Technician always lets me know when he s here and what he is going to do. If there is a problem, they will come back ahead of schedule and address the issue.

Update(9/6/24) Price Termite followed up with us, they did take into account our concerns and will not be working with that tent vendor moving forward. They also gave us a complimentary year of warranty coverage for our troubles. This excellent customer service is why we are changing our 2 star rating to a 4 star rating.

***Update: we are starting our third year - and the service has been awesome! *** Price was thorough in providing details a fairly small and newer termite infestation upon our home inspection. They were responsive to our needs and scheduling. Their services have been excellent, and we have renewed our contract to keep our property free of termites and other pests.

Price Termite and pest control is a great company. They are fast efficient affordable, and are willing to work when needed. I have them under contract on two of my properties and I will use them in the future.

Price was very competitive but they were a day late when the tenting process was suppose to start and blamed me for the confusion when I showed messages that they would be start on the agreed date. They offered $125 towards a hotel but I said just get it done because we were staying at a family members house. When was able to go back in my house, I discovered they broke my fence and bent my rain gutters. Notified the salesperson and got no response back. Keep in mind I did not take the $125 because I just wanted the work done. I would have at least thought and expected a call saying they would credit me for the property damage but not even a call back or an attempt to make the repairs.

Price Termite & Pest Control employees are respectful and thorough, from the scheduling and as they do their pest control rounds at the house. When my husband and I have questions or special requests, they are willing and quick to respond and take care of the issue on the spot! My house is pest free thanks to them!

We find termites inside the store over a year ago, reported to 3 different technicians, they said a report has been send to the company and someone its gonna take care of that meter soon... We still have the termites and the company never send no one to take care of this meter. But we still get the bill every month!

Been a customer since 2012, first with standard pest control service and then several rounds of termite spot treatment and coverage plans. At one point in the early teens they were fantastic, and over some changes their quality of work turned corporate and profit driven. Over the last 3 years I ve struggled to maintain my termite coverage and keep my home termite free with their help. Largely I ve had to turn to these reviews to get ANY action. After selling me a termite policy, they have now failed three years in a row to send me a renewal, and only the last two years have they renewed once i called it out to them on my own accord months late. And, when i have a real infestation good luck in getting someone out in a timely matter. And, if its something new all together there is always a consultation fee, even as a customer with thousands in fees paid in at this point. This year, in the third year without a renewal given to me - im not bothering to seek them out and try to keep paying them for my business. Shame because i used to refer them to all of my neighbors, instead, now I m cautioning them from hiring them. Do yourself a favor and consider others.

As he was leaving he spotted a snake in my house in the room we were in and while I quietly was freaking out he spent quite a bit of time capturing the snake and removing it from the house. I have been using Price Termite and Pest Control for less than a year and my only regret is that I did not take a picture of my lawn before they began treatments. The lawn had patches of weeds and fungus that were out of control. The lawn looks beautiful now, and the technician, Antonio, who is thorough and reliable, takes great pride in the results. He patiently answers my questions about watering schedules and lets me know what treatments have been done that day and what will be done in the future.
