Just hired Tailored Properties to do fall leaf clean-up in our yard and they did an incredible job. We live in the woods with a lot of trees... but you'd never be able to tell when you see how clear our yard looks now! Michael, the owner of Tailored Properties, and his staff are absolute masters of their craft! I hired Tailored Properties to resolve a grading issue at my house that was causing water to get into my crawl space. Michael was involved every step of the way, from walking the property with me, quoting the job, all the way through being on site while the work was being done. I had gutter extensions with pop ups installed, a very large back yard and the side of the front yard graded for water runoff. It was then seeded with starter fertilizer with straw applied over top. I was so proud of the work his team was doing that I asked them if I could also pay for them to mulch my flower beds because i didn't like the gravel that was there. I love my yard and my gutter extensions and I cannot believe the total face-lift it gave the house! It also completely resolved the water issue I had with the crawl space!!! I recieve complements on it frequently and am happy to mention all the work done by Tailored Properties. His team is top notch! They take every ounce of care possible as if it was their own yard! They laid down plywood for their machinery so that it wouldn't hurt the grass, they cut sod with precision when burying gutter extensions, they even put my fence back better than new to match the new grade. Everything came packaged in an affordable price with a service you'd be happy to hire again! I'll see you again in the spring time Michael for my Spring Cleaning and future landscape desires.

Gives honest and fair assessments of what we want done and more than accommodates with the upkeep needed for our property (it’s a serious jungle of bushes, trees).
