Indian Hill Snow Removal & Property Care in Marlborough

I have use this service for plowing and they are absolutely horrible and every aspect and manner of the job. They ruin the fence on the property adjacent to mine they are very disrespectful individuals that work for them. And my neighbor was threatened by there workers that was the owners husband I was told. Not good at all

Contracted them to plow. They never showed up, even 3 days after the storm. Little to no communication, no way to speak to a human, they just reply sporadically through texting. Not responsive on their social media channels either. My house missed two days of work because we were unable to leave our un-plowed driveway.

Great company ! Good people! Maynard needs a good yard cleaning and mowing service . I tried LawnStarter and Plowz and mowz. They both stink. These people bailed me out of a tight spot and are very reasonably priced . I would strongly suggest calling Indian hill before anyone else.

I have used Indian Hill for both snow removal and yardwork. Savvas and his team do an awesome job at a great price. They have excellent communication and great service, I highly recommend them.

This company has taken such good care of me this winter! Saavas is always pleasant, thorough and very quick to respond to messages. I contacted many companies over the past few years trying desperately to find someone who would snow blow and shovel only as my driveway is not plowable. 2 companies pulled out inexplicably after we had verbal agreements and others flat out refused because it wasn't worth it to them. Indian Snow only does snow blowing and shoveling. They understand that the majority of Worcester properties can't be plowed. They also understand that we all need to be able to get out for work and or get back into our drives and they strive to work around your schedule. They have been very successful so far! At first you will have sticker shock, but once you understand the incredible service they offer, it will be perfectly reasonable. Along with his impeccable customer service, Saavas keeps a very close eye on impending storms, sharing the NWS forecasts with us on our local Next Door app and letting us know his starting time. This makes it very easy for me to communicate to him what my needs are in terms of snow removal timing. I highly recommend this company!!
