They cleared the many piles of dead, cypress tree leaves, spread mulch in all the right places, and even hand pulled the weeds from the liriope and mondo grass beds! Robert Vanegas with AFJ Landscaping provided a prompt and outstanding sod installation quote, including foliar spraying the existing grass and weeds, waiting 7-15 days for them to die, installing one cubic yard of top soil, scalping, stump grinding, roto tilling, grading, installing sod, spreading fertilizer, irrigating, and roller compacting the new sod, with a one year warranty. AFJ is a BBB Accredited Business with no complaints and 21 years in business. I highly recommend Robert and AFJ Landscaping for your landscaping projects.

Its taken us a long time to find an excellent landscaping and lawn care company. Most do not pay much attention to detail. We were willing to pay a little more for consistent, professional work, and AFJ fit the bill. For the initial, deep cleanup, not only did they meet our expectations, but went beyond. Robert guided me through the entire process seamlessly. He came the day after we initially spoke, surveyed and discussed multiple options. After finding the best option for me he sent over a quote and they began work that same week. It only took 2 days to complete and Im amazed! Robert and his team did an amazing job! Great service from AFJ. They laid some new zoysia sod on my front and side yard, while doing some small landscaping in a few garden areas around my house. Great service, sod is coming in great and Robert was there for anything that came up. The owner even come out during the project to make sure everything was going well

I have been searching for some time for the best landscape service available. I have hired several companies and learned many things over the years, only to be disappointed over and over again. This all changed once I interviewed and hired A.F.J. Landscaping. I have a Botany degree, and a demanding yard, so maybe I am a little bit picky, but from the first day that I met Frankie (the owner), I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of not just my plant varieties and landscape, but his business knowledge as well. He immediately pointed out things the other companies had missed. His employees are long time employees, not seasonal, which means they quickly learn what your preferences are and maintain the landscape the way you want it without any supervision. The same employees are back each week and are courteous and prompt. This has been extremely helpful and I do not have to supervise a thing. When I contracted the company and they told me they would be there 52 weeks a year, I was doubtful having been through this before, but I have maintained their service for almost two years and I can honestly say that they have NEVER missed a week. The crew is there 52 weeks a year rain or shine. That is pretty impressive and my yard looks incredible all year! I have used them for other projects, fill dirt, pine straw, and have been extremely pleased with everything they have done. Now, several neighbors have switched to A.F.J., and they are pleased as well. I believe in recommending a company when recognition is due, and this company certainly deserves a five-star review.

I took a chance and called AFJ because they were close to my location. Fankie came to my property and listened to my needs. He was prompt and professional. He made some great suggestions and had an estimate back to me the next day.When the install day came he showed up with a team that planted 5 trees and cleaned up the area very well. He told my wife she could call him if she had questions about aring for the trees and then they were gone. About 2 weeks later we had some questions about the trees and called Frankie. He answered my questions and then came back to my property to check on the trees to see how they were doing. As property owners we just want someone we can trust and does good work.AFJ has a way of making you feel like you are their priority. I am so happy to have found this professional and honest company who I plan on using from now on.

AFJ is the finest landscaping company I ve ever been associated with! And I have been connected to a few over my years! AFJ is family owned and operated and they really work the business! A very high level of involvement in all aspects They did my sister s yard for a couple of years before I switched over. We are both thrilled in every way. I recently bought a 12-year-old house and I literally tore out my old landscaping and had them install new. They were very helpful, knew so much about all the plants, and had a great crew install it. Beautiful! I recommended them to our HOA and they now do the whole neighborhood -30 homes! All of our neighbors have been very pleased with their work. More recently I recommended them to my church, and they now maintain our church s 5 acre tract. Once again they have then a great job. Need I say more? I heartily recommend AFJ! Last year AFJ Landscaping installed a LOT of azaleas and a dogwood tree. Did a great job. Now, a year later, a couple of the azaleas did not make it. AFJ honored their one-year plant guarantee and came and replaced with new large azaleas. No problems, no hassle.
