TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a customer for 4 1/2 years for the most part happy with service up until this year. Service was completed in May 2024 as scheduled With busy life, I did not pay attention until now my lawn was starting look a little thin and bear I decided to call to in check in why they had no been out to do rest of my treatments. I was talking with tech about reason and he stated that I was on financial hold and that I would have been notified as I said, why wouldn’t you let me know that. I also insured him that I was not on hold as I always pay my bill and have for the last 4 1/2 half years. Then asked for him to provide proof that he had sent me notification of this, He then handed the phone to the manager. The owner was Extremely rude while answering my call, I couldn’t overhear him, saying to the technicians you guys had to learn to handle these calls yourself. I asked for his name and he said Tom. I asked for his title and he very rudely said my name is Tom the owner, the CEO, the boss I already told you this twice that I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and so rude and he said because I can what can I help you with? i’ve been explained to him. I did not need anything but to cancel my service as he is extremely rude, and I will not continue business with an owner who thinks it’s appropriate to speak to his customers that way. (Also my bill was paid)

Great family oriented business. Actually care about their customers needs. Definitely my go to lawn care company from now on.

Recently, CareFree Lawn Service applied our Early Summer treatment. A torrential downpour started minutes after Bob left. I called their office later in the day and told Bob that it rained hard. He told me to check the weeds in a couple of days to see if they were curling/dying. If they weren’t, I was to call them back. Well, I didn’t call but Bob showed up with Kyle a week later anyway and re-treated our lawn. Amazing Customer Service. Thank you CareFree for going Above and Beyond.

I've been using their service for a few years now. The lawn looks healthy and full. No weeds! Website is easy to navigate and I pay my bill online! Great company, I highly recommend them

Have REPEATEDLY advise these people NOT to fertilize my backyard..due to my dogs! I will NOT be using them in the future!!!
