From the initial consultation, design, tear out of the old wall, installation of the new wall, to the clean-up, Kairos did a smash up job. The precision with which their stone masons placed and fitted each block and tile was amazing. Compliments by passers-by have been numerous and positive. Highly recommended.

We recently hired Kairos Lanscapes LLC to execute our backyard landscaping that we had a design for. We even chose some of the materials ourselves with some help from them. They were very easy and flexible to work with and were very patient with the design revisions we had. This is a family owned business but they provide top notch customer service. They were always responsive and very responsible and transparent on the details and execution of our project. My husband and I are both engineers by profession and seek precision and perfection. We could easily see the crew’s attention to details and the precision in their measurements. The crew was super nice and accomodating and the business owners Kevin and Jody were always very respectful of our requests. We absolutely loved working with them. We had spoken to 5 other well known contractors in the area about our project but when we met with Kevin and Jody, our interactions as well as their organized approach made it a very easy decision for us to hire them. The project was a bit above our budget, but we were also looking for very high quality work, so we chose to proceed. We are very happy with the work they have done and may work with them to install some additional aesthetic features in the backyard.

From the estimate to the completion of the project, the crew at Kairos were fantastic. Of the three bids Kairos was not only the most competitive, it was also the most detailed based estimate for the installation of artificial grass and pavers. Kevin has a great eye and provided invaluable input in the design of the back yard. The team that worked on the yard payed a lot attention to detail and frequently inquired to ensure that the project was proceeding to our expectations. Jody was continually in communication from the office to ensure scheduling was on track. Excellent customer service and excellent craftsmanship.

Prior to hiring Kairos, we did a lot of research and we solicited bids from multiple firms (including STA-Built, and Custom Pavers). Rather than going with a large company, we selected a small family-owned business that specializes in Pavers……Kairos Landscaping LLC. We think we made the very best choice possible. We honestly cannot say enough good things about how our patio and walkway project turned out. Kevin, Jody, and their incredible crew did everything possible to deliver to us an absolutely beautiful new patio and walkway that greatly exceeded our already high expectations and really transformed our backyard into an urban sanctuary. As the before and after photos clearly show, the quality and craftsmanship of their work really shines through. There were several aspects of how Kairos Landscaping approached this project that are truly noteworthy and commendable: • Extensive knowledge of paver options and designs. Extremely helpful advice on virtually every detail throughout the project. Kairos specializes in pavers, retaining walls and artificial turf. By having that focus they are able to really drill down on the different types of paver options, the advantages and limitations of different designs, etc. • We always felt like Jody and Kevin were great listeners and really tried to see the project through our eyes and make sure that we were genuinely happy. As in any large project there are issues that arise when decisions have to be made that require deviation from the original plan. One example was the patio stair did not turn out as we had originally expected. Even though they delivered the step per the plan, they wanted us to be happy with the result and ended up completely reconstructing the entire stair to get it exactly right at no additional cost. They expended a lot of additional time and effort to ensure we were happy with the final result • We liked the new patio so much that we decided to extend the project by adding a brand-new walkway and extend more border pavers to other parts of our backyard. Despite a backlog of other projects, Jody and Kevin worked the additions into their schedule. We really appreciated how flexible they were to accommodate all the last-minute changes and additions. They also gave us spot-on advice about the product selections that would complement the materials we were already using. • We also appreciate that they gave us a very customized design and never cut corners on the materials or construction methods. They were incredibly careful around our yard and plants. They protected the grass before they carried any equipment over it. They cleaned up every day before they left. Their crew was absolutely amazing. They worked very diligently and very skillfully. They were always very polite and friendly. Most of all, we feel this project was truly worth every penny we spent. We are extremely grateful for how Jody and Kevin worked with us and could not be pleased more with the end results. They have truly earned their 5 star reputation and our very highest personal recommendation.
