I ve genuinely been thrilled with Fairway Lawn Services and how they ve improved the look of my lawn for a reasonable price. This spring I saw Jeff treating a neighbor s lawn, and it looked great. I asked if he could treat the weeds on my front lawn which were looking unsightly. He began his first treatment that same day and now the front yard looks impeccable. I had a prior lawn company do the backyard but I switched everything over to Fairway and I m paying only about $15 more for front plus back than I was paying before just for my backyard. I m already seeing a greener, more lush lawn in the back too. I cut my own grass, water daily, and tend to the garden, but I trust only Fairway for my lawn care needs.

Along with several neighbors, Ive used Fairway for many years. They are reliable and professional, just put them on autopilot. I suggest getting together with a few neighbors and get a multi-house discount. This is a win-win for you and Fairway - you each get better pricing, Fairway makes one visit and knocks out several lawns at one time.

I ve been a customer for 7 years now. Service is always great and timely. They provide courtesy call prior to making visits and are always on time. I would definitely recommend them for lawn treatments. My lawn looks great thanks to Fairway.

I believe I was contacted initially by Fairway and decided to give them a try. Their prices were much lower than other services and that was mainly because they recommended against treating the backyard until they planted grass in the fall. So I really liked that they didnt do a money grab when they could have. They have been very responsive to phone calls as well. Everything has looked reasonably good in the last year and I plan to continue the service.

Always Excellent Service!

My husband called one of the other guys that we had previously used. He left a message asking for someone to call so he could resume service. That was about 2 weeks ago and to this day, still no return call. Many of our new neighbors have recommended Fairway Lawn service. My husband called and was able to speak to someone right away. He explained what he was looking to do. The service person he spoke to was very informative and professional. Very reasonable too! They came out the next day and the rest is history! Give them a call!!

We recently canceled our service with Fairway. I have no idea if they overtreated certain areas of our grass But there are 3 areas of grass where it was completely Dead. Our yard looks worse then ever! Avoid at all costs. Negative Quality

After 7 years of service, Fairway Lawn Services continues to be a good value and professional all with a great attitude.

I submitted an online inquiry over the weekend because a neighbor recommended them and heard from Chad by Monday afternoon. He was friendly, informative and patient. Our neighbor has been using Fairway for quite a while and his lawn is beautiful. I m looking forward to getting our lawn looking that nice too and at a reasonable price.

Have been using Fairway for about a month now. Had very bad weeds especially poa annua and theres been a great improvement. Chad has been my point of contact and has been very informative and quick to answer questions. Definitely recommend. If I remember Ill review/ update after a full season.

We started using them at our primary and rental home earlier this year after a failed opportunity from another company the last few years. Immediately, they were responsive, the results are superior, AND we see the same tech (Jacob) applying at both residences (whereas with the last company, it was a different tech all the time). I was impressed when I called for information. They came out right away and gave me a fair quote. They customized my contract to my specific needs. We have been happy with their service and they always call to let us know when they are coming so we can unlock the gate and put our dog in the house. We inherited the service from Fairway Lawns from a previous owner. In an effort to save money, we switched to another vendor that offered a neighborhood discount. We realized quickly that it was a mistake to switch providers and ended up switching back. Our weed control has been so much better under the care of Fairway and they even worked with us to match the neighborhood discount of the other vendor.

Just started with Fairway Lawn Service for a home in Marietta with Bermuda lawn. I look forward to their bringing it back to its former glory! Cha has been my point of contact and has been professional and responsive. Their pricing is competitive. I will post another review after having them throughout this year to report on my experience as a new customer and the condition of my lawn after their treatments.

Had really high hopes with this company. However can not get consistent service from them and they will tell us (repeatedly) that they will be out next week and they rarely come. My husband spoke to Alexander on the 7th of April and he stated that they would be here (to do our service) by the end of the following week. We weren t surprised when no one showed up. We ve had to call often to try to get serviced. It s time to find a new company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We have worked with Fairlawn for over 2 years now and are very happy with our choice of lawn care companies to work with. I have tried many in the past and was always told we just have a difficult lawn. (Bottom of a hill, both bermuda and fescue areas, etc.) But Fairlawn has kept up with the weeds and health of the lawn better than ever. They simply care about their work. It was most apparent today when I was able to see Alexs commitment to his job. He took his time, was very thorough in the application and obviously took pride in his job - and my lawn. It is nice to see these days.

Who ever drives their truck needs to retake the drivers exam. The dude driving the truck cutmcut off. He did not yielding when making a left hand turn. Did not even use his blinkers. Just cut me off when I had the right of way to make a right turn.

Fairway has been our lawn care company for over 20 years. Need I say more? They are extremely reliable, dedicated and customer service focused, and they address any questions or concerns immediately! We are very happy with the service they provide!

I will start this by saying this review is not a reflection of the services rendered as I did not get that far with them. I made a request on 5/12 online and received no response. On 5/30 I sent a message to Facebook and was told they did not see my request and would send someone out that day to get me a quote. As of today I still have not heard from them. Very poor customer service and obviously they dont need the business!

Thought I could control weeds on my own. My yard was out of control. Have had Fairway Lawn Service Inc for a year, and my yard looks terrific! I have a thin section in my backyard, from where the sod was installed. It looks a little thin but they had a suggestion and we will try an extra treatment with nutrients in the Spring to get it healthier. Easy to talk to over the phone, and they arrive at your house when scheduled.

Switched after 4 years of other guys and my neighbors yard that used them always looking better with no weeds in sight. They have made it easy and came out within a few days of starting service.

Been using them for over 2 years. Yard looks better than when I started. Still saw weeds. Don t know if they use the same strength of chemicals or know as much about lawn service as some of the larger companies. I mentioned I had crabgrass and they asked if I wanted it retreated. I guess they went super aggressive on the re-treatment because they killed about 50% of my grass. I tried calling them 3 times and the only time they returned my call was to collect payment. Poor customer service. Poor quality of materials used. No longer a customer.

Terrible service. They say they treated our lawn but it looks worse than ever. Called multiple times with no call back. After calling again, was told the manager was in the bathroom and would call me back in 5 minutes. No one called back. Tried calling again and went to voicemail. Avoid at all costs.

Ive had service with this company for over a year and I can count on 1 finger how many times have treated my yard completely. Ive asked multiple times for someone to call before they come because I lock my back gate, but they never call then they tell me we couldnt treat your back yard cause the gate was locked... well duh! They never do the left side of my house either. It would be different if they ever attempted to remedy any of these issues but since they havent I will be ending my service at the end of this month. 05/10/19

These guys have been servicing my properties since 1994. They are honest and dont cut corners. I can trust them even when Im not there to see them apply the chemicals. I also like that Im not paying for a bunch of expensive marketing. I wouldnt chance switching. Our yard looks amazing.

We have used Fairway for years. We had dogs that were very allergic to our previous care company treatments and probably the pollen. Fairway assured use theirs was safe. That it was. No dog allergy issue since using Fairway!! They have fantastic service and always call to confirm.

Awful service - once they have your business they never return your calls.(literally left them 5 messages over the past month and still have not received any response). I was billed for work that was not completed as agreed and wanted to arrange a follow up but have been unable to talk to anyone there.
