I was clearing snow from my driveway with a snowblower. I had left the edge of the driveway for last as it had large amounts of snow from where the city snow plows had pushed snow. One of the plow drivers from LCS saw me struggling a little bit in the wet snow and offered to clear the snow from the edge of the driveway. I am very grateful he stopped to help me out, it s great knowing there are such kind people out there that want to help strangers out.

Before we used LCS, our yard was out of control with weeds. It only took a few applications from LCS and our yard was looking beautiful. We have used them ever since and our yard still looks good. LCS is always very respectful and always willing to answer and questions I have. For years we fertilized, maintained and mowed our lawn. Some years ago we decided to pay professionals to fertilize our lawn, the part of lawn maintenance we arent skilled at. We contracted with LCS and their professional service. Our contract is for Spring, Summer, Fall Lawn fertilization maintenance. We have contracted with LCS for four years and this 2023 year will be five, with more to come. LCS knows the lawn business and they are highly professional at what they do.

This company is professional and responsive to my lawn and tree care. They communicate when they are going to be on site. If I have a problem area they have returned to treat the area. I have some flowering trees that they have treated and help me care for. I have added additional services this year. My yard is healthy and green. One-stop shopping for lawn and trees.

Horrible experience after using them for 5 years last year over fertilized and killed the whole grass. When contacted they said it was grubs. Now we are having to sod the whole yard. Stay away from them.

We have used LCS Lawn and Tree Service for our lawn care for five or more years. I think they do a great job! They also give us a heads up email before they come, so we can prepare (mow our lawn). They answer my calls promptly. We have always bundled their lawn care services and paid in January to maximize our savings.

Typical lawn maintenance company and really no frills expected. Good services. They are pricy though. Also we had some issues with several burn out spots where a tech over fertilized. Not much help resolving those issues.

Haven t use this company for lawn care but every time I try to get gas at the kwik trip in oak dale they are taking up all the pumps and not getting fuel they are sitting there all morning and it s very annoying

Great communication and customer service

The summer of 2023 was very challenging for my yard. LCS worked hard to help me keep it healthy and especially with a very thorough aeration and overseeding early enough for the seeding to get started by mid October. I am very happy with their work over the whole season.

I used LCS for 3 years. My son uses them and said they were very good. The first 2 years they were excellent. This year I called them because after 2 treatments I have lots of weeds growing in my grass. They told me they do not guarantee their work, but I could pay them a third time and maybe their treatment would work. Now I am looking for another company.

We have been using LCS Lawn for many years. We took a break when we moved because our new place didn t have any grass because of grubs. We planted new grass and waited to have it treated. Our back yard looked good but our front yard became a weedy mess, but after one treatment, it looks so much better! The fertilizer is safe for kids and pets. They call before they arrive so I can make sure my dog is in and not in the way.

I have used LCS for a few years now. Love the great service and advice. I moved to my current home about 5 years ago. The lawn was quite weedy. I now have no weeds which is prompting the grass to thicken.

Communication is amazing, always someone on the phone or responding to e-mails and a big one is they do care about pollinators so that s amazing!

LCS has been my tree and yard vendor for five years. Regarding their yard service - its been top notch. My neighbors ask me what yard service I use. They come when they say they are going to come, and they are respectful with my property. Their pricing is fair compared to competitors, and they arent overly aggressive in offering other services. Regarding their tree service - they do good work, and their prices are fair, but getting them to your site requires persistence. They have taken two trees down on my property over the last five years, and both times I had to call in to the company to get on their schedule. I still have a stump waiting to be ground down, and I have no clue when they are coming out to do it. Overall - their yard service is excellent and I strongly recommend it. Their tree service.....maybe look for other vendors.

This company sprays fertilizer on property they are not under contract to care for. 2nd time!LCS fertilized property for the 3rd time they shouldnt be touching!

Their quote for removing a tree was almost twice (5800) the lowest estimate from other companies (3000). The other company we checked with said 4k. This place is greedy

LCS is my go to company for lawn aeration. Ive only used them a couple of times but they have been excellent!

Listened to advice from LCS professionals on what I needed to do to accompany their lawn applications. After scalping my lawn for years, I raised my mower height and started to water as directed by the technician. My lawn has never looked better.

We have had them do our lawn for 2 years now. They are extremely responsive to our communications. Additionally, they keep us well informed of their treatment schedule. Our lawn isnt golf course quality, but its good enough for us.

Their employee knocked over my potted plant and spilled everything out onto the ground and left it and broke the head and bulb off of my electric light by wrapping the hose around them. Did not leave anot nor clean anything up. I called and spoke to a manager and reported the damage and stated that it would be fair not to pay for the recent application of 58.00 he said no go out and buy the items and send a receipt and we will see what we can do which is B.S. I should not have to do anything let alone buy anything. NICE customer service after 15 years of service.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had their service for three years have been good for two years but this year my lawn was full of weeds (which I let them know over the phone), when they came for application they left a note that I need to over seed, which I have been doing for two years. Every time I am on the phone with Amanda, she speaks with attitude. VERY POOR, I DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE. There are better people out there.

We had our lawn aerated and over seeded and in the process the employee drove over the neighbors yard and driveway leaving dirt and tire marks. Although they apologized and blew the dirt off the neighbors driveway they did not clean up the clumps of dirt left behind on the street. I was left with sweeping up the street and apologizing to the unhappy neighbors for the tire marks on their driveway.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! After utilizing LCS for their fertilizer services for the past 4 years, its come to this. I called a month ago to pre-pay for their service for the year (5 applications, 5% discount), which they told me they would call me back to accept payments when they were ready. I also scheduled dethatching. I just called to pay since I got my bill for the dethatch and prepay and told me it had expired for the discount? told me I needed to send in a check? Okay, TAKE MY MONEY! This was NOT my fault!!! I also shared how we just spoke with our association owners in facebook group (50+ homes) for a group buy on services and I had recommended them. Have already informed them of this situation, and we will NOT be using their services (over a 3% processing fee) Cheers!
