Prairie Pro Services in Marshall

They sent a rock through my car window while mowing Kwik Trip. Called multiple times with no response. Now I’m chatting with Kwik Trip corporate for reimbursement. Ill be interested if they are kept by KT.

The company was witnessed by my neighbors carelessly hitting my fence with their mowers multiple times to the point they uprooted the gate out of the ground. When I contacted the company multiple times in hopes for them to make it right and because I wanted to cancel my services, I got zero response over the course of several months. BUT, they sure are persistent about sending you bills so that they can get paid. Additionally, they charged me for weed control after I specifically said I didn't want it at the start of the season; my flower beds were still filled with weeds.

So after a bad rain storm a couple of weeks ago I noticed flooding in my basement. The root of the issue was the grading at my house. I called had to at least be 12 landscapers.. obviously being busy season I only got 2 total call backs.. and only one ended up and giving me a quote. My boss at work knew a landscaper in the Janesville area, but he doesn’t travel to Madison. He called over to Jason at Prairie Pro Landscaping and told him my situation. Jason literally drove to my house that night. He literally just got done working 2 days straight, but still made the time to come see me same day… he gave me several options and got me a quote the very next day. I’m getting married in two weeks so my budget was a little tight. He helped me make arrangements and gave a very fair price. Then literally got all the work done the very next day which included window wells, grading, bedding, rocking, retaining wall, tree removal and seeding. His crew was very professional and hard working. Thank you so much Jason & Prairie Pro landscaping 5 stars and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for work done.

I had a fantastic experience with Prairie Pro Services. Jason answered my request for a quote almost immediately. I needed to have driveway work done, replace the front steps and put in a small patio. He came to the house and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for! The guys doing the work were very professional, personable, and I was impressed with the hard work and determination to get the job done in a timely manner. I followed all Jasons suggestions (I don't like making decisions) and am so very pleased with the project! I get compliments by passers-by every day. If I need any more work done, I'll definitely go with Prairie Pro again.

I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to enhance your outdoor space. We had Prairie Pros come and install a paver patio last fall and they did such a great job we had them back in the spring to continue the project to include walkways, raised beds and a fire pit. Great hard working crew. I love my my new patio/firepit area, it really makes our backyard one of a kind. As far as while the project is going on...You do need to keep on them, emailing, texting and calling if there are any issues or things they need to fix. They are Not great with following up or responsiveness, project manager is not responsive so you need to be your own. Lawn repair is not great after project.

My husband and I were able to utilize the Prairie Pro Services for a tree removal as well as a fencing project. They were really easy to communicate with, their quote was extremely reasonable (well under our other fence quotes), and they were well qualified and timely. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very professional and detailed team came to our house to clear mulch/rock, take care of stump removal and lay new soil and seed. I received next day service after contacting them. Very pleased with their work.

Had them come and take a tree down in my backyard for a shed we are putting in. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and then removed the stump in my yard a few days later. The cleanup was superior after they were done. Now we hope to have them come back and reseed and re-level the yard when my shed is done! UPDATE on the yard repair. These guys did a fantastic job on reseeding and leveling out my yard. If you call for landscaping projects, make sure you call these people as well. They get back to you very fast!
