Hired to do emergency snow removal after our snow blower wouldn't start and getting 2ft of snow. Paid almost $250 and services were NOT rendered. Requested a refund and no response from the company.

We started using Spodeck's snow plowing in 1983. We were among Kirk's very first customers. So this is the 40th year we have been a customer. Spodeck's does an excellent job clearing snow from our large driveway, they are very dependable and their prices have always been reasonable. We would highly recommend them.

The mowing is amazing couldn’t be happier, but as for the snow removal is terrible. They basically brush our parking lot not even plow, they leave and it’s more slippery out there than if they would’ve just left it. They are suppose to shovel as well but I think I’ve seen them shovel 3 times this year. When I contacted the office with my concern the front office secretary Krista was very rude and saying that don’t need us to tell them how to to do their job that they know how to do it, and that they don’t have a contract with us resident that it with our tribe, and to contact them with any concerns. I reached out to the tribe and they also told me that THEY HAVE BEEN BILLING THEM FOR SHOVELING that they don’t even do!!! Neighbor are out shoveling and salting before they go to work because they won’t! I don’t recommend using them and I won’t use them for my personal needs.

I wouldn't call them for anything ever, unreliable, they don't show up when they're supposed to. When they do show up, it us such an inadequate job. The employees will swear at you, urinate in your yard in broad daylight, pics are of their snow shoveling, or lack of.
