Beverly Environmental has been our lawn service for a few years. They do wonderful work and are attentive to any special requests. I love the spring and fall clean-up included in the contracting. The billing office is attentive and helpful as are the folks in the field who will visit about possible landscaping options.

If I could give a zero, I would. We were scheduled for a wall rebuild and repair. We signed an agreement with Beverly Companies and the day they were to come (Thursday), they did not arrive. There was no phone call or email. Late in the afternoon, I received an email stating that they could not do the job as described in the original agreement. They could start on Monday to the tune of over $7,000 more than the agreement. Needless to say, I refused to rehire them. Beware. This company just is not HONEST, in my opinion. This is VERY POOR business practice. Stay away from this company!

First, I dont understand the name when they are located in MARKHAM. They changed my payment without explaining why when I noticed it was unreasonably high at first. When asked what prompted the adjustment, they STILL have not explained why. Also, they dont have an online payment method; you have to do SNAIL MAIL! I would be willing to drive to drop off the check if it was IN Beverly! I appreciate the workers but was left with feeling like I cant trust to work with them in the future. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

7/16/24: 25 tornadoes hit the Chicago metropolitan area. How does Beverly Environmental respond? They perform a bevy of landscaping activities in a neighborhood with no power and wash a lot of dirt down the already saturated drainage system, rather than wait to perform their tasks or help anyone in the neighborhood without power. Its clear this is a company that cares only about its assets and people, rather than the well being of its customers or the general public. Its worth noting that this operation was performed miles away from its headquarters. Perhaps the management doesnt touch base with its workers to convey relevant information? Also, this environmental company left their trucks running during the duration of their operation without regard for the neighbors or those without power and those affected by the storms. They proceeded to rinse all of their dirt down the village drains while many of the residents reminded without power. They ran unnecessarily loud vehicles without regard for those around them. Personally, based on this experience, I wouldnt hire this company for any environmental endeavors. Maybe take into consideration the surroundings before pulling off whatever task you deem viable. That being said, you clearly dont have capable leadership, otherwise careful consideration to the tornado situation would have been given. They clearly dont give attention to detail.

Beverly Snow and Ice is great. They are on site before, during and after it snows making sure everything is cleared and clean. If ever any issues or questions they are prompt to respond and address each one. My building management hired this company to remove a snow, i like to say that they didn t care much about a car that was parked on the private lot that they have to clean it from a snow. The car in the pic was covered with a salt all over it , which causes scratches to its pant and a rust. I wouldn t recommend this company and I sent a letter to my building management about this issue.

No Stars should be the option. They are awful, no regard for others property. In Feb 2018 snow plow hit and broke in half our mail box - In-fact hit every mailbox on our street, some broke in half some damaged. How do you hit EVERY MAILBOX and not know it...... No response from the company, even after confronting the driver that night, we still waiting for a response. Beware of this company!!!!

They never called me back

We designed a flagstone patio with pea gravel areas over a French drain around our beautiful 40 year old Magnolia tree in our back yard. The entire project cost $7,800.00. In two months our tree was dead from all the root systems they ripped out laying the patio. I contacted an arborist who stated it was from the trauma. I gave them his contact, they refused to contact him. I asked that they be on site during the tree removal to show the damage. They refused to come. They stated that since this had never happened before, it was not their fault. I contacted Better Business Bureau to help mediate. They refused to reply. Ity is my personal; opinion that this company, and I would suspect Beverly Snow and Ice Inc. which owns this company, are not to be trusted.
