We pay for our front and back yard to be serviced - RING camera video shows tech only staying for about 5 mins and spraying a few square feet and leaving!! Called 3 times now to speak to a manager, and very gently and politely left messages describing the issue and still no call back in a week. Unfortunately, I have to leave this review so other people dont pay money for services they arent getting AND get a no response from management. Ive been noticing a quality decline in our yard since service with Arbornomics, now I know why. Taking our money for a service that isnt performed is theft. Then no call from ownership or management is just poor business.

Today we were serviced by Michael from this company. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I left this review 10 months ago and I am leaving another one to say that we are still thrilled with the service we are receiving from this company. Prior review: We chose Arbor-Nomics this year due to the beautiful lawn they service in our neighborhood, and their competitive prices. They do weed control and fertilizing on our lawn. The technician always contacts us the day prior to the service. Our lawn looks better than it has looked in 2 years since we moved here.

Grass looks terrible . Contacted 3 weeks ago and no concern . Finally contacted after 3 weeks. Worse company ever. Run from them or you will be sorry. Grass looked good until I hired them. They give you the runaround like I have never seen. I even gave them two oputunities to get it right and that didnt even work . Grade FFF. Management is the worse. Left a message and never got a return call. SO BAD Reply by management is Bogus!! They are not working with me because I cancelled the service. Not Honest to deal with!! Run, Run, Run!!!

Great job this week by Josh Fuller. In one area of the lawn we had some trimmed trees lying. He took the time to move them to ensure he got to every area of the grass. Thanks!

We have been using Arbor-Nomics for a few years. Prior to using them, we tried two other companies . Arbor-Nomics has been, by far, the best. Michael Jordan is attentive and very responsive. We highly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

Always great working with the folks from Arbor-Nomics. They are very quick to react when we need them and wonderful at communicating issues and needs for our lawn and turf.

I used them for many years. But over the past two years the service has gotten horrible. I gave them many opportunities to make it right but they never were able to deliver anything but excuses.

I have used their service for over two years. There technician always sends me a text the night before my yard will be treated, so that I may move my cars away from the lawn.

After almost 4 years of doing business, today I was charged almost 3x what I paid last year for the same aeration service. It took the same amount of time as last year, I watched. When I called Arbor-Nomics to discuss this, Joanne said I should have read the price in the email; in effect, I am dumb and there is nothing to do about the price. So I paid it, and the next time I need lawn care I will find someone else. They trashed a good business relationship over Joannes condescending attitude and a dishonest business practice. Good riddance.

After one season of treatment, weeds are gone. Would recommend these guys. Good value, professional, product works!

I followed up by phone and spoke with the arbor-nomics lawn expert who provided me with the estimate. When I asked him if he could explain the purpose of the seven treatments recommended in their silver plan, he went silent. Then he vitriolically said he is not going to be able to sell me their lawn program no matter what he says regarding the treatments! (And so he never gave it a shot.) Im still puzzled that hed rather lose my business than explain the treatment program to me. I even assured him that Im not that stupid when it comes to science, in case he felt Im too thick to comprehend his explanation. And frankly, I thought my question was fair. (For example, why 7 and not 3 or 10 and what does each treatment do for the lawn.) Its ironic isnt it when you contrast his handling of my question with arbor-nomics TV advertisements that emphasize their peoples fund of knowledge on the science of lawns...

I used them for a year. When I started with them everything looked good. Later on I started to get lots of weeds on my yards. While my neighbors yards looks very nice, ours had lots of weeds. They sent someone, but didn t help. My real reason to stopped using them was different. They transfer my account to simply organic without my knowledge. When I called them about my weed issued, they transferred me to simply organic company without even asking me. They also said, they said a letter and email about moving my account with different company. Never got any email, letter or phone call from them. Not a professional company to do business with. I don t recommend this company.

After being longer term customers with Arbornomics (Marietta is our service location) and always paying in full and on time pre-emptively for the year ahead, we were greeted with a price increase. I called the office no less than 4 times over a 2 month span to discuss pricing for information sake before making payment and was consistently told the sales manager, Jeremy, would get in touch to discuss. After months of unresponsiveness, I spoke with a pleasant lady in a main office location, she apologized profusely, saw the many notes in my account where I tried to make contact and suggested I speak with Mr. Doug Cash (listed as VP of the company). Mr. Cash proceeds to call me and talk my ear off (if you speak with him youll understand) consistently repeating himself, but offering to keep our current pricing due to the poor customer service wed experienced and because of our loyalty to the company for years. He CLEARLY instructs me to call the office and make payment over the phone with one of the girls who handle the admin aspects of the company. When you think of making payment over the phone, what common sense medium do you think of? Credit card perhaps? Also considering wed paid via credit card every year prior, thats exactly what I did this time around. The young lady who takes my payment says she sees the price matching note in the system, happily takes my credit card payment and the first service of the year is set up and eventually conducted. One day, Mr. Cash decides to call me, and with his loud, brash manner states, I told you, you can ONLY pay by cash or check if you want to sign up again! Youre going to have to call the office and pay that way and not by credit card! Im sorry, but what kind of strange and suspicious situation is that and when was that ever mentioned? I tell him Im sorry but payment has already been made (as it always has been) and that Im not comfortable paying in cash. He begins to raise his voice even louder, says I can do things his way or my property wont be serviced and states his company will be audited and in hot water if I pay via credit card. RED FLAG right there. He gets more heated when Im not on board paying cash and he hangs up on me! The VP has a tantrum and hangs up? No thanks. This is the kind of situation that proves everything happens for a reason. I escalated the entire situation to the President, Josh Bare, and he simply heard me out, apologized and that was that. I had no expectations Mr. Cash would be stopped from doing the same thing again. We moved our customer loyalty to a competitor, got better pricing, professional/consistent service and our lawn has never looked better.

Arbor-Nomics Turf has given support to my lawn & bushes for several years--annual aeration & seeding and monthly fertilization, weed & pest control. Mike Holzmeister is the area supervisor. He has been most responsive to requests to come to my house to look at concern areas and to advise effective solutions. He helped me set up an effective irrigation schedule. He effectively supervises the tech who does the monthly work and responds well to my feedback. I could not be more pleased with how my lawn looks, with Arbor-Nomics as an organization, and with Mike as the face of that organization for me. (Frank Baltz, Marietta, GA)

For 25 years I used a very small (1-truck / 2 person) company for my lawn fertilization / weed control program. Following a change in personel I experienced some burning following my last 3 treatments so I decided to find a new company. Following my research I chose Arbor-Nomics Turn Inc. Following an inquiry the salesperson contacted me regularly to sign-up. I finally made the change and my first application was in January followed by my 2nd in early March. Well, Arbor-Nomics Turf Inc has never returned since that 2nd application. Last week I called to inquire about what happen. The person answering the phone acknowledged I should have been serviced by this time (it has been about 10 weeks, they are supposed to apply about every 7 weeks) and I was told my ticket was printed, but never got clarification what that meant. On Friday I sent a text to my salesperson to get help understanding what happen. I got a response on Sat stating he would have to follow up with the branch manager and would get back to me on Monday. Monday and Tuesday has come and gone - I have heard nothing from Arbor-Nomics. Monday afternoon I called the office again and spoke to the same person from last week. I requested to speak to the branch manager, she asked what it was about. I explained I had spoken to her last week and wanted to speak to someone that knew what the issue was with my lawn service. I expressed concern they would perform an application as a result of my call and hit me again during the normal cycle for my area which would likely result in two applications too close together. She indicated she would have the branch manager call me ASAP. Here it is Tuesday night - nobody from Arbor-Nomics has called me. Needless to say my experience with this company thus far has not met my expectations. At this time I am not able to recommend Arbor-Nomics and suggest if you are in the market for a company for your weed control / fertilization program that you look elsewhere. UPDATE: I posted my review in the evening. 5:30 AM the next day I received an email from the VP apologizing, by 08:30 AM the tech was at my home. I received a call from the VP, branch manager and my salesperson. I think you will agree their follow up was exceptional.

Best lawn care in Atlanta

Nurseries and Mimosa weeds getting out of control and Arbor Naomis Tech has not addressed this problem in a timely manner. Its been more than ten days and he/ she had not called back to schedule an appointment!

This is the 2nd time with arbornomics. Its been about 5 years since i cancelled. Its already the end of july and i still got weeds. I can go to local hardware stores and pay $65 a year on chemicals and literally get amazing results. The issue is the office ladies have mor knowledge than any salesman. The salesman tell you what you want to hear and install guys do just the opposite.

Weve been using Arbor-Nomics Turf Inc. since we purchased our home nearly 4 years ago. If we ever have a problem with funky things growing in our yard these guys will come out and take care of the problem until its gone. They are the only company I trust for my lawn care treatments.

I cancelled my lawn service because Arbor-Nomics applied pre-emergents and broadleaf weed killer to my New Bermuda sod that was planted in November. It had not had a chance to root well in warm weather yet. This seems to have caused the grass to yellow and die out in areas and when I asked for a specialist to come out, they sent a tech that only wanted to talk about the yard drainage. He then applied a granular fertilizer to help the grass green up. When I sent a note to customer service after this visit asking for a specialist to come out, I was essentially told no and to wait for the treatment the tech applied to work. I am afraid the pre-emergent and weed killer has stunted the growth of the sod and Is keeping it from rooting fully like it should. I am sad because I was a previous customer of Arbor-Nomics with my old home in Dallas, GA for many years helping to revive a poorly treated Bermuda lawn. I was sure that they would make my brand new lawn look the best in the neighborhood, which is what I told them I expected when we started at this address. Now I am back to reviving a poorly treated lawn.

My technician always arrives on time and leaves a clear report on the work completed that day. Whenever a problem such as a new weed or something appears, it is handled immediately and effectively. Once in a while Ill have a general question outside the scope of my contract but it is always answered promptly and professionally. For years my fescue lawn in my back yard has been a problem, but since being taken over by Arbor-Nomics, it has never looked better. Outstanding job!

good people but didnt listen to me much. Came out with the typical statements about it taking a year for my grass to get better. Didnt seem to have any suggestions as to why my lawn is in horrible shape. Poor follow through.

He took the time to really listen to my concerns about my lawn and helped diagnose a problem that our previous company we used continued to ignore. They tailored the experience to my needs, and took the time to call and talk through the concern and present solutions. While we are only recent customers, the experience so far has been stellar on the sides of customer service and product.

They used chemicals that left brown spots all over my lawn when I wouldnt let them upsell service.

have not used this company but they were in my neighborhood, the man parked in front of my driveway completely blocking me in, I tried just backing up thinking he would see and move out of the way, he didn t so I honked, nothing. The man was literally sitting in the vehicle with headphones in and was on his phone, I have pictures of the truck, plate, and driver.

They do just an awesome job. When we hired them we had no grass (weeds only) Now we have a full yard of grass. Never had a bad service call. We have had them for years & will have them for more to come.

Last year Arbor-Nomics had my lawn which was a disaster looking great within a few weeks.My irrigation service person said he couldnt believe the improvement. I havent had that experience thus far this year. I have sent an e-mail and telephone calls re the weeds and poor condition of my lawn and representatives have responded promptly but my lawn is no where near the excellent condition that they achieved last year.This seems to be partly due to the turnover of servicing technicians. The lawn had recently been treated so I will reserve judgement on the hoped for improvement. This is an excellent company and is one of the most capable in this area and Im sure they can help me with improving my lawn.

Since switching to Arbor-Nomics last year my yard has turned into one of the nicest in the neighborhood. They gave me great tips on taking care of my Bermuda Grass. Great service and good pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Since having Arbor-Nomics take over, my lawn has looked great with little to no weeds. This year a disease started in early May in my back yard. Since I knew what to look out for I called my tech as soon as I saw brown patches and Arbor-Nomics came out right away and stopped the disease.

Arbor-Nomics has provided a nice looking lawn that has earned me compliments. One neighbor said, I never see one weed in your yard! Thanks to Arbor-Nomics, I have gained this compliment. I have received consistently wonderful and thorough service.

Unfortunately, Ive been very unhappy with the erratic scheduling of service calls. If I dont call them (once or twice), they dont seem to come out to my house. One service was about 11 weeks apart and another was about two months. I AM happy, however, with the aeration and re-seeding this year. The grass in back is growing well, thanks to all the watering youve recommended.

Very disappointed with the service that was provided by Arbor-Nomics. Saw no results in the backyard, not sure if they were even treating back there. The biggest issue was, whatever they sprayed on my shrubs killed them. At this point, nothing I can do but to take them out and replant. Definitely would not recommend this company.

I have a fescue lawn. Parts have intense afternoon sun while other parts have dense shade. I could do a pretty good job of fertilizing and controlling weeds. My problem has always been the late summer fungus abound July, and insects a bit later on. My lawn could become decimated. It happened more than once, and it happened one time when I had a professional servicing my lawn!. They are gone now - replaced by Arbor-Nomics. I have not had a repeat of the fungus and insect devastation this year and I am very thankful - even though I am paying for the service. I still have some issues with clover in one part of the yard, but we will work on that next. At least I have a full yard to work with in the fall for the first time in many years.

Arbor-Nomics is OK to start (the Honeymoon Phase), but they eventually get complacent and lazy. My main issue is that the pre-pay discount price goes up each year (coincidentally enough, to the previous years full price cost) and the service keeps sliding. Of course they say they will come out between service calls to address issues, but when an included weed problem (clover) is not addressed over a few scheduled service calls, should it be my responsibility to point out the obvious to them? They seem to just take the money, spray the yard a few times per year, and not really care what the lawn looks like unless the client complains. Definitely going to shop around this year and get some alternative quotes. As a side note, they use a contracted crew to aerate and overseed, and Im 95% sure (no proof, so just an educated guess) that they broke my fence gate (one that literally no one uses) this past fall. And it never fails that every year I need to call to have them come back to the property because of missed areas of the yard and clumpy seed dispersal. Again, paying more each year for the same slippery service.

The yard is doing well! -pretty much weed free. Had to call re: fungus, maybe tech didnt notice at last treatment. Arbor-Nomics responded with treatment within the week. Now, the back yard may take some time-maybe not meant for grass, but well see.

I would definitely NOT recommend Arbornomics for your lawn care service. I usually do not write reviews, but this experience truly concerned me to the point that I thought I should save other customers from being taken advantage of. Let me share my experience: We were told that an application was made to our yard (and we were billed for that application), then we found out that the technician never actually applied the treatments! Yes, that is correct... we were billed for services that were never received. I started using Arbornomics a few months ago after I installed new sod in the backyard and started seeing weeds pop up. We were told this was normal for new sod to have some weed growth in the early stages, but that they could take care of them as soon as the sod was rooted. A few months pass and after one application on the new sod, we saw no real progress. In fact, the weeds were actually multiplying and getting out of hand. We then call Arbornomics to come by for the second treatment, and they explain we should start to see the weeds die off in the coming weeks. I come home that afternoon to find a bill on my door that states the second application was made to the front and the back yard... there is only one problem with that... I forget that my fence doors were pad locked. (There was no way they could get over this fence without a ladder). I call to explain that I had forgotten to unlock the doors, and wanted to understand how they were able to get the application down. I get a call back two days later where an employee awkwardly admits that they did not apply the treatments and that he would get out there as soon as possible to apply them. Needless to say, this experience was pretty disturbing and I thought it would be prudent to share with potential customers. For those customers that have seen no progress with the services, you may now know why.
