Zach and his team were amazing!! They completely cleared my yard in a day-and it was in tough shape. The photos really show what he and his team can do! Zach is polite, respectful, and takes a ton of pride in his work. He is knowledgeable and worked with me to set expectations and make a plan. I had a great experience and cannot recommend PowersLandscaping enough.
I can’t say enough about Zach’s talent and responsiveness! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted done to my yard but I knew I needed as little maintenance as possible and did not want any plantings. We had a lot of overgrowth that needed to be removed and cleaned up. Zach was able to take my minimal direction and transformed our yard into something manageable and clear out all over growth. I wish I had had Zach over years ago! From the first time I contacted him he responded to me right away, came over to my house in the evening when I was available and showed up with a hardworking crew that even impressed the neighbors! Zach is a hard worker and doing a great job of building himself a business! I highly recommend him! (Only a small part of the yard is pictured for before and after)
I had Zach remove asphalt from my driveway and garden area and replace with pea stone. His team - Hope, Rocky, Shawn, and Greg - were hard working and nice people. I can’t believe what they were able to accomplish in such a short time. Zach made great suggestions and made sure I was pleased with the results at every step of the process. We are so happy we are working with Powers Landscaping. We recently reached out to Powers Landcaping to do a number of landscaping jobs in our backyard, including a rather large spring cleanup, growing a new section of lawn, and mulching our garden beds. From the first moment of speaking with Zach, we felt like a top priority and a true partnership with the Powers Landscaping team. Zach is very communicative, very fair, and deeply passionate about his business. We’ve just finished our first project with Powers Landscaping and cannot wait for our next scheduled project. Zach came to the rescue by professional removing stump grinds of three massive pines. Replacing the refuge with high quality soil and planting 4 seven foot green giant arborvitae’s. At a very reasonable rate. All this with only four days notice. Took great care to prevent damage to our drive when operating heavy equipment and was even conscious of making too much noise. Arrived on time and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Great crew! Thanks guys!!!
I hired Zach to install new sod in my front yard. Zach and his team did a great job. The finished product looks amazing and Zach was able to provide a lot of tips to help keep the yard looking its best. He also provided recommendations on who to call to install an irrigation system. I will be 100% using Zach for my next project.
I have been very impressed with Zach and the team at Powers Landscaping. Zach is extremely responsive and works to understand what you want to do. He provides complete transparency on the costs of his projects so that you feel confident in his estimates and where the materials come from. The team at Powers comes with a friendly group of professionals who have significant experience in the business and always open to discussing the project with you vs suggesting you call their boss... etc. I've worked with several landscape companies in the past and feel the quality of the product they deliver is exceptional. Powers Landscaping maintains our property regularly, as well as earlier this year installed a beautiful patio in our backyard which we couldn't be happier with. I have recommended Zach and his team to several friends, and would certainly do so for anyone else.
Highly recommend Zach Powers and the Powers Landscaping team. We hired them to fix our backyard after a prior construction project left it looking like the surface of the moon. From our initial outreach through completion of the job, Zach was incredibly responsive and professional. The crew worked very efficiently and got the job done quickly with great results at a very fair price. Very positive experience all around. Would not hesitate to hire them again, and plan to do so in the spring for additional work.

I highly recommend Zach Powers for your landscaping needs! We are having a fence installed and needed to clear out almost 40 mature arborvitae s, a good amount of concrete, and a massive old gate. The area also needed to be filled and graded after removal of all of the trees. Zach came out within a day of contacting him, he was on time and sent me a very detailed estimate that same day. The job was scheduled within a few days and he reached out several times to confirm all details prior to the day we had scheduled. Him and his team arrived early and finished the whole job in a day! Everything went seamlessly. No debris or mess left behind. Both him and his team were very friendly and professional; we even had our toddlers outside to watch some of the excavation. He will 100% be our go-to for all future landscaping needs.
This is a great company go to them for all your landscaping needs. I cannot say enough good about them. Their employees don t even smoke and leave their trash all over like other companies do. Use Powers they are the best in Marblehead.

Zach, Rocky, and Kevin of Powers Landscaping were phenomenal! The project that they were asked to tackle wasnt an easy one - the yards had fallen into disarray where grass had grown too long for us to tackle and weeds and other growth had taken over (esp. some poison sumac). Zach arrived and surveyed the potential projected and provided a fair and reasonable estimate for the expected work. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work of cutting down the grass back to a manageable level, clearing out all the excessive overgrowth and weeds, clearing out a fallen tree limb, trimming the hedgerow, clearing out the side of property next to the woods, and hauling it all away - with all of this work being completed in under 8 hours! All the while, the Powers Team was professional and courteous throughout and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Zach has even taken the time to reach back out and check in on the state of things which was a welcome outreach. If you have a landscaping project in mind or need some help with reclaiming your yard from mother nature, highly recommend giving the Powers team a call!

I personally recommend them for any landscaping or snow removal. The quality of work is absolutely outstanding. This is our first year with Powers Landscaping and I couldn t be happier. They are careful and thorough in their work and our yard looks fantastic. We ve even had them do some hardscaping that really elevated our flower beds. But you would expect all of this from most landscaping companies, right? For me, the difference is how responsive they are. I never wait days to hear back from someone and the response is complete with all the information I asked for. The owner, Zach, checks in regularly to make sure we re happy with everything. An all around great experience!
Zach and his team are best in the business. After buying a house that had been neglected for a year, he and his team came over and transformed our yard in a few short hours. Their estimate was done within 48hrs of reaching out, it was spot on, and they went above and beyond to make the yard look amazing. Its winter time, and that didnt stop them from doing exactly as they said they would for the exact quote price. I would recommend Powers 100x over. Their service is far beyond many other companies that charge a lot more. Super impressed.
My husband and I like to support local, up and coming businesses and we were in the market for a new landscaping company. I emailed quite a few local businesses and met with Zach, the owner. At the risk of sounding a bit woo-woo, Zach is all positive energy. He is kind, considerate, accommodating, and he doesnt try to over-sell you. He is willing to work based on your price point, and not quote you a random, steep job quote just because you live in Marblehead. The quote he sends you is detailed and tells you exactly how much goes into whatever ask you might have.He and his crew came to work on our front and back yards and did a phenomenal job cleaning up and prepping for summer. He went above and beyond and picked up close to 1/2 lb of nails that the painting crew (that had just finished work, had left behind. He did this because he didnt want my dogs to hurt themselves, hes *that* considerate! He also charmed my neighbors (which is a tough feat, let me tell you!). I effusively, absolutely and a 100% recommend him for any of your landscaping needs.

Zach is a very professional and responsive guy! We have been very happy with his service. This year we left our long time landscaping company and decided to go with Zach Powers Landscaping after hearing great reviews from local Marblehead clients. We are so happy we did. He did everything from weekly lawn maintenance, fall clean up and pruning. The cost was very reasonable and more importantly he communicated with us and discussed options. We plan on continuing with him for years to come. If you want a knowledgeable landscaping company that still believes in communication with customers and will actually call you back then Zach is your guy
