After signing up to feed my lawn and having 3 or 4 treatments over the oast 12 months. This is my lawn , it's been in the worst state and was better before Green Thumb treated it. Cancelling My subscription.

For thr first time ever, after scarification, the operative left 4 full bags of waste material on my drive. On phoning for it to be removed I was informed that there would be a charge of £14 for the service. THIS IS I N BREACH OF CONTRACT. There had been no prior agreement to this charge. After using Green Thumb for many years I threatened to cancel the contract. We shall see what the outcome is.

Good company always thinking of you has a customer and have sound products that have been developed over time unfortunately the machines that they have are to big for the access that I have so I cannot take full advantage of the services they give

We have been a customer of Greenthumb for many years, at this house and our last. We will regularly cut and edge the lawn but albeit we had new turf put down a number of years ago, we did struggle with moss as we are in shadow and sun. Greenthumb take all the guess work away for you, they come every quarter with a lawn treatment, at a very good price. If they see anything they can help with, they will always recommend to you. There is no obligation to proceed with the recommendations, also if you want to discuss anything with them, they are always there for guidance too. I have no problems with recommending Greenthumb to anyone who wants to have a lovely looking lawn but does not want to buy lots of different products to achieve the same. I strongly recommend to leave it to the professionals, I am very pleased we do.
