The representative, William, seemed nice enough when we met, and expressed desire for a long-term services relationship as opposed to a mere transaction-based arrangement. After causing $1500+ in damages to my property on his second service visit, he agreed to repair the damage and, when I declined to use the unlicensed friend he chose for repair, disappeared completely.
