felt so welcomed. The staff had that special gift of being helpful conversational and friendly. They have awesome decorations and gifts for everyone. Their indoor plant selection is not big. But what they have is beautiful and very healthy. Plus a few plants hard to find elsewhere. Really impressed with the prices as well! Will definitely be back. Cannot wait to see what plants they get in for the growing season.

Most employees friendly, however the prices are very high. Why spend all the extra money when you can go to a smaller greenhouse and be charged way less? The quality is great but I have seen the same high quality for a lower price. Other local greenhouses are often more inviting and homier as well. Heard some pretty negative comments about the people who run the place too. I say, spend your money at a smaller business that will be better on your pockets as well as your conscience.
