I just want to share my experience I had with Pops, I have owned my own company here in Atlanta for 45 plus years and know a little about customer service and I will say these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work, I would recommend them to anyone, and I plan on using them many more of my projects in the future...

We highly recommend POPS Landscaping Company. Our entire experience was excellent. The owner designed a beautiful plan to complete backyard landscaping around a new patio we had just added. In addition, he redesigned the front yard to our taste. The owner, the project manager and the very hard-working crew leader and all of his crew were exceptional. POPs did a great job installing an irrigation system for us. They were easy to work with and took care of many small details. We also had them install Zoysia grass. The staff was very knowledgeable. We would have them back to take care of any of our future landscaping needs.

David, Chris and the team just finished a complicated irrigation and beautification project for our home built on a not-so-pretty lot of land. From beginning to now the finished product, we could not be happier with the process and now our super gorgeous and usable outside space! They were honest, fair, communicative, professional, timely...everything you hope for when you hire a company. 1000000% recommend for any size project no matter how helpless you think your land is, the will make it an oasis!

I first used POPS in 2007 for a hardscape project. This year I had POPS hardscape and landscape the bank on my driveway. See attached photo. POPS offers outstanding design and install. They are the best, for the price, in the Atlanta market.

Pops installed a retaining wall and deck. Workmanship was excellent and timely. They both look beautiful. Would highly recommend. Max and his crew are the best. Thank you Dave for all you did!

Pops Landscaping did an excellent job on my patio and building my retaining wall. They were very professional throughout the entire process, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. I look forward to working with them again.

Heather in the front office was amazing and very clear with all communication and would even send pictures of past work if we needed to see what things looked like. We were always kept in the loop about the process and we have never seen a landscaping company work as hard and efficient as pops!

Highly recommend POPS Landscaping. From initial consult to final installation, POPS was responsive and provided exactly what I was looking for.

This is the second time we have chosen POPS for a major landscaping/infrastructure project. We chose them because they are an established, reliable and trustworthy partner, and because they offered us a vision of what could be done with a difficult project. We have been very pleased both times with the quality of their work, their responsiveness, communication and professionalism. All the people we encountered were wonderful.

I m in the landscape industry as well and Pops came recommended. They were very friendly, available and responsive until they got paid their $9k. Had a water feature put in and it leaked within a few weeks. It was hard to get them back out to fix their work. About another 6months went by and another leak, same place, right at the foundation of my house. Can t get them to fix the issue under a warranty or even at a price. I was willing to pay for the service call. They gave me another number to call for another company and basically told me to shove off it wasn t their problem. The number they gave me wasn t even in service anymore. Would never use Pops again!!

POPS came out to help me design and install hardscaping and landscaping in my backyard. They gave me some suggestions and ideas I had not considered, making the designing and installation process seamless. The guys arrived on time, worked hard, and did an excellent job. My patio and yard look incredible! I could not ask for anything more. They responded to all concerns promptly and were always professional and respectful. This company 100% lived up to its impeccable reputation; I highly recommend them!

Nato and his crew got rid of our drainage problem and put in a brick border on our flower beds. Looks as good today as when they put it in a couple of years ago! The guys do a great job treating our lawn, and it looks better than it ever has! Highly recommend!

We hired POPs to help us update an extremely old and ugly front porch that was also holding water against our foundation. Scott and the team created an amazing design, were amazing at communicating, and far exceeded our expectations. Nato and the team were here everyday at 9am on the dot and they worked tirelessly all day long. We are blown away with the results and can t recommend them enough! P.O.P.S. Landscaping did a great job in our back yard, installing a new Zoysia lawn and significantly improving drainage with a new dry creek bed. Great Job! Their crew was very professional. Were very happy with the result and certainly would recommend them. JHB

We used Pops to do a total makeover of our backyard. We got multiple quotes and theirs was in line with the others, and we felt they had really good ideas about how to do it. Pops leveled out our yard, put in several retaining walls, built a new deck, and built two new patios and a fire pit. It was a very complex job but throughout it all they were on time, responsive to all our questions, and extremely professional. They did a great job helping us keep costs reasonable and reusing our existing materials. We love our new backyard and highly recommend Pops!

We worked with Pops on our back yard for turf installation, a patio, and a stone walkway. They even made great recommendations for other problem areas in other parts of our yard that have been extremely helpful. Our project manager Aaron was great to work with throughout the process, giving us updates as soon as he could, being flexible on when to come by for a final walk thru of the project, and making sure all work was complete in a timely manner. We would highly recommend working with Pops!

From the initial consult with David, I knew I was in good hands with Pops! I had vague ideas for my backyard that included merging a natural area with my grass area to make the entire space more usable and aesthetically pleasing. During the consult David sketched out a perfect solution for the space. Nato and his crew were efficient and thorough during the install. From start to finish, Scott, Nato, Heather, and the entire Pops Crew were extremely helpful in answering my questions. I love the new space Pops created!

Very easy process from start to finish. Great customer service but the gold stars go to the crew that came to our house and did the labor. These guys were EXCEPTIONAL, kind, and joyful; they were digging trenches with smiles the entire time. We have endless upgrades ahead of us, P.O.P.S has our business and we will recommend them whenever we can.

Very happy with the work we had done on our back yard. We had some drainage issues and runoff areas and Scott and team got it all taken care of, new grass and everything looking just as good as he promised from the start. Would highly recommend using POPS!

POPS has done several projects for us over the years. Dave has great ideas and his crews bring them to fruition. Highly recommend them for landscaping or hardscaping projects.

I love being outdoors and moving into a new house with a blank slate in the backyard, I wanted to build an oasis where I could relax and enjoy the environment. My desire was to have a butterfly garden and a large patio for many pots with plants and a pergola for when it s too sunny to sit in the direct sun. I spoke with a couple of vendors about my ideas, but all they were interested in was their ideas. Then Dave came out to meet with me and he listened and we had several discussions on why or why not an idea was good and we did a lot of measuring. The best was when he sat down and drew a design which incorporated all the ideas that we talked about, it was better than I had even imagined. With the time that Dave gave me, I would say the other vendors gave me a quick pass by. When the project started, the project manager was here every day, the crew was here on time in the morning and worked till late in the evening. I m very happy with the project and I can t wait for spring so I can really get out and enjoy my new patio and flowerbeds. I would definitely recommend P.O.P.S and I will be using them in the future.

POPS Landscaping designed a beautiful backyard space, which included a complete restructure of the steps leading down from our driveway to the backyard (changed from railroad ties to stone). We had other landscapers out to provide quotes on just this part of the project in recent years, but were told either the project was too big, we should try something else or didn t have our calls returned after they saw it. When Dave, POPS owner, came out, he wasn t bothered at all. There didn t seem to be any task or ask too big. He listened to our desires, had great ideas, drew up an amazing design, took my wife with him to pick out the trees, plants, shrubs and perennials, and took personally pride in determining where everything should be planted. We couldn t be more pleased. We went from never going into our backyard as it was such an eyesore and the steps a safety hazard to enjoying its beauty and staring out the windows in awe every day. When the day comes to overhaul our front yard, there will only be one call we make.

They totally transformed our backyard. It doesn t even feel like it s our home. Feels like we re at a resort! And to think that they did it all in one day is crazy! Thank youu!

We are very pleased with all of the work POPS did at our home last week. They were on time for every appointment, did exactly what David said they would do. They worked the entire time they were here and cleaned up so well you would not have known they were even here except for the beautiful trees, plants, shrubs, and flowers they installed along with steps and a stone wall.

Pops is fantastic! Dave knows his business and gave us ideas and solutions. He s patient, worked with us on pricing, and his crew are pros and fun. Hire them for your next project.

David owns a great company...no surprises in completing the job

We have had pops out twice once to do our back patio and fire pit which they did an amazing job and added great ideas like a drain pipe for the fire pit and the beautify stone bench. We then had them come out to do our walkway .again an amazing job. Great customer service also .right after they finished our walk way it rained very heavily this washed out some of the stone dust, when pops called to check how the job was done I mentioned that the rain had washed out some of the polymeric stone dust and they sent Ovidio (sp?) who was the lead on the job originally .he fixed all the little spots and even some areas on the porch that had just aged a bit .he / they went above and beyond to make sure they did the job right and that we were happy. I will happily recommend pops for any landscaping needs.

Cannot say enough about P.O.P.S. Landscaping! Dave really helped me figure out the best way to improve my space. We are so happy with the results. His team is fantastic! I have already recommended them to a friend who has her appointment scheduled.

POPS Landscaping designed an overall landscaping overhaul and worked with us on budget and details to get it just right. They installed everything beautifully and took care of our punch list without a hitch. Our project included hardscape and landscaping. We are very pleased with the work they did for us! We would highly recommend POPS Landscaping!

Cant rate POPS Landscaping any higher than 5 stars or I would. Dave Gatti and Enrique Sanchez did a spectacular job on our back yard. Beautiful landscaping, a waterfalls that is incredible and landscape lighting that really showcases the entire back yard. We will definitely be using them for our front yard.

I am so pleased with Pops! They installed an outdoor fireplace and we LOVE it! The lead guy Nato is WONDERFUL! Excellent customer service. Melanie in the office is sweet as can be. I will be using POPS from now on and have already referred them to my neighbors.

They have done a great job in our backyard. We had a drainage problem and they solved it quickly and very professionally.

Pops has been maintaining my property for years. I get compliments all the time regarding the lawn the shrubs in the trees. Pop does an awesome job. The crew really cares about the work they do and I noticed the little things they do like hand pulling a few weeds here and there and picking up small debris that others may overlook. After mowing everything looks clean and manicured. They are the best.

Scott and his team at POPS are great to work with. They designed a beautiful and functional landscape for both our front and back yards and completed the work on time and within budget. They stand behind their work and I highly recommend them.

Pops did an amazing job of revamping my backyard (including filling in a pool!) to help me sell my home. The results were stunning, we even considered NOT selling . Ideal landscapers. Fast and deligent they have a Keen eye in transforming properties into catchy and pleasing scenery.

Dave and his crew were punctual from the first day of an estimate to the last day of install. They were extremely helpful and did not push any other agenda on us. The work they completed was amazing and beautiful and reasonably priced.

The crew from POPS completely transformed my front yard. Scott Stultz was entirely professional in designing and quoting the transformation, and he communicated effectively throughout the process to ensure my peace of mind and absolute satisfaction. I will most definitely call upon POPS whenever future landscaping/lawn maintenance needs arise.

I wouldnt even give them one star. I requested their service for lawn maintenence and requested lawn clean up and grass cut along with bushes trimmed. The only thing they did was pick up leaves and charged a hefty price just to pick up leaves! Then they began to get rude stating all of that was never discussed. I will never use their service again.

We had a complete backyard renovation including a new deck, tree clearing, rock features, and plants. We love our backyard and have received many compliments. It was a jungle and now its an oasis.

Very disappointing experience. First time I tried to make an appointment I was shuffled around only to be ignored and an appointment never happened. The second time, 2 months later, they came out and I I have never heard from them again. I was finally told that they are too busy to work with me. at least they are honest I guess.

Great guy providing great service!

This is the second job P.O.P.S did for us and as always, it turned out better than expected. Dave was great with drawing up the plans, walking the lot to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted, and showed up to our home early. He also brought the foreman with him to make sure he was aware of what needed to be done, so very good communication amongst the crew. We loved the style wood they used for our fence (looks more farm-style, reclaimed feel) that wasnt cookie-cutter to all the other houses in our neighborhood. I feel they really go out of their way to make their projects looks unique and all the neighbors rave about how great it looks (in fact, they have done tons of homes just on our street now). Pricing was competitive (if not a bit less) with other companies, but I feel the quality we received was far more superior. Great crew, great service, great warranties on their work!

Fantastic business

Dave & Pops Landscaping did such a wonderful job on our yard! He and his team tackled a task I didnt think was manageable, and most landscaping companies would have turned away. Dave saw the project and came up with a plan that succeeded my expectations! His job was truly a work of art. He leveled out our monstrous, wooded back yard and turned it into a lush, green play area for my children. He was also very responsive & returned all of my phone calls and emails and made sure I was happy through the entire process. I will definitely use Dave & Pops Landscaping for future projects and will highly recommend him to anyone & everyone I know!! Thank you Dave!

I never heard back from them! I called and left a voice mail and also tried contacting them through the form ON THEIR WEBSITE and have not heard back from them. This was over a month ago. Its surprising to see such poor customer service especially when there so many other landscaping businesses in the area...
