U.P. Property Maintenance has my highest recommendation. Mike showed up with his conscientious and hard working team at our camp on time and worked on our property like it was their own. These guys cut trees for us, cut marsh grass around our 20 acre lake, trapped a beaver that was causing trouble, split the wood they cut and cleaned up with exceptional care. They did work that would have taken me 3 weeks to do in a day and a half, allowing me and my family to enjoy our time. 100% plan to work with Mike and UP Prop Maintenance again.
My fridge had blown a power fuse down in our basement, I stumbled upon this company and gave them a call, Mike was super cool, and got me scheduled right in with no problems. He got me scheduled for the next week. Showed up on time and ready to go. On arrival, we realized the fridge would not fit through the back door, Mike and his team took our back door off, got the rancid fridge that was leaking all over the floor out , Put the back-door on and got the fridge out of there. He was eager to help, and was super cool about everything. Not to mention he tried to undercharge me for the amount of work he put in. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for all my household needs. Highly recommend. Price 10/10 Service 10/10 Customer service 10/10

I left a voicemail at 6pm on a Friday night asking for help getting heavy furniture out of my appointment before Monday. I thought that I was probably asking for a lot - but Mike didn’t make it feel that way at all. A time was communicated with me and they came next day, getting the work done quickly and asking a very fair price. I highly recommend for any hauling or junk removal needs!
I hired Mike of UP Property Maintenance to remove snow for the 2021-22 winter season. I’m so glad I did! After the first few snowfalls I realized that my worries about keeping my business free from snow and ice were over. He always showed up, on time, and did an excellent job. In past years the driveway was packed with ice by February. Not this year. Mike was able to get this old radiator up and out from the basement. He did my spring and fall yard cleanup. I recommend UP Property Maintenance to anyone. Mike is a great communicator, reliable and trustworthy.

Mike and his crew have done an extraordinary job everytime I have called them or referred them to clients. Recently they demoed a room in my house and hauled away construction debris for me. They were on time, hard working and made quick work of the project.

Great company and great owner. Came up to move out of my house day before Easter and dumps were closed so I started calling around and no one was available. Mike picked up right away and was over my house in 15 minutes helping me clean out my entire house and taking my junk to the dump. Highly recommend
I called to inquire about junk removal, and there was no answer so I just assumed they were closed on Easter weekend like all of the other businesses I called. However, they called me right back and said he could swing by in 15 to help us move our junk out quick! Very nice and very helpful! Highly recommend this business!!

Fantastic Experience Hiring UP Property Maintenance to remove old, gnarly plants from the back lawn and then to smooth over the ground to make walking safer. Excellent workers who never took any breaks-just worked for three solid hours. Listened to all my concerns, were very respectful whenever they asked a question. I am so pleased they got this work done as I was miserable wondering if I would ever find anyone to do this work. I would recommend this business to everyone--they do fantastic work and it was pure joy to watch them clean up the backyard.

U.P. Property Maintenance very honestly was one of my first friends when I moved to Marquette. The owners information was given to me by my realtor and I have been using them ever since. Mike and his company do it all. He is on time, charges more than reasonable and is a friend. I would highly recommend him for ANYTHING.

A friend of mine (and neighbor of Mike s) shared his company information over the weekend. I had been looking at pricing a dumpster and paying people to empty a rental for me. I thought, it couldn t hurt to talk to him and see what they d be able to do. Mike came and walked through, gave me a price, then he and Kyle came and took care of all the large items that I never would ve been able to handle on my own. They were amazing, professional and efficient. I can t tell you the stress they took off my shoulders! AND, while they were working my job, a lady down the street walked down and asked about a sofa she needed to be rid of; Mike told her if he couldn t fit it today, he d get it by the end of the week...he was able to fit it! I had UP Property Maintenance come and haul away an old hot tub. Mike was there when he said he would be, loaded the hot tub and cleaned up the area it had been stored in. Very happy with his professional work. Will definitely hire him again.
We purchased a new home last year in Marquette, and are blessed with several proliferative pine trees in our yard. And like many folks we had a lot of pandemic time on our hands, so what better way to spend it than raking up drifts and berms of pine cones from our yard? Well the beauty and wonder of this fair city certainly made it easy to forget last year s labors and the blisters and slivers and foul language. The memories came rushing back last week within 8 seconds of picking up a rake and standing in the yard. So this year I decided to hire out the job, and while I was at it why not go all out and pass off cutting the lawn as well? I am pretty picky about people I ask to do things, as for the most part I believe if you want something done right, and you don t want to be disappointed, you need to do it yourself. I cannot express how pleased we are with Mike s work. He returned my call quickly, arrived when he said he would to assess the job, was completely flexible with our needs, and extremely reasonable pricing. Then he got it all done days before his original estimated time, AND it looks fabulous! It will be very pleasant working with him in the future. Additionally it was very refreshing to see integrity and pride reflected in the quality of his work. That alone makes the decision to stick with small, privately owned companies totally worth it! What a great company and great group of guys to work with! These guys worked on demoing our crazy 25 ceiling house. They had no fear and made it look easy. They were fast, efficient, and ready for any crazy task I needed them to do, whether pulling out the gross stuff or salvaging hard to salvage material. They made it work! We will be using them again!
