From the initial visit with Ed Rogers I knew Wetscapes was the company I was going to use. I was so confident that I cancelled my other estimates from 2 other companies. Ed was fair and told it like it is, was and how it should be. The day of work reflected that as well. Warren and his crews were diligent, hard working and quick. All I asked was they worked on my home as if it was their own. Grass was a little beat up but nothing that won t respond with time and some watering from our new convenient, state of the art sprinkler system! Thanks Wetscapes for helping improve our home.

Sprinkler system seasonal shut down. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

I chose Royal Irrigation based on a Google search of reputable companies. I was dealing with a leak on the main feed line that was causing water to seep into the block walls of my basement. I set up an appointment and they sent out a technician named Steve. A quick assessment by Steve confirmed my suspicion that the line was leaking. He set up a date to fix the problem. He arrived on the assigned date. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and just a nice guy. He was a one man show. He quickly replaced the old PVC line from the main with copper, a one-piece feed to the relay box and a new backflow preventer. His work was clean and neat. VERY PROFESSIONAL ! Based on Steves performance, I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Irrigation for your sprinkler needs.

A phenomenal install by the entire crew and a great walk through by Service Mgr Jim Fraley. I recommend Wetscape/Royal Irrigation highly.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not use. Have given my business over the past 3 years only to be nickel and dimed and scammed this season. Labor charged by the 1/2 hour so you see the $70 and don t focus on the fact that post tax you are paying over 150 an hour for labor. During my turn on, claimed they did not know where the valve boxes are (despite doing my turn on and off for the past three years) and charged me 140 for use of a machine to find the super mystery valve boxes plus an extra 150 in labor. Do not give this company your business, go with someone who is not trying to rip you off at every turn.

The Royal technician was right on time, and very courteous and professional. He was efficient and went through all the steps of opening the system, including turning on the water line, clearing all sprinkler heads, correcting directions, and ensuring proper functioning. He also took the time to review one zone that had issues and made recommendations on how to address with pending landscaping Royal is always professional, and he was a pleasure to work with for the system opening.

Mike showed up on time. Found the source of a very confusing leak coming from underground sprinkler pipe. He promptly fixed the problem. Also very quickly changed another sprinkler head that was no longer rotating. Did his best to leave grass in decent condition. Company, Kim in the office, is quick to respond and setting up appointment was very easy.
