I sought a few quotes to do a landscape installation. I wanted to extend the patio, add an artificial turf area for the dog, and gravel the back yard so it matched the front. Even on the quote, they showed professionalism by bringing turf samples and measuring everything. On the project, they did great work, and the experience showed immensely in the quality. We had a few bumps along the way with communication, but that was an issue with ordering the gravel. I would recommend them if you are in need of a yard renovation or installation. We had about 6 landscapers lined up to give us a quote. After meeting with RG Landscaping, we canceled the rest of our quotes. They were extremely nice and professional and went out of their way to explain the different turf, rock/gravel choices. Even after the rain stopped their work, they were diligent in getting back to work and finished our backyard in record time. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

RG has been servicing my yard with weed control, pruning and trimming our bushes. Friendly service and always fair with pricing. Ive had multiple irrigation leaks and after they are repaired, I have had zero issues. Theyve also planted new cacti and shrubbery. The level of experience that is demonstrated by the work completed is immediately noticeable. I would highly recommend RG.

I would recommend this business over and over and over. They are fantastic, they understood our budget and wants and made it happen. They charged $13,000 less than a larger landscaping business. And got our project done so quickly. Highly recommend. They will be the ONLY landscaping business we use.

Called for a quote and never got a response. Guess they were too busy.

They never answer the phone calls, they never text me back. I tried many times... They said they will stop by to give me price on trim tree and clean front yard.. simple job and my address is only a couple miles.. I keep waiting... no show... not responsive ... not Recommended.

Seeked them out at the request of others here in Maricopa for a large landscaping overhaul to both our front and back yards. Made an appointment on a Friday for the following Wednesday to get a quote and explain the project. Wednesday came and went, then Thursday and Friday. Not so much as a follow up saying sorry or offering to reschedule. Im not going to chase someone and beg to give them money. Scheduled with other local companies now for quotes.

Showed up when they said they would, trees look great and they cleaned up all the debris from some major pruning of 3 large trees. Well definitely use them again.

They stopped by but they never came back with a quote.

Found this company doing Google search, contacted the company to and sure it started a little shaky when the didnt show but responded with a text explaining car trouble and rescheduled the next day, two ladies arrived and gave me a quote which I accepted a d they gave me a date for service. The women showed up on time and did a OUTSTANDING job, everything was done the way they explained the work would be completed and I am very very pleased with the service and told the that I would be calling them back again. Appericate them letting me know when they couldnt co.e the 1st time and honestly they did a Awesome job and I a very pleased with the outcome

Weve been using R.G. for a little over a year on front yard maintenance. Theyve always done good work. This past month we worked with them on completely redoing our basic dirt lot back yard. They did an excellent job for a reasonable rate.

They will stay late in the evening and show up early on Saturday to get the job done. I hired them once- they were nice, did good work, and charged a fair price. I wanted to hire them again and made arrangements twice. Both times they never showed up and never contacted me. I tried to text and call them- no response.

Very professional and easy to communicate with. They installed our front lawn sod and trimmed out front and back trees and we are very happy with the result! They were very courteous and prompt and definitely better priced then other landscapers who gave us quotes. We will definitely continue to use RG Landscaping for our landscaping needs.

Set up an appointment as a first time customer and they never showed up. I even had a text message thread with them and no response when i asked if they are being delayed. I messaged them again 2 hours after that asking if they could refer me someone lol

Once again theyve come out and we love the outcome! The quality of the work is great, including quick turn around on getting the work done. On their way out, they even let us know of a water leak that they quickly identified and offered to fix! Theyre the only landscaping team/company here in Maricopa that Ill work with! These guys couldnt have impressed me more. I wanted to turn a former grassy area that was just weeds into a circle of pavers surrounded with artificial grass, and they did a wonderful job with that. From the very first meeting with them I could tell that they had a great deal of experience with landscaping. Their price was very fair and the outcome was flawless. They even went the extra mile and uprooted a couple of pesky sissoo trees that were growing wild in undesirable spots. I never asked them to do that, they obviously felt like they just wanted to do a little extra for us, and it was much appreciated. Just a disclaimer: if you are one of those people that expect them to show up and leave on a regimented schedule, they may not be for you. But if that is not a big deal to you and you just want the job done right at a great price, look no further.

Called for a quote. Hired them. They arrived that following Monday and did the work as discussed. Through out that week I called to try and pay them. I could never get in contact with anyone. They never showed up again. 6 weeks later on a Saturday I get a knock on my door. Its them wanting paid for the work they had done. They did do decent work. But since I never heard from them and they never showed up again when we had discussed bi-weekly service, I just cant recommend.

Ive enjoy doing my own yard but after I moved the yard was to big and my schedule was to tight so I was glad I found a well rated landscaping business near me. They were great, and they are bilingual so my Spanish speaking husband was also able to talk to them. They did a great job with my yard and I really recommend them. They also have great prices, and are very dedicated to their job .

So I called R.G. Landscaping for an estimate and they were very quick to respond, they were friendly and professional over the phone and were here it when they said would be, I would definitely recommend them!

I spoke over the phone and i called many landscapers before and they were the first to get back to me and to give me a quote. Once here they arrived on time and gave me a great price for my front and back yard, and best of all they did it the same day!!

Awful customer service. I waited for them to schedule trim my trees never get scheduled and my tee grew so much now other landscaping places are asking more.

Stood us up!! I called 2 nights ago to make an appointment for the next day so they could take a look around the back yard and give us a quote. We scheduled for 4:00pm last night, and they NEVER SHOWED! No call, no text -- NOTHING. Im disappointed because we were excited about this work after seeing the other reviews, and had no problem with paying whatever amount of $$ to make our yard beautiful for the kids. And hey? Stuff happens! I get it! Phones die, family emergencies come up, etc. I was ready and willing to simply reschedule for the next day. But here we are about 48 hours later, and for them to just not even BOTHER to return my calls or texts?? HIGHLY unprofessional. Ill gladly remove this review should I ever hear from them with a VALID reason for the no-show...

Made my yard look amazing! Our yard was overgrown and wild looking. RG Landscaping came out and made it look amazing again. I look forward to working with them in the future.
