Rough bargaining before & after. Took down-payment but didn't show up as agreed for weeks--after many attempts to reach by phone. Sidewalk cement work okay but left mess for me to clean.

Be careful of this company. They do not provide any documentation for the work done or planned in the form of invoices, estimates, and guarantees. Everything is word of mouth. They do not provide written estimates even when the HOA requires it. Asked many times for this. Their guarantee is to say that they will fix anything regarding their work when there is problems after installation. I had a problem with the work and called/texted at least 10 times and nothing was ever done and after the first 3, they never responded. Quality work is the last thing they think of. So unprofessional and no attention to detail. To top it off, a lot of the Google reviews are made by the owner, family (Robles), and friends. No wonder such a high review rating.

Fernando and Michael came out first and got to work. In a season when it’s hard to get work done. They finished all before Christmas. Looking good and finished well. I gave them 5 stars. Update March 2023: the cement is dusting and still breaking off very thin pieces on the surface. And it’s not 100% level. A cupboard in the RV shuts itself shut when I open it and let go. They didn’t advise me on any sealants which I think should have been included. Now we walk in this toxic dust everyday. Especially the dogs. I should have been warned that that would be the case until I spend big bucks sealing it. And not being level is a bummer. The one reason I started this was for RV to be leveled. Down to 2 stars Update end of 2023: I park RV with back wheels way back towards edge and found a more level spot. When it rains a big puddle stays in previous parking spot so there’s where it’s not level. I am still very content to have a parking platform and added one star just for that. Back to 3 stars.

Fernando and his crew were friendly and courteous, showing up early to start the job of spreading 13 tons of landscape rock and removing two trees.. We are very happy with their service and work, and will use them again! Linda M. .

Always hard working and very attentive to detail. Cares about your yard as if it was his own and strives to make sure you will enjoy it just as much. I will always recommend rocky point landscaping.
