We hired Yardbuilders last spring to do a rehab of our entire yard, and four months later we are still ecstatic about their work. They installed two walkways and a drainage system, and bushes, mulch, and grass. They moved existing plants very carefully. They re-graded areas that were not flat, and they created planting areas by framing them with rock that we got to choose. It has been easy to maintain, and we get compliments every day. Andrew, the owner, and Pete, the foreman on our project, were so easy to communicate with, and they really listened to our ideas. Work began exactly when promised, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They were super transparent about any small delay, and the project was finished exactly when they said it would be. We have already recommended them to friends, and we won’t hesitate to call them again.

We hired Yard Builders to replace a broken concrete walkway and some extremely old and ugly concrete front steps and are extremely happy with the result! Communication was great, and I particularly appreciated how the workers took care not to disturb existing flowers and shrubs unecessarily. The steps and brick paver walkway are GORGEOUS. Just flawless. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and people just passing by. Highly recommend!

We contacted Andrew for an estimate to install a 60' X 4' retaining wall. He showed up at the time we agreed on and measured the area. Within one week we had the estimate and signed the contract and paid the down payment to secure our place in their schedule. The workmanship was excellent and very professional. We had Yardbuilders come and do a full makeover on the backyard. We had limited space to get equipment into the backyard, which made leveling quite difficult. We had approximately 50 feet of non-useable space that sloped down into the woods. This process involved: 30+ truckloads of dirt, 5 truckloads of rock, dead tree removal, 2 truck loads of topsoil, sod application, in ground irrigation, cement pad with walkway, in ground drainage, excavation for bad sewer pipe and cleanup. Yardbuilders worked long hours, efficiently and communicated effectively. Andrew worked well with the city permit office, and even jumped down into the trench to help when our sewer project didn't go as planned. The team was done between 2-3 weeks of hard work and was able to re-adjust some of the sprinkler lines afters everything was complete. Would highly recommend

Graded and poured me a drive way. Start to finish was a great job. Timing was impressive they were started and finished within 3 days and started the next working day after the trees were removed. And great group of staff.
