Andy Craig Lawn & Landscape in Marlborough

We had been a loyal customer to Andy Craig Lawn & Landscape since 2018. He suggested pruning the shrubs in front of my house in mid-summer-It never happened. I requested from him to cut the fallen tree in the back, which he promised you would-It’s been sitting there untouched for two years now and another one that fell this year which he didn't touch either. He just kept going around it and completely ignoring both trees. When it's time to get rid of the leaves in the fall, he blows the leaves to the sides of the house and the back of the house instead of hauling it away. He dumps the residual cut grass in my backyard. He left loose shrubs behind on the lawn after mowing the lawn. He did not clean the weeds under the trees in front of the house. He did not clean the weeds right in front of my front door giving it the look of a jungle. It was a huge eyesore. And despite all this my wife and I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to provide us with a proposal to landscape the front of the house. None of the requests that my wife made were addressed. He completely ignored her wishes and did not respond. Andy Craig does not honor his commitment to servicing a customer's home and providing good clean work as if it's his home. Bottom line he does not take ownership of his services which is a vital part of customer service. He does not keep his word to his customer, as he imposes his agenda, his wants and needs on his customer. And last but not certainly least he charges handsomely for extremely poor customer service.

Rude & inconsiderate. They use those massive wheeled blowers and leave them running for 15+ minutes when they're not in use. No care for the air and noise pollution they're causing. Only use them if you want your neighbors to hate it

Andy Craig Lawn and Landscape did a front walkway installation for us at our home. Incredible job! The installers did an excellent job, with attention to detail and dedication to making the walkway beautiful. I’d highly recommend ACLL to anyone looking for hardscape and/or Landscape in the Metrowest area. They are also super nice guys.
