Our lawn and shrubbery is looking so much better with the professional product application from the Maple Leaf team. This is the first spring that our grass has not been competing with multiple varieties of broadleaf weeds. They have practically eliminated all the weeds/clover. The grass has a healthy thick appearance, the shrubs have healthy foliage and blooms and everything is growing with the rains recently. A fire ant treatment made the mounds disappear in a week. It will be harder to tell if the grub treatment works, but Im confident based on all the other applications that they, too, will be removed. Im looking forward to the late summer aeration and seeding.

I need a refund. The tech sprayed my neighbors yard and planted the sign in their grass. Those pictures are not my house.

Called beforehand; inspected bushes for possible fungus; sprayed as necessary and fertilized as was scheduled. Spray service has been reliable but the office does not respond to phone call inquiries as one would hope.

Still have weeds after 2 years of service. Technician said if I didnt have weeds he would not have a job. Im speechless.

My wife and I bought our first house this time last year and the lawn was a disaster. When I called Maple Leaf I told them our dandelions were big enough to eat a small dog. (One I measured was 22 inches across!) We had maybe half a yard of grass, the rest was all weeds. It took some time, but a year later, our lawn is nearly spotless! Not a weed in sight. And with the weeds gone, the grass grew into the bald spots and almost completely covered the rest of the yard! I was dubious at first and gave them a hard time because in the beginning I was still seeing weeds. But they explained the process and that it would take a full year to get rid of them all. I sure am glad I stuck with them and listened! I walked around the neighborhood this spring and see my neighbors lawns with weeds even though they have signs up showing they use other companies. But our yard is flawless! Maple Leaf does a superb job!

We have fired four maybe even five lawn care companies prior to hiring Maple Leaf last summer. My yard was over taken by weeds and very patchy, our builder did a horrible job prepping our yard and laying the sod. Maple leaf have been very honest and upfront in explaining that it would take some time to see the results we both wanted. Micheal has been are technician and he is friendly, courteous, professional and pays attention to detail. My lawn is the best it s ever looked since we built our house a couple of years ago. It s fuller, thicker, greener and weed free! You can see a visible line on the edges of my property where Maple Leaf has treated and where my neighbors have used another company. Their office staff and owners are very friendly and professional. We received a phone call from the owner to make sure we were happy after the first couple of visits. If you want a company that will treat you and your lawn right go with Maple Leaf!

I used them for a short time. They failed to show up and failed to call for months. They apologized profusely for it and eventually got someone out. They misbilled me for the wrong services (didnt bill me for one I received and billed me for one I didnt receive) and failed to apply a discount. Every single time I called they acknowledged it, agreed it was wrong, said theyd fix it, and did nothing. I canceled my service when they missed service again and I was struggling to get my bill corrected. I answered a phone call from them one day about my outstanding bill. I wanted to do the right thing so I said Id pay what I owed if they could finally fix my bill. I paid almost $200 ($37 less than the invoice). They lied. They didnt fix the bill. I just started getting bills for $37. Ive disputed the charge at least ten times. Theyve probably spent $50 in work hours and materials mailing and emailing me about it. Now, theyre about to send it to collections. I tried everything to be tolerant with this company. Their treatment service is good when they do it and bill you correctly. They are veteran-owned. I wanted this to work. Im a vet too. I wasnt even going to leave a review but here were are, literally years later and theyre sending an errant $37 to a collection company. Ive had Arbornomics since. They are fantastic.

We use Maple Leaf service for lawn, termites and bugs. Today Joshua came to our house for interior and exterior bug inspection and treatment. Josh was incredible professional and kind. He kept me informed about everything he was doing. He was not in a hurry and took his time to make sure all areas were treated. Josh is not only a credit to the company but to our country has well, as he is a military veteran. Thank you Maple Leaf for the amazing service today.

Our grass has never been thicker. First time using them.

We signed up with Maple Leaf in June, 2021 after having new Zoysia sod installed in our backyard. The installer recommended getting chemical service to maintain our investment. Everything went fine up until mid September when the lawn was over-treated with fertilizer. Literally overnight large areas began to turn yellow. I began to panic so they sent a tech out to inspect. He admitted the lawn had suffered a chemical burn so I contacted the owner. I realize people make mistakes but was so upset having just spent $$$ on the new sod. The defensive attitude and lack of empathy is what really upset me. I never got an apology but was assured the sod should mostly recover but to wait until Spring arrives. May 2022 rolls around and it s obvious the dead areas aren t coming back. Finally the owner came over to see for himself and agreed to replace an area but not without insulting me first. He proceeded to point out everything he could find wrong with my yard and on the way out said obviously we re not treating your front yard because it looks horrible . If we could afford to have manicured grass all the way around don t you think we would? That comment was so hurtful and unnecessary. We won t be using Maple Leaf any longer.

I m very pleased with the work that Griff does. He came last Monday but my yard was covered in leaves. He told me he didn t want to waste our money that he would come back the following Monday (yesterday). He always does a good job and his dependability is much appreciated. Thanks Griff.

We have used Maple Leaf for a few years now at our home. Tim and Mike have taken care of our lawn and are very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns. Last season we had an aphid infestation in our daylillies and thought they were dead. They took care of the aphids and this year the daylillies are better than ever. We appreciate them so much that we will be using Maple Leaf on an additional home we have purchased. Thank you so much Tom for employing the best people.

I had née sod installed 4 weeks prior to my last treat and the tech applied fertilizer without check the yard first. You can see my grass was green and healthy this was June 13th June 16th it was treated. You could still see some of the lines where the sod was laid. I contacted the owner and their rep suggested that the grass looked fine and that it only need watering. This was not the case the area that are died is a result of chemical burn. The owner looked at photos I sent and said it looks like chemical burn but he really wasn t sure and that he would send someone back out to look at it. That didn t happen and when I called back he made it appear as though it was cut to low and that s why it died. So he lied to me about coming out and my problem really was my fault. I have since had the bad areas replaced with new sod. I do not recommend this company. The last photos i sent to the owner to show were I replaced the bad sod while I was adding sod to another area. The company added the photos to my review. They did not replace nor pay for the dead sod. I did. By them adding the photos it appears that they correct the problem, they did not. I sent the last two pictures to the owner Tom via email after he suggested getting a soil sample. My hoa doesn t allow for dead grass so I had to replace it.

Have used this company for a number of years and have always liked the timelyness of their technicians. I require that they call in advance so there is no problem with their lawn applications and the technician actually calls ahead. However, recently I had a little problem when the technician miscalculated the pattern on his broadcast spreader and some fertilizer with iron ended up in my newly refinished pool causing a lot of stains. I tried unsuccessfully to remove them. Then I called Maple Leaf to inform them of my problem. They stepped up, took responsibility, and sent a pool company out to remove the stains. In my experience, this is very unusual in todays business world and I want to thank Maple Leaf for delivering exemplary service and owning their mistake. This says a lot about this company! I highly recommend them!

Excellent Services

I moved to Maple Leaf early last year (2020). I had some crabgrass issues that were addressed by the owner directly, and in a very professional manner. I have had to submit one request for the technician to treat a small patch of turf along the side of my house, ever since then they have treated the turf that was supposed to covered. I had used a previous company for 5 years and their quality was suffering to say the least as the years went on. I live very close to the office and I wanted to support a local company. I have recommended my neighbors to Maple Leaf and they have started using the company. Please allow a full growing season for them to get a control on your turf. Their pricing is extremely competitive and well worth the services supplied.

Maple Leaf and Tom have been doing weed Management in my lawn since 2016. At the time I thought my yard was a done for and I needed to full sod it. I was told doing weed Management would be more cost effective as long as I was patient and gave it time. Glad I trusted the process. My yard looks fantastic and the Bermuda has taken over again. These guys show up, perform their job well and are available if I ever need to call or have questions. I definitely recommend to anyone to give this company a shot.

We just cancelled our service. After 6 months they have failed to get weeds out of our lawn and prevent new ones. Go with a more reputable company and one that doesn t charge per visit, but rather a monthly fee. They wanted to charge us every time we called about weeds.

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the people from Maple Leaf, both from the office and in the field. However, the results in my yard are the best Ive ever had. Ive had several landscape service providers in the past, and no one has ever come close to Maple Leaf. I highly recommend anyone consider Maple Leaf for their landscape services.

This is my first be warned review. Maple Leaf has disappointed me to the point of no return. I am a 10 year customer and have had too many occasions of non existent, shoddy service . Paying $300+ monthly service plus capital equipment charges with the value of a 1st time kid attempting to cut the grass. Below is picture of my lake entry way, post service bed cleaning and edge maintenance (none serviced in a months). If you are an owner of Maple Leaf reading this, call me.

Maple leaf did a great job on my lawn 6/13/13. But the next week they left tracks on my grass. They did not edge all of my yard. They did not edge the corners. I called 6/19/13 spoke with Scott. He stated he could not come out today because he was on the other part of town. He stated he would come out the next day. I did not receive a call from him on Thursday or Friday. Where the customer service people is are speaking about. ? Also I had Maple Leaf blow my leaves a couple of years ago. They did not blow my whole yard. They assumed what was my yard. Then I tried to get other estimates and they stated they were not taking new customers. I was not a new customer. I have thousands of dollars to spend on my yard and it will not be with maple Leaf.
