Stay away from Wetscape : Never ever do business again with them. On 5/26 I had appointment to open sprinklers with them for the first time. I had told them ahead of time that I have two leaks that needed to be fixed and I knew where they were. Also needed a riser for valve box. Worker came(Armando!) opened 8 zone sprinkler, (1) even though he had remote control, he took his time to walk as they charge per time spent,(2)fixed only one leak even though I insisted there were two and I showed the location, he said he fixed both but charging for one, I was watching all the time very closely and saw him fix only one.(3) He said my zone two was not working and he cut off wire that was attached on control box for prevention of water leak in the basement, charged me additional $80 for cutting the wire that did not need to be cut( I ended up paying electrician to reconnect 4) charged me $904 for opening sprinkler, placing riser and one leak repair. When I called and complained to the owner, he said he fixed two leaks and charged only one, he has guys who he provides uniform and it costs!!!!! Story did not end there. Since they opened the sprinkler and did not fix 2nd leak, I got a water bill for more than $1200! I had to close sprinkler system. I called another guy to redo the job. All work that Wetscape did, they did it only for $192.60 without disconnecting any existing wires and any leak till season end!!! I do not like to write a bad review and I waited till season was over to make sure second guy’s job was perfect who charged me so little and finally thought that it may help others not to be taken advantage off! What a nightmare!!!
We absolutely love Jim. We have been lucky enough to have him be our go to sprinkler system tech while we lived at this property. He’s extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, professional and is always happy to take the time to answer any and all questions. He’s a true asset to this company and the reason we will keep coming back. On a personal level, you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more caring individual. I had an apple for my yearly "turn in" service. The estimated time was between 12:00 pm-3:00 pm. My technician, Jim arrived at 12:10 pm. Jim was very professional. He explained the service that he would be providing which included changing my battery in my sensor. He was very careful and really paid attention to my lawn. I appreciate the time he spent at my home. We have been customers with WeScape for a number of years now and they are extremely professional.
Jim came out to do our annual spring turn on as a new customer. He was friendly, fast, efficient and a really nice person. He helped with my Rainbird controller which was not working. Now everything is working perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jim!
Jim and Ben performed the spring turn on of our sprinkler system today. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Jim came out to close down my system for the season. He arrived on time and immediately began working. He noticed some issues that were caused by my lawn being aerated by my landscaping company and was quick to point out the locations and fixes. Upon closing down, Jim astutely noticed the ball valve was bad and pointed out that it needed to be replaced. Jim is kind and helpful and is willing to resolve any issues he is capable of resolving. He is clearly a veteran in his field and can provide knowledgeable information about the entire irrigation system. I highly recommend him.
Good company. I have been using Westcape since buying my home in Union County, NJ two years ago. They installed my sprinkler system and did a great job. The sprinkler heads are perfectly placed, and in two years I have not had an issue with their maintenance of the system. Their tech, Jim, maintains my system and he is a very professional and friendly guy. I recommend them highly.
Spent money on a brand new sprinkler system for the new sod being laid in my backyard. Right away I noticed leaking sprinkler heads causing puddles of mud ruining brand new sod. Had the company come back 2x with failure to fix the problem and acted as they were doing me a favor by waiving a fee for coming out when it never worked from the start. Called several times again when the problem continued and never heard back no response. If you want a company who takes your money but no longer answers your calls and has little knowledge on problems this is the one to call. Horrible experience my new sod is ruined.

Weve been using Wetscape for a number of years with good pricing and service. This year, we had one of their techs (Jim) come out to get our sprinkler system running for the season. He replace a missing component free of charge, found a broken pipe, replaced it in record time, and answered all of my questions.

This Summer we contracted with WETScape A Royal Irrigation Company to install a lawn sprinkler system on our property. The experience has been very positive. Their Sales Rep, Ed Rogers was professional throughout the process of performing a site evaluation, providing us with a quote and supplying names and phone numbers of customers in our area for us to call for a reference. Throughout the process the WETScape office team kept us informed of scheduling and their installation teams arrived on schedule and perform the work on time and in a professional manner. A minor problem that was identified later was immediately addressed by Ed which leaves us with confidence that they will stand-by their warranty and commitment to us.
