Had my grub worm and 3rd service done yesterday. Cody, the TruGreen service tech, explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Very pleasant experience!

The guarantee literally means nothing. They blame you and weather conditions for everything. We started out with nothing but dirt, they came in and seeded and did monthly treatments. Those directly in my neighborhood with no treatment of any type or irrigation had far better lawns. The manager of 12 years is very pompous does all the talking and no listening, treats you like a complete peasant who knows nothing. spends all his time blaming everything but his people and his company. Neighbor just down the road has them as well and his lawn looks terrible also.

Beware! Signed up for a service only to be told AFTER 2 applications that the only way to move forward was to kill off the whole lawn. They proceeded to also kill a bush in my yard in the process. Following the “aeration and seeding” they added on yet another process I did not consent to. They try to take advantage of their customers by up selling unnecessary procedures that will require additional visits. Obviously now that my lawn is still dead and not growing a thing I will have to keep trying to fix it. I will be going with another company with a transparent process however.

I have used this service for several years. Our properties have the best looking lawns in the neighborhoods. Adam is very detailed, attentive, and courteous. He’s a true professional! I recommend their services, when you do ask for Adam.

Great service provided to control Mosquitos in our backyard & pool area! Makes utilizing our Deck & outdoor area much more enjoyable in the evenings. TruGreen shows up in a timely manner and always informs us when they are coming to provide service.

We signed up with them in the beginning of April. They came and sprayed on April 14. We were told when we signed up that they would come every six weeks. It is now June 19 and they have not been back. They scheduled a service twice within that time and didn’t show up either time. My neighbor across the street has had two applications during that time too.

I just want to say that this group of service men and the techs that have serviced our account have gone out of their way to treat us fairly and with respect. I am a, sometime perfectionist, when it comes to service always being what I expect. This group of guys and the ladies on the phones have been exceptional. Troy, Steve, and others have always listened to my ideas and concerns, even sometimes having to reminded " Rev. TRUST THE SYSTEM, (smile). I need that sometimes. I understand I have some areas in my lawn that are difficult, and I appreciate, this team knows that and works with me to overcome the difficult areas. Thank you for your willingness to go that extra mile. As a pastor in a very small Village Church I really appreciate that willingness and follow-through, this team from TruGreen of Marion has shown!
